Was an absolutely relaxing stay. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. An extended weekend away with a bunch of things around us to do. It had a little bit of everything around us, including privacy. It was fantastic.

I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting from out of town. David is a very kind and communicative host, and his listing is exactly as pictured in real life! The apartment is well appointed and very cozy, not to mention the incredibly warm and comfy bed. It snowed heavily during my stay, and to my surprise and delight, the walkway was shoveled and salted! I had a return trip planned to South Bend for another week and immediately rebooked this place. It’s a lovely unit at a price that’s hard to beat. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed for a weekend trip to the beach. Central location, about 5 minutes drive from Mount Baldy, and 5 minutes drive from Washington Park Beach. The suite is spotless, well decorated, and has more and better quality kitchen supplies than most AirBNB options (has a full spice rack, dishes, pots and pans, and a full knife block!). Beds were comfortable and they generously provided beach towels, bikes, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The only negatives were that it is two blocks from a train station (as is everything else with close availability to the beach) with some early morning trains that could wake up late sleepers, and a construction site across the street- the construction noise was minimal to us, and the construction should at some point be completed. We hope to stay with Jessie again for our next visit!

This unit was extremely clean and well setup. The hosts provided ample information to make our stay easy and eliminate the need to ask questions especially when it came to entering the property and check in. The landscape was beautiful and the home was so cozy. Suzanne and Dan were very kind and helpful — super nice people. My sister and I enjoyed our time and if we are ever back in this area we hope to stay here again!

Nicely appointed apartment, roomy with plenty of space for our stuff, and having a washer and dryer was a nice bonus. We appreciated the snacks and provisions in the full kitchen after our long drive. I especially loved the location which allowed us to reach our family even during the worst of the lake effect snow, and the mud room sure was handy! I wanted to be able to wander the trails more, but the frigid wind had different ideas. We hope to come back; I can explore next time! Thanks for everything!

Maggie’s studio is compact, manageable, and well maintained. Maggie always responded very quickly, which was much appreciated!

We had a blessed Christmas Eve and Christmas with family. Thanks for helping to make that possible.

Highly recommend staying here. Great space and location in downtown South Bend. Will try to stay again next time we’re in town.

Came out to New Buffalo to celebrate a birthday. Had a great time exploring all the shops and restaurants that were nearby. Love that this home is pet friendly and the fact that the yard is fenced. My family and I had a blast hanging out in the garage/backyard playing the games provided. Definitely recommend!

Clean house and will definitely book again for our needs. Very comfortable with everything.

The house was exactly as described and had no issues with anything. We stayed for 2 nights and anything we had forgotten, there was a dollar general nearby.

Extremely cozy and would recommend for anyone wanting to visit South Bend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christy’s place. She is super responsive and it is beautifully appointed with the perfect combo of cozy and chic. We love to cook and she had great recipe books and all tools along with starter ingredients to whip up delicious meals. The land surrounding the property is well maintained and offers plenty for play and relaxation. We will definitely return and look forward to exploring the area in warmer seasons.

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

This is the second of Vik's property I've stayed in and it's just as beautiful/amazing as the first one. I always hate leaving. Great Location! Great Host! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 stars all around.

Overall this stay was great! Host was very communicative and was willing to help with whatever we needed. Place was very clean and organized. The complex was also very quiet at the time we were there. About a 10 minute walk to downtown with a slightly large hill. Complex came with basic cleaning supplies, dishes, dishwasher, etc. Would definitely stay here again!! Things to note: Toilet seat is not in the best condition in the master bedroom. WiFi is extremely slow, was not an issue for us because we have unlimited data on our phones and hotspots so we were able to use that. Water filter in the fridge needs to be replaced. Ice maker didn’t work.

Alexa was an awesome host. Her location is even nicer than the photos show. The indoor parking was a great amenity and the living room had great views of the river. Easy drive/walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and breweries. Alexa is very responsive and made check in/out very easy.

We absolutely loved the location of this condo! It was quiet and a good family friendly spot. We were able to easily walk to the beach and could have walked into town as well. The condo was clean and felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again next year!

Met expectations in every way. Clean, well maintained condo. Great location with several restaurants within walking distance, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach gear was provided. Well stocked kitchen amenities and board games. Host responded quickly to all emails. Very well run. Easy all the way around.

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

This hotel efficiency was a lovely and welcoming space. It was clean and quiet and located not too far from Lake Michigan. the town is small, but there are wonderful breweries and some good restaurants. I would be happy to stay here again. Nicole was very responsive and her instructions were clear.
