A group of 14 of us went down for my bachelor trip and had the best time! Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great place that accommodates lots of people. The host was so easy to communicate with even months before we arrived. Overall, 10/10 experience and cannot wait to come back! 🤩

I absolutely Loved this little courtyard/splash pool Nook! By the end of our 10 days, I felt like it was my house LOL, I fell in love with the concrete concept and we took notes for our home we will build. I had my husband with 4 kids, the floors and countertops so quick and easy to clean!! We got all our fresh produce from the corner store for salsa and guacamole, 2 insanely full bags* and other odds and ends, 500 pesos! Fresh Asada from the butcher around the corner, fresh (right out of the water) shrimp and fish from the locals driving past-holler’s out from their truck! Marinated and Grilled to perfection(charcoal at the corner store). The beach was an easy stroll a couple blocks down, wonderful family taco stops all around, 20 peso tacos!!! Very friendly neighborhood and quiet at night. Last but not least Adorable Alex is literally on the other side of the wall making his coffees, serving sublime sandwiches and saying hola 👋 and checked in with his us every morning!! MuchasGracia

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

todo perfecto , la casa super cómoda y limpia !! nos encantó tenia todo cerca . el coto super agusto y nos encantó tener el jacuzzi frente a la casa !! Tuvimos un pequeño percance con las llaves y rápido nos resolvieron y nos llevaron duplicado para poder entrar 😁 volvería a quedarme de nuevo 🙂 .

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Julie's place was amazing. Views to die for, dipping pool for cooling off, comfy bed, everything you need for a day at the beach, just fantastic. Close enough to the beach and ample amount of restaurants in the area. The hill gets smaller every day if you don't want a golf cart. All in all a wonderful stay!!

The stay couldnt have been more than what I imagined! Great place to stay with a team of staff that was readily available with whatever question or issue I had. The place looks even better than the photos. Comfy feeling the entire stay for even the times when we were too tired for the city it was a perfect nest for the whole family. Would definitely recommend!

This was a beautiful villa. The owners were such beautiful people. We called it our little oasis, inPuerto Vallarta all the people that were in the area were extremely friendly. Absolutely perfect stay! We were a group of 4 adults and 5 kids, and this place exceeded every expectation. The home is stunning—right on the ocean with breathtaking views, a private pool, and access to a beautiful facility pool as well. The space was immaculate, comfortable, and ideal for our group size. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff—attentive, kind, and always a step ahead. The chef was phenomenal; every meal felt like dining at a 5-star restaurant. The kids had a blast and the adults had time to relax and enjoy. The location is unbeatable—peaceful, yet close to everything in Puerto Vallarta. From start to finish, everything was seamless. We can't wait to return. This place is a dream!

such a beautiful airbnb - even better than the pictures! the view from the pool / outdoor area is gorgeous. the home is beautifully decorated. kitchen was wonderful. HIGHLY recommend this spot. can't express how much we all loved it. David is awesome!! super responsive and helpful. he made our experience seamless. we were greeted with fresh guacamole and salsa, in addition to the groceries we pre-ordered via david. everything was spotless upon arrival and even cleaned mid-stay with laundry! we split the 3 beds between 6 women and didn't have an issue with space. note that it is up on the hill so it's a bit of a hike up, but ubers are readily available and super cheap. close to many great spots in zona romantica. thank you!!

Javier is a great host and his house is as described. Polo was very responsive and helpful for our immediate needs. This is one of the best places we stayed in Puerta Vallarta. Thank you for hosting us!

The house is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. The restaurant next door was delicious and having it so close was very nice. The house was clean and had everything you could need. We ran out of bottled water and Saamantha had a bottle delivered by maintenance within an hour. A kitchen sink pipe burst or leaked one evening. Everyone was very responsive even though it was 11pm at night. They had maintenance come and fix it right away. We had such a lovely time even with the mishap with the kitchen sink. They even provided us with a refund for that nights stay due to the inconvenience. The only drawback was that the finicular elevator did not work the entire time we were there. This is out of their control and had very little impact on the loveliness of the stay. My husband I highly recommend this home and would love to go back in the future.

Spencer's place was amazing. Centrally located, beautiful house with all the amenities you need and a great rooftop pool to relax by. Perfect for a group or a family. Spencer was a really responsive and proactive host. One thing to note is that there is quite a lot of construction in the area during the day but we were mostly not home then. Nights are quiet and peaceful. 10/10 would recommend and be back anytime.

Sheena and Luke were very accommodating and patient hosts. There were a couple electrical issues that they dealt with immediately in spite of it being Christmas. They are very kind and considerate hosts. The house is wonderful with views of the jungle, the sunrise in the morning over the mountain ridges, and the starry night sky, all to the soundtrack that is Mexico...

This place was gorgeous! Looks just like the pictures. I don’t think you could have a better view anywhere else. The staff was so friendly and a Sarah’s cooking was amazing! It was like being at your own personal resort. We were a group of 10 and we had so much space! My only warning would be if you are disabled or have difficulty stairs it would be difficult to get around. Others than that you should book this place!!!
