Robb was such a super host! This place was so nice and welcoming. My boyfriend and I had a lovely time here and we got to meet the pups! We recommend staying here as it feels like home away from home.

Very Nice Apartment downtown! The unit we stayed at was on the third floor. Updated and modern unit. It had the basics in the kitchen for stay. Communication with host was easy and responsive. Only thing to be aware of is there is a lot of road noise due to the location. Very typical of downtown places. I bring ear plugs everywhere so it was fine for us.

I really enjoyed my stay here. All the furniture and bedding was comfortable and the place was clean for the most part. At first I wasn't sure if there was a washer and dryer since it wasn't listed, but thankfully there was. Only thing to be aware of is this place is right by the train tracks so you will hear the train during the day and at night at times. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area for an extended period like I was.

Stayed at Robb’s place for work. Great place if you are walking at one of the hospitals downtown.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. It was the perfect spot for our visit to Saugatuck, MI. The location couldn’t have been better—an easy and pleasant walk to downtown, with all the shops, restaurants, and attractions just minutes away. One unexpected bonus was the electric vehicle charger, which made our stay even more convenient. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Saugatuck!

We had an amazing stay at Jay’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect easy to find and very close to downtown. Jay was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. We really enjoyed our stay! Tom was a gracious host and responded to all our inquiries so promptly. Really easy to work with. The house was very well maintained, super clean, had all the basics you need and location was ideal for exploring the area. Douglas and Saugatuck both walkable from the house and a quick drive to plenty of other spots and the lakefront. We were out exploring and hiking the area quite a bit so did not spend as much time at the house as some might, but there is a lovely backyard to enjoy when weather permits for coffee or drinks (am or pm). Quiet neighborhood so peaceful for sleeping. We would definitely recommend it and hopefully will be back again in the future for another stay. Thanks Tom!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in! The space was beautifully decorated and recently updated. There was truly everything one needed for a comfortable stay and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The kids really enjoyed the karaoke machine in the basement and we loved making s’mores in the firepit. The upstairs bedroom and bunk room were really like a small suite with their own floor and bathroom, making it perfect for a family with kids and then having older relatives downstairs. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for families.

Very comfortable quiet home. Phil did a great job making it a safe cozy spot. Great hot tub and very pet friendly! We loved the robes and all of the towels! Would definitely return. FYI as of this writing there is a Tesla charger but you have to look for other chargers on the front or back of the house. Park very close to the gate or on the grass and you can reach it. Phil is aware of this and he may adjust it soon. Phil was a wonderful communicative host. Great house!
