fantastic peaceful place to stay. Jean was lively and gave me plenty of information before I arrived and popped into see me to make sure all was ok, which I thought was a very nice touch. the chalet was spotless and had everything I needed for the weekend. Will defo stay again.

2nd time staying in this lovely gem! Perfect getaway for friends The fireplaces, hobbit hut, sauna and hot tub are wonderful treats for pure chill and relaxation times. I booked based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. The cottage is lovely and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. I was able to park directly outside the cottage with no concerns. Rutland Water is gorgeous and I really enjoyed walking round the reservoir. I also drove to Seaton and found a great view of the very impressive viaduct. I didn’t meet Marie or Ben but Marie was in contact throughout my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property.

had everything we needed for our relaxing weekend away. opened the door on the saturday morning to a view of a rainbow stretching over the fields. place was very clean and well looked after. short drive into Bedford for a walk around the shops and the local museum and gallery. will be booking in again asap!

From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. Thank you once again Amber for a wonderful weekend and I know we’ll be booking again. Mike

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

We had such a great stay at Apartment37. It was such a peaceful place to be and we really enjoyed just resting and feeling at home. The decor is beautiful and there were so many little touches that really blessed us. Suzanne and Ian had thought of everything. Suzanne was a brilliant host, communication was clear and prompt. My friend and I both said we wished we were staying longer. This is hopefully somewhere we will come back to at another time. Super peaceful and refreshing.
