We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy loft! The loft was very clean and had everything we needed for our three night stay. The information binder was a great resource for suggesting hiking trails. There is a restaurant next door available for takeout. It did close at 6pm this time of year, so check their hours. The General Store (right next door) has delicious and fresh apple fritters! A must try! The host was friendly and very responsive! We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!!! :)

Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment. We enjoyed our visits with family and your amazing penthouse in "Little Italy". We visit several times a year and would love to stay again. P.S. many thanks to Connie for your willingness to accommodate our early check in when our travel plans were ahead of schedule and your check in on our comfort during our stay ..... Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

We live very close to the Cozy Condos. Our family members enjoyed their stay here during our post Christmas family celebration! Although the weather wasn’t ideal for this trip this super clean condo would be a fabulous site to choose for an extended visit to the Barbeau area where you can enjoy watching the super impressive freighters as they navigate the southbound shipping channel to their final destinations! Watch from the outdoor deck at the Cozy Corners Tavern and Grill right next door! Their food is excellent and service is top notch! Boaters can tie right up to the floating docks at the restaurant and then continue on to enjoy the beauty and awesome fishing on the St. Mary’s River!

Another great stay at this charming place! We love staying here. Tammy & David are great at communicating and are so helpful. We always feel so "at home". We used to stay in hotels when visiting Sault Ste. Marie, but this is our go to now. I just can't say enough good about our experiences here.

This unit is exactly as it appears in the photos. Was a great deal, and the space was wonderful! There is a restaurant downstairs [that was also amazing... except they were out of Scottish Tablet :( ]. There was a live band performing during our stay, but the noise was not bad... and it certainly did not keep us awake. No need to fear being above a pub. Everything was perfect, from their communication to the coffee pods left for those early morning wake ups! LOL If in SSM again, I would definately stay here!

Loved the decors and quality of the appliances and utensils. We didn’t do much cooking because our schedule did not allow it, but we would have loved to make use of the kitchen. The location was perfect for a hockey tournament as we were close to major routes. We both agreed the unit was in our top 10.

The house immediately upon walking in the door is friendly and homey feel. Notebook in kitchen was professionally organized with your TV lineup, restaurant menus, maps and flyers of local places to visit and more. The inside of the apartment is not what you would expect it to be. It was like visiting a person’s home with a warm sense of feel and safety. I’d been traveling for a few months and when I walked into this apartment I was so grateful for that down home feeling of warmth and safety that I so needed. Thank you Alan for such a wonderful experience.

This is an excellent place to stay if you need to conduct business in the area. I attended a conference at the Casino Hotel and this place was a 7 minute drive away. It’s super quiet and so relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone looking for private accommodations.
