Sawley Marina : locations de vacances

We ( family of seven) stayed at this place for Easter weekend . The house was homely and spacious. Game room was great. We enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen equipments were good. Our dog enjoyed the house too. The owners were in contact with us constantly. They were very friendly Thank you Crich is a lovely quiet town we enjoyed walking around town and you must see Matlock and its tourists attractions which is amazinggggg!!! It’s so beautiful. I recommend this place and Matlock to everyone Regards Mahtab

Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

I stayed at the cabin with my 2 sons for a birthday trip to Alton towers & the water park. Hannah very kindly left Easter eggs for my children & Prosecco for myself. The cabin was very clean and felt homely. The bathroom was modern and a good size. Both bedrooms were lovely & we all had a great sleep. I liked that the cabin felt separate/private from the main house due to the fencing and positioning of the cabin facing out to the field and the spacious garden for my son to run about in was welcomed. It’s a wonderful space. The hot tub was immaculate. Really enjoyed spending evenings in the garden as the outdoor lights and hot tub lights made it a nice atmosphere & Wakening up to see sheep in the field across from the cabin was just delightful. We visited a little bakery called Birds which is just a short drive from the cabin, they had yummy lemon tarts and homemade shortbread. Hannah was fast at responding to my messages and very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay x

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

My husband and I had a lovely stay here with our puppy. the campsite was lovely and included everything you would need such as kettle microwave etc, and the dining area is especially helpful too. The area is lovely and there is 2 pubs within a short walking distance both of which are dog friendly and serve great food we particularly enjoyed the gate inn. The area is beautiful and there is lots to see and do we would love to come back again to this site to see some of the places we didn’t get the chance to go, Thankyou Caroline for a lovely break away and for being a welcoming and accommodating host throughout our stay.
