It was clean and private. Actually looks better in person. Amy and her husband were kind and patient on a rainy night and helped me with an embarrassing situation. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was well organized with all the essentials and extras such as beach gear and cruiser bikes. Also, the unit is located in a great location, with convenient walking distances to restaurants, bars, shopping, and ice cream parlors while nestled far enough way from the entrainment facilities for tranquility. We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo largely due to the condo's location and being well maintained along with the great communication of the owner.

We are return guests to Lighthouse Villas/Sea Pines and are never disappointed.

I had a fantastic stay at Jessica’s place in Sea Pines, Hilton Head. The house was fully renovated, spotless, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Sea Pines itself is an amazing area, with beautiful scenery and plenty to do. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The only negative I have about the whole stay is the beach access at the end of the parking lot wasn’t very clean and it had huge clam beds close to shore so the likelihood of cutting your feet was high and you could smell the beds which none of this is to any fault of the owner! The condo and resort were great!!!

Wonderful stay. Right on the beach, easy walk to local restaurants and shops. Condo had everything we needed. Host provided a wonderful check in guide that was helpful. Very responsive, allowed us to check in early and check out a hour late. Will absolutely stay again! Thanks!

This is our second stay at Carolyn’s Dawg House! It was squeaky clean and had all amenities listed! Carolyn was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. Would definitely stay a third time!!

Lesley’s Chic Chateau was beyond perfect for our girls weekend! The place is beautifully decorated and stocked with all of the items you could potentially need. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to keep everyone happy. Our group of 10 spent most of the time in the expansive kitchen together and there was more than enough seating and space. Host was adorable and checked in to ensure we were set and having a good time. Extremely responsive to our questions. Would 10000% recommend this home!!! Thank you guys for a fantastic stay!!!

This was a beautiful and spacious home! My family enjoyed everyday we were here. We barely wanted to leave the house because it was accommodating, comfortable, spacious, clean, and historically beautiful. We were attending the funeral of my brother and this was perfect for my many siblings and our children!

100% will be returning to this property. My kids loved the space. I only had to call the host once and he picked up immediately and let me in because my code wasn't working.

Kary's place was beautiful. We were peaceful and enjoyed every minute!

I hosted my Bridal Shower and Engagement party at this home on Veteran's Day weekend. My bridesmaids traveled from three states, so I wanted to ensure that they had an amazing experience. The home was immaculate! There were top-of-the-line fixtures and amenities throughout the home which made my shower and party even more spectacular. All of the guests were raving about the decorum and set up of the home. The beds were super comfortable, and the 7 bedrooms ensured that my bridesmaids each had their separate bedroom and bathroom. The basement was large enough and offered sufficient room for both line dancing and group games. Additionally, Corey was the best host ever! He responded timely to requests, even a request by one of my bridesmaids to locate a pair of scissors (smh). He even accommodated long chats with a few guests (lol). I will most definitely rent this home again for future gatherings.

This place is Top Tier!!! No disappointments at all… Communication with Leigh was great from beginning to the end. Upon arrival, I must say the pictures don’t do it justice because no detail was missed! The size of the property was more than enough to host FAMILY. The house keeping crew did a really great job with making sure things were right and in order. If you book this place, please leave it better than you found it, because WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BOOKING AGAIN!

Clean, plenty of entertainment, minimal cleaning request for check out. The house is stunning and so is the view of the lake. It is BEAUTIFUL. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location. The property offers a lot Fire pit, grills, walk to the pools and beach in minutes! You are so close you can hear the waves. Beautiful home with everything you need. Even has beach chairs and toys for you to use while staying. Our experience was perfect and we will definitely be back! Thanks for everything Keith

Nice sized living area greets you upon a convenient keyless entry. Larger bedroom has two double beds which was very comfortable for two adults. Smaller bedroom with queen was tight for two adults sharing the bed. Plenty of dishes and small appliances made it easy to cook in. Lots of beach supplies. New large capacity washer and dryer made it easy to keep on top of clean clothes and towels. It’s a little further walk than we prefer with almost 20 mins to walk and get step up on the beach. However, you can walk to Coligny in about 15 mins, too. We had a nice relaxing week, and you can never go wrong at HHI!

Lee was a fantastic host. He was proactive in his communications and responded quickly to any questions. The condo was spotless, well appointed (everything from nice furniture to ample kitchen utensils), had a fantastic private balcony with views and sounds of the ocean, had little noise from neighboring tenants, and felt very safe and secure. The pool and beach are just a short walk away and Hilton Head has a plethora of great restaurants. There’s really nothing to complain about and we hope to come back again soon.

Barbara’s place was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable. The access to the beach was really easy with miles to walk. We had a lovely time in this location.

I love Hilton Head and the was the perfect location. Short walk to Shelter Cove, a stunning marina with great restaurants and music. The condo is every bit as great as the pictures. The host leaves nothing to chance. I could not come up with a single suggestion, it's all there.

Would definitely stay here again! Everything was just as the pictures showed! We also cooked one night and we had everything we needed pots and pan wise! Very comfortable beds and my kids loved the bunkbeds! Had to communicate with Amanda and she was very responsive! I love staying at this resort this is my second year and it’s great with stuff to do for inside. We came during the hurricane and were still able to be at the pool and get there with no problems or getting rained on! Would definitely stay here again!!
