A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e simpática. A casa é bem espaçosa ótima para aproveitar com amigos ou família.

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

We’ve stayed as a family of 4 and our dog in Alen’s house. The house itself and Puntera are very cozy and peaceful. You will find everything that you need in the house - great kitchen and bathrooms, own backyard with parking place. And since we were on a car, the location worked perfectly for us. It’s quite close to everything and felt very comfortable on return after all-day driving through Istria beaches and surroundings. Alen and Manuela are very friendly, give us recommendations and advise things when we’ve asked for. All in all it’s a great place to stay for a family and I would definitely love to return again.

Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

On a loué appartement TIA. On était deux. Parfait pour 2. Il y a plusieurs logements dans maison de Karin mais chacun à sa quiétude. Appartement très propre, très bien équipé dans la cuisine. Karin met à disposition des produits de nettoyage et des condiments. La clim fonctionne très bien. Il y a une terrasse sympathique et au calme. Maison se trouve à 15 min à pieds environ de l'hyper centre touristique du port de ROVINJ. Ravi de notre location : on reviendra avec Plaisir. Karin (ou son père ) sont très réactifs, sympatiques et toujours prêt à nous aider. En plus Karin propose location de vélo à des prix super intéressant

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

Mes amis et moi avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette superbe villa offrant une vue imprenable. L'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de Mirjana ont grandement contribué à la réussite de nos vacances. Le cadre est calme, paisible et impeccablement entretenu. La cuisine extérieure, située au bord de la piscine, a été un véritable atout pendant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement ce logement ainsi que Mirjana pour un séjour dépaysant en Croatie et des moments inoubliables.

Wir waren komplett zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Der Vermieter hat direkt auf unsere Anfrage reagiert - wir hatten kurzfristig am Vortag gebucht. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, Kommunikation auf Deutsch war problemlos möglich. Die Wohnung entspricht vollständig den Bildern/Beschreibungen. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber, Fahrradverleih beim Vermieter möglich, alternativ Bikeverleih 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen - ca. 15 Minuten. Auch zum Strand kann man gut laufen - ca. 20 Minuten. PKW konnte direkt vor der Wohnung im Hof geparkt werden. Der Pool und der großzügige Bereich um den Pool kann durch alle Wohnparteien genutzt werden. Unsere Wohnung lag direkt an der Durchfahrtstraße, dies war uns aber durch die gelesenen Bewertungen bewußt und hat uns nicht gestört, da die Fenster sehr gut isoliert sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wirklich wunderbar. Man hatte alles was man braucht, es war super sauber und bei Fragen oder sonstigem jeder Zeit jemand erreichbar.

Wir sind im Herbst 8 Tage in der „La Finca“ untergekommen. Das Haus ist durchweg extrem sauber und gepflegt (ein großes Kompliment an die Haushälterin!). Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sind die Möbelstücke und die allgemeine Einrichtung rustikal und etwas älter, die Sauberkeit hat uns aber sehr überzeugt. Der Pool draußen war auf 28 Grad beheizt, sodass wir trotz geringer Außentemperatur jeden Tag und auch abends schwimmen gehen konnten. Die Sauna ist top. Der Whirlpool ist ebenfalls ein nice to have, für den Preis auch in Ordnung. Leider haben wir schnell gemerkt, dass er sehr empfindlich ist. Obwohl wir uns gründlich vor Benutzung geduscht haben ist der Filter immer wieder verstopft, sodass die Haushälterin kommen musste um alles zu reinigen und neu zu befüllen. Hier würde es sicherlich Sinn machen in einen hochwertigeren Whirlpool zu investieren. Trotz allem hat Ivan bei jeder Frage oder Unklarheit sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

V domě jsme byli již podruhé a opět jsme byli velmi spokojení. Dům je velmi vkusně zařízený a nic nám nechybělo. Bylo velmi milé, že v domě byl na Vánoce nachystaný i krásně nazdobený vánoční stromeček a dokonce i s dárkem. Snad nám to někdy vyjde a přijedeme i v trochu teplejším počasí. Vše bylo dokonalé a Andreji moc děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou.

