Had a great stay here. It was the perfect weekend getaway.

We had a great time here. The condo is in a good location and very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t utilize the pool or hot tub but we did scope it out. It looks like a great area to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor.

Perfect place to relax and restore, felt like we were a million miles away from the world. Gorgeous slice of nature. Thank you!

Ethan’s place was great for our short weekend getaway. It’s was clean and well kept. Had nice towels, tissues, TP, soap, dispose, garbage bags. Exit instructions were clear. One item to be aware of (which can be seen from the pics) is that the property does include stairs for getting in/out. This was not a problem for our group but is something to note if you have folks with mobility restrictions in your group.

We had a great time, the house was very nice for family to gather and enjoy time together. No problems at all. The kitchen was well supplied, linens were clean, extra pillows and blankets available, games and activities for our various ages. And the host was very friendly and helpful.

Nick was a wonderful host. He was very communicative. The Beach was a block away. The community shares the steps. We had a diverse set of ages, ranging from 4 years old to mid sixties. House was clean and well stocked. Nice outdoor space. We made use of the hot tub and the fire pit in the backyard. Overall, we had a great time being together in a beautiful area of the country.

There simply aren’t enough words to describe just how much I loved staying in the Fenvilla! A total dream come true, a top tier oasis that is was clean, cosy, and so comfortable. This is by far my favorite airbnb I have ever stayed in throughout my ten years of doing so, even with staying in homes all across the country. There is something so beyond special about this place and how Kim has transformed it into the haven it is. The screened in porch & hot tub, the sounds of nature, the artwork and beautiful ceramics - the attention to detail here was immaculate. My friends and I were all blown away by this experience and all want to return as soon as we can. Thank you so much Kim for having us in your sanctuary, it was truly the perfect vacation and one I will never forget.

Very comfortable stay would definitely use him again. We use the house to stay to be close to our wedding venue. Any issues we had he was quick to respond and ready to fix it ( mostly not his doing we lost power in storm) other issues were address quickly. We use Airbnb often for hockey tournaments and are hoping if we play in holland we can put the coaches up here again. Highly recommend.

Kym was an absolutely wonderful host! She was very responsive and provided wonderful recommendations and ideas for us to do with our kids in the area. The space was perfect for a quick weekend to Grand Rapids and every little detail in the space was so well thought out- from motion detected night lights in the hallway to the nook bed as an added sleeping area to the well thought out bathroom storage areas and bench. The location was also very convenient being a 10 minute drive from downtown and a couple minute walk to a great park we played with our kids at. Would highly recommend the spot to anyone looking for a convenient and nice place to stay during a trip to Grand Rapids.

I have to say thank you, thank you, thank you! After my Airbnb at another property in Michigan informed me that they overbooked and I could not check in until a day later than I anticipated, I was put in a difficult situation, scrambling to find a place that will allow me to stay for one night. Jim was amazing in allowing us to come in and stay at the HollyWoods for the beginning of our trip. I wished I had found his place 2 months ago when I booked our entire week vacation The HollyWoods was far superior to where we ended up for the rest of our vacation. The hiking trails on the property, the fishing pond, the landscaping, the house, the kitchen that included everything you might need, exceeded all my expectations. The HollyWoods turned out to be better than any other Airbnb at which you've stayed. I highly, highly recommend The HollyWoods!

We had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with thoughtful extras that made traveling even easier. The host was incredibly friendly and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the fenced-in yard, which was perfect for our dog. We truly appreciated all the little details that made this stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful place. Secluded and peaceful, perfect for a quiet weekend away. Has a cute little town not too far away with plenty of places to eat and activities to participate in. Would definitely come back!

Cute little home in a prime location. It’s only a 5-10min drive to the beach, grocery store, gym, restaurants & breweries. The home is equipped for essential needs such as laundry & cooking. My roommate & I stayed here for a month during winter & when it snowed, they were generous to have someone come out to plow the driveway. If there was anything I needed, Dillan was quick to reply to my messages. You’ll love your stay, here.

We had an excellent time as a family at David's cabin. Everything was as advertised, and more. David was very proactive in communicating with us and responsive to any questions we had. The cabin was really, really beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and all the comforts of a well appointed home. David was clear about the pet policy and our dog was clearly welcome in the home. David left really nice touches for the humans as well, with cookies and muffins on our arrival. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and we are particularly impressed with how well everything is labeled...light switches, cupboard doors, electronics, etc. Very, very well done. We enjoyed our long weekend, winter escape!

Such a sweet little house in one of my favorite places to visit. I was so impressed with the details of the windows and woodworking. The location is close to both Douglas and Saugatuck as well as the beach. We didn’t bring our bikes on this trip because it wasn’t quite warm enough, but this would be an ideal location for biking everywhere. Also, there is a view of the river and a lovely deck. Just perfect.

This is a great stay when you have a large group and are out enjoying South Haven. We tended to stay inside with the kids and the children's room did not entertain them as well as hoped. Most guests will have outdoor plans on the town and the outside area at the house with the playground is nice.

Mill Pond made it extremely easy to check in, being accommodating to our late arrival time. They were proactive in reaching out to me with check-in instructions, called me the morning after I checked in to make sure we didn't have any issues, and were very helpful with local recommendations. The location of this unit is hard to beat, given how close it is to downtown Saugatuck. I will definitely be back, thank you Mill Pond!

The area of Saugatuk and Douglas is fabulous with a lot of cafes and restaurants. The town is very quaint and picturesque. A lot of great farm to table restos and a wonderful farmer's market. The place was gorgeous with a pool. And a lot of towels for swimming. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals. The "baby suite" was especially nice with a fridge in the basement. And the rooms upstairs had a master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Another smaller room and a room with bunk beds share a bathroom. The shower heads were great! Nice fluffy beddings and we all slept well with lots of privacy between families and kids. The living room and kitchen were very nice with enough room for kids to play and great for dinners and breakfast. Great patio area for reading, working and relaxing by the pool. We had a wonderful family stay! Our home away from home. Very relaxing and we loved staying at this house. We'll be back!

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

GREAT place for a big family gathering! My extended family of 17 (with 10 kids) gathers every year and this place was absolutely perfect. Everyone had a place to sleep comfortably and the pool was big and perfect entertainment for all the kids. The home was super kid friendly and made you feel at ease. We really enjoyed using the black stone and the grill. The kitchen was also in great shape. The host was responsive to a few questions we had and quick to solve any issues that came up! Seriously if you need a place to gather with a large family that’s in a nice neighborhood stay here!

Wow is all I can say! The view of the Kalamazoo River from Villa 730 is unreal. The luggage trolley was so helpful as there are stairs folks to the 700 level !!! Nick was able to give us one parking spot “in upper level” that left only 10 stairs to climb (we had 3 physical impaired ladies with us). Game changer. The staff that runs every item here is outstanding and are your friends by the time you leave:) I can see that once the Ferry starts operation on Memorial Day the ability to cross the Kalamazoo and be smack dab in town for amazing restaurants, shopping is awesome- We had to drive 7 min to get to other side of River. Oh yes!! Oval beach (dunes-beach on Lake Michigan) is drop dead gorgeous- just a couple miles further from Hilltop. Coming back with da hubby ;))) Thanks Nick! So responsive , so accommodating

This is a great place to stay in Saugatuck/Douglas if you are looking for all the feels in autumn. I’m sure it has that during the other seasons as well. The pool/hot tub were perfect. Outdoor fire pit and games provide plenty to do for the family. Inside is very cozy and modern finishes. 5 minute drive from everything you need in the area. Very solid property
