Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

This place was the perfect location to get to and from all the sites we planned to see and walk to. Her cozy apartment had everything that was needed for our short stay. The neighbourhood was friendly and it was quiet at night. As our second stop on our vacation, this set the standards high for our other stops and stays. We would recommend this Airbnb to other future travellers.

Amanda’s apartment is absolutely gorgeous. It is spacious, tastefully furnished and with an amazing terrace overlooking Firenze cathedral. It is located outside ZTL and if you are coming with a car there is a paid underground parking with very reasonable fees (15 euro for 24 hours) just 400 meters from the place. The check in and check out process was very smooth and Amanda was very kind and responsive host. I highly recommend Amanda’s place!

abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte per un concerto al Nelson mandela forum. posizione ottima ci si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti e nei dintorni c'è di tutto..pizzerie, ristoranti, super mercati, bar ecc. l'appartamento è molto pulito e ben tenuto, non manca nulla. Vanna è stata molto carina nel farcelo trovare già riscaldato, cosa non scontata con altri host. consiglio anche per soggiorni più lunghi in quanto l'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort. in più il centro di Firenze è poco distante, con la macchina o con i mezzi di trasporto. se dovesse capitare torneremo sicuramente!

We loved Oscar's place. The restaurant was fantastic for breakfasts and dinners. The property was beautiful. This would be a special place for small wedding! The pool was inviting too! It was a pleasant surprise to meet all of their animals! 2 horses, 2 pigs, ducks, goats, sheep, chickens. rooster, cats and 2 dogs! We had excellent wine with amazing food while watching gorgeous sunsets. Oscar's and family are it easy and comfortable.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Leonardo a été très réactif. Nous ne nous sommes pas rencontré, mais il a été très disponible dans les échanges messages. Le logement est agréable, dans un environnement calme.

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Ļoti skaista atrašanās vieta. Apartaments bija tīrs, kārtīgs, gaumīgi iekārtots. Virtuve labi aprīkota. Baseins fantastisks. Mums ļoti noderēja informācija- ieteikumi, ko darīt apkārtnē un kur garšīgi paēst. Iesaku.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

We loved our stay here. It took us a couple of attempts to find it - but we were driving in pouring rain and fog (which was actually very picturesque!). Liza’s instructions were very clear and she was patient and helpful with me as I navigated our way there. The space was lovely - my daughter slept on the pull out sofa bed and the configuration of the living room meant that it became a separate bedroom for her which she loved. Nearby Castellina in Chianti is an absolute delight of a town - just a few minutes away - and another 30 or so minutes further and you have all the jewels of the Tuscan region within easy reach. We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Idéalement situé; on a l'impression d'être au fin fond de la Toscane, en réalité on est à 5 minutes de Florence. Incroyable. Le studio est absolument charmant. Chiara est une hôte très gentille, accueillante et elle nous a beaucoup aidé. Je recommande absolument !! Merci Chiara !!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement, qui a largement dépassé nos attentes. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur les oliviers et les vignes, un véritable havre de paix pour profiter de la beauté du Chianti. L’environnement extérieur est somptueux et propice à la détente, tout en étant à proximité du centre-ville, où l'on trouve un petit commerce bien pratique. L’emplacement était également idéal pour notre course à Radda in Chianti. L’expérience a été sublimée par la visite de la cave, où Ioletta et Andrea nous ont partagé avec passion l’histoire du vignoble. La dégustation de leurs vins a été un véritable moment de plaisir, révélant toute l’authenticité et le savoir-faire du domaine. Un grand merci pour cette belle découverte, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