The extensive property suited our group very well. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children. The lovely pool , pool side kitchen and large surrounding garden gave us all plenty of space to enjoy time together. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to buy bread and other essentials in the small shop (open 7.30 - 14.00) but a car is essential for trips to supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest. The owner kindly offered to order us local cheese and olive oil. It was excellent, but expensive. One can also buy very good vegetables and eggs from the neighbours. We had friendly, helpful service everywhere we visited. Pula, Fazana and Rovinj are certainly worth a visit. We were fascinated by the variety of insects. Many butterflies , beetles and small scorpions. Great if you’re a mini beast fan! Just remember the mosquito repellent. All in all we had a wonderful time!

Wir durften als größere Gruppe rund zwei Wochen bei Ivan zu Gast sein und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus, Pool und Außenbereich entsprachen den Bildern, der Ausblick auf Labin (besonders am Abend) ist herrlich. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. In rund 10-15 Autominuten sind idyllische Strände zu erreichen. Ivan hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes Tipps zu Stränden, Veranstaltungen und Restaurants gegeben und sogar einmal selbst für uns gekocht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Gracijela und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Gastgeber und super bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt und helfen auch sofort. Der Garten ist wunderschön und der Pool ist ideal. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Erg rustige locatie. Prachtige omgeving. Wel wat verder van de kust gelegen, maar daarvoor hadden we dit net gekozen. Voor ons dus een pluspunt. Het zwembad was een meerwaarde voor onze kinderen. Het appartement was erg ruim, zeer goede bedden. We hebben genoten van de vele buitenruimte. Een extra wc-rol was welkom geweest. 1 rol voor 3 dagen/4 personen was een beetje weinig. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Wir waren rundum glücklich mir der Unterkunft. Lidija (die Schwiegermutter) hat uns super freundlich empfangen, das Haus gezeigt und sogar Leckereien für uns gebacken. Auch einen selbstgemachten Wein gab es. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus hat alles (und noch mehr), was man braucht und auch die Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ☺️

Wir waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Iva. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen gehabt und uns Tipps gegeben. Sie hat jeden Tag einmal vorbeigeschaut und gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserer Schäfermix Hündin hier für zwölf Tage. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und verlief unkompliziert. Nada war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Im Apartment hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig und man hat nicht weit in die Stadt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super Restaurants in der Nähe. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir hatten zu 6. mit zwei Hunden eine entspannte Woche, obwohl das Wetter leider teilweise nicht so toll war. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, der schöne Olivengarten mit Pool war rundum mit Zaun/Mauer abgeschlossen und die Lage des Hauses war perfekt für Ausflüge oder in wenigen Minuten ans Meer zu fahren. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Haus/Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Gefrierschrank ist groß genug für BARFer ;-). Matea und ihre Mama sind total nett und schnell erreichbar, wenn man etwas braucht. Wir und die Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danke!

Het appartement is prima. Alles heel schoon. Heerlijk bed en uitstekende douche. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk. Het ligt wel wat verder weg van het centrum en strand maar dat vonden wij niet erg. We kunnen dit appartement van harte aanbevelen.

THE BEST!!!! This was my favorite stay in Istria! I had an incredibly warm welcome from Iva! It was easy to check in, the instructions were clear, and the place was amazing! I was welcomed with lots of farm fresh produce and products. It was amazing! The house itself is so charming, and in the best location. It has a beautiful view overlooking Motovun. It was stocked with eveathing I needed and more. The recommendations, advice, and help (especially when my tire popped) were wonderful. By far, my greetest experience was meeting the family and getting to help with the olive harvesting. It was an incredible experience! I felt like family and I will always have this beautiful memory!! Thank you soooo much!! Not only will I continue to recommend this for friends to stay here, but I will be back! With depest gratitude and lots of love!

Ivan was the perfect host and the house was fully equiped, clean, warm and cozy. We have spent a week with our three small children in April there and enjoyed the beautiful nature of Istria. Really a place to recommend!
