The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

This place is absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t be better—tons of fantastic places to eat just around the corner, and the market is only a block away. The home itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers incredible value for the price. It’s perfect for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great experience. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Rosario’s home is lovely. The location and views were simply stunning. The house was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and size. The views and the sound of the waves at night gave you the feel of a resort. Rosario was very kind and helpful during our stay and her staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend Rosario’s home.

A very beautiful home and the pool is great. Kitchen was easy to cook in and beds were comfortable. We were there 10 days and a house cleaner came twice. Host was very responsive and helpful. There is construction noise during the week and the host is honest about this. I think you won’t find a place in Sayulita that doesn’t have construction noise as it is a growing city. The home is difficult to find. Put in the name of house in Google Maps to locate it - just the street address will take you to the wrong building with the same address.

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Bonita was amazing! It's a beautiful house with an amazing pool and an awesome outdoor chill spot. The house itself is very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a big hill to walk up and down from the town center, but that was ok with us. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Overall, a perfect stay!

Bernadette was a great host. The airbnb was exactly as advertised. It was clean and very comfortable and I really loved the little pool! I will definitely recommend it to friends and try to stay here again when I come back to La Cruz.

Great place! Lots of common space for hanging out inside and outside, bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and comfy. Great location for exploring town and getting to the beach. Briana was a responsive and helpful host!

Our stay at Villa Vista Mariposas was wonderful. Firstly, Brian and Karin are excellent hosts. They responded quickly to messages and were very welcoming during our stay on the property. They also provided a concierge, Sofia, who was extremely helpful in coordinating the details of our stay, including touring us around the facility and helping us coordinate different tours and catering options. We chose to have half of our meals catered by chef Silvia and this was absolutely one of the highlights of the trip. As other reviews have mentioned - it is important to rent a vehicle with some clearance to make the trip to the house. We rented a Nissan X-Trail, and we were glad for that decision. The privacy of the beach was another highlight. We spent hours boogie boarding, walking, and just bathing in the sun. You will not regret staying here!

El mejor alojamiento en el que me he hospedado, mi esposa y mi perro lo disfrutaron mucho. las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado lo cual refresca mucho el alojamiento. la alberca esta impecable y perfecta para relajarte un rato. definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos ampliamente el lugar. Our experience at your Marina Del Rey penthouse was one of a kind! From the moment we got there we felt the PV MARINA vibe!! From one side you have the spectacular view of the Marina and from the other side you get the beautiful view of the city! This beautiful high ceiling, spacious 4 bedroom 4 bath penthouse is sure to accommodate your every need. The big screen TV was a plus, the air conditioning kept us nice and cool inside since the temperature outside was nice, warm and toasty. The beautiful pool was a hit to cool off and tan!! The best part is the location!! A variety of Delicious Restaurants and bars are all along the strip right outside the complex. The accessibility was amazing! Ubers and taxies are always on standby ready to get you where you want to go. Communicating with management was very easy. They quickly responded to any questions we had. We highly recommend this AirBNB to anyone who is looking for a comfortable spacious condo. Looking forward to revisiting.

This place is beautiful! perfect blend of modern and traditional. the heated pool is so lovely at nighttime. place was walking distance for us to everything. Internet works great. The management company they use was also great. we also used their recommendation for Hugo for private transportation, and he and his friends were perfect.

Emily's place was absolutely fantastic. the pictures of the place don't do it justice. everything was clean and well maintained. away from all the tourist areas but only a 5 min walk to the center of town. 3 min walk to so many great taco stands and restaurants and bars. Emily and her brother were super responsive to questions and any concern we had was addressed right away with no issues! all the neighbour's were super friendly. we spend many many nights and days on the rooftop patio! the wagon and umbrella were fantastic for our beach time although we didn't end up using the umbrella. LA 20 bar that was right around the corner and a perfect place to have a drink, listen to the band or play their music bingo (an absolute must). the place is huge so will house your large group very easily! was perfect as we had family members come at different times for a week each! our 3 weeks flew by super fast.. but will definitely rent again from her if we have a large group again!

This is a premier location! The view is stunning and having the heated attached infinity pool made our trip so memorable. The location is very walkable to the beach and activities in town. The place was very well kept and lived up to all the photos. Each room was very spacious and accommodated our family of 7 perfectly!

Great place. We rented all the apartments including the house and studio. We had our 10th family reunion for 10 days, and everyone was impressed and loved the place. The pool and garden was cleaned everyday, they came and cleaned after 7 days (every week). The owner was very attentive and was always there when we needed him. Hands down best airbnb we've ever stayed on, and we've stayed in airbnbs every year.

Stayed for one week in late November 2022 as a multi-generational family of 10. Seamless pick up and check in. We were greeted twice by Claudia and once by Harry, who gave us a tour of the beautiful place. The listing is 100% accurate, and Harry's place lives up to those pics...such a nice place with beautiful views everywhere. The sound of the waves, and the fresh air, beautiful sunsets, the wildlife, and perfect temperatures can't be captured in the photos. A perfect place to return home to after touring. Ample private space for all, completely equipped. Everything worked. Always felt safe The pool and beach were excellent, and never busy. Staff at the property were friendly and efficient. Not much around walkable, but very easy to get cabs even for 10. And lastly, the hosts - Harry and Claudia, and Marisela (who cooked two delicious meals for us) were all excellent hosts! For a large group, excellent value for cost. Would stay again if opportunity arises. Thanks and Bravo!

Excellent house and location. Beautiful private pool and garden. Short walk to everything. Will stay again. Very accommodating with early check in and offered luggage storage due to delayed flight! House was exactly as presented in photos.

This place is amazing, I spent a long weekend with my daughter and my husband, the place is safe, comfy and beautiful, it looks like those pinterest places, beach is located 7 minutes walking, so nice location, I saw that in some comments it was mentioned that it was noisy , for us it was perfect, it was kind of normal to hear some roosters. Really recommend to book Elena’s place 🙂

Perfectly situated just outside the hum of town, this little house is an ideal retreat after a short walk to the beach or spending hours enjoying all that San Pancho offers. The kitchen provides just enough to make cooking meals possible after a stop at a nearby store for the essentials. The bed is medium-firm and comfortable - I have a bad back and had no issues after 2 weeks. The patio is enchanting, with privacy, dappled light, and lots of plants. Spending cooler evenings out there is an easy routine to acquire. The palapa rooftop is another fabulous space to relax in with amazing views. We loved everything about this place, especially being far enough away from the noisy late night music, which we’ve suffered when closer to the beach, but do bring ear plugs because the adorable free-roaming roosters love to sing (all over town!)

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Ebony. L'endroit est très tranquille, propre. Le centre ville se fait bien a pied et le logement est assez loin pour ne pas entendre son bruit. On se réveille avec le chant des coqs. La cours intérieur est intime et agréable pour se reposer. Je recommande cette endroit.
