We loved staying here! The views were incredible and within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

Mark’s place was everything that we had hoped for on our Spring Break trip to HHI. The condo is comfortable, has ample storage and close to everything. This was our best trip back to HHI thus far and hope to book with him in the future.

It was a lovely location. Watching the sunrise over the pool with coffee in the morning and walking on the beach at sunset was perfect.

I love Lisa’s condo! It is clean, beautifully decorated and the view is just gorgeous! The condo has a great patio which is great for entertaining guests. Lisa is a wonderful communicator; very helpful. I can’t wait to return next year!

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

Home is beautiful, well appointed, plenty of space for our family of 4. The home overlooks the river & is central to many amenities & sights in Savannah - very walkable to many locations. Parking garage came in very handy as we had a car - it's a couple blocks away from the unit. While this is no fault of the owners, there was early morning construction going on right outside the bedroom window during our stay. The only other challenge was finding a place to store our luggage. The check-in times were clearly communicated so I knew this before booking but there was no flexibility for an earlier check-in before 4:00 PM and the cleaners arrived promptly at 10:00 AM. This left us a few hours on both ends of our trip where we had to drop our luggage off at Bounce at an additional cost - something to consider. This was not a deal breaker for us and the positives of the home, location, space, cleanliness, river views, etc. significantly outweighed these minor issues. 10/10 would stay again

We had a great stay here. Property is very large, but easy to find your way. Condo was just like the pictures. Only thing I feel it needed was a fully length mirror. We enjoyed our quick stay at the condo.

The home was beautiful and the location was convenient to everything. We were able to walk to the river walk easily and there was plenty of parking. It was very clean and stocked well. Definitely recommend it to all looking for a place to stay in Savannah!

We loved Donna's home. The house was lovely and in the most outstanding location. It is a boater's dream. Donna was incredibly helpful assisting us with many questions regarding boating, restaurants etc... We highly recommend this property!

Was a great place to stay! Comfortable beds, plenty of space and pretty location.

When we arrived, I discovered it was same place my Brother-in-law had booked a few years ago and that was a very pleasant surprise! My main focus was being right on the Ocean front and the large windows looking out to the Beach and watching College football was perfect. My wife specifically only wanted to be able to sit and look at the beach from inside and on the back deck and this place was perfect! Kathy was super helpful and quick to respond. The 4 bedrooms worked for 4 couples and the open kitchen and family room were excellent for not missing out while preparing meals, cooking, playing board or card games, watching football and most importantly, looking out at the waves crashing in to celebrate her 60th birthday! Plus riding around on the Golf cart enjoying the scenic views, deer, and fantastic sunsets! We will be back much sooner than later! Loved it!

enjoyed our stay! The beach at the condo was very unique and beautiful in a different way from the other beaches on the island. It was about a 10 min drive to the closest beach which worked just fine when we wanted a change.

This was exactly what we needed after going through the trauma of hurricane Helene. It was a tranquil spot with a beautiful view of the ocean. The entire place was spotless and the king size bed was very comfortable. There was a Keurig and it was so nice to have hot coffee and sit on the balcony watching the waves and big ships go by. Also appreciated the list of restaurants- AJ’s was wonderful. Our stay was too brief to take advantage of everything offered, but we hope to return in the future. It was just the 2 of us, but if you have kids the other bedroom has 2 bunk beds (double beds) and a tv.

Everything was as expected. Beautiful location handy to everything you need! Thanks again for another great visit to HH and the lowlands!!

This condo is a great choice for your vacation in Hilton Head. It is well kept with nice decor and centrally located. Public beach access is only 5 minutes walk away and there is even another local neighborhood beach access just a minute walk away. We enjoyed the tranquil views of the pond and sound of the fountain from the balcony (not to forget watching the turtles play). The condo building is surrounded by a moat / pond which was a neat touch.

I recommend this accommodation. Great experience 10/10. Great host, amazing property even with the construction going on. We were happy we selected this location. Very private.

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending all of February, 2025 here. Everything was easy; booking, location of the unit and getting in. The entire unit was spotlessly clean and there was a complete and generous supply of starter supples. Two minor issues arose for which I needed the owners' advice and the response was immediate and friendly with clear and complete information. The highpoint of the location is the fact that this unit is located in the only building of this complex which has an indoor pool which was kept at a comfortable 90+ degrees and was perfect for those occasional cool, rainy days. All and all it was a great place to which we will return. Duane and Karen

We had a great stay on Tybee at Michael’s place! The location was great and we loved having easy pool and beach access. Also loved that the restaurant on site had a bar counter inside the pool area so you didn’t have to leave to get food or drinks! The condo was bigger than I imagined from pictures and had all amenities as listed. The little porch was great for morning coffee or evening drinks. We’d definitely recommend Michael’s place if you’re looking for a condo on Tybee!
