Lovely, pretty and tastefully fitted out cottage with perfect enclosed garden for our elderly labradoodle. Very comfy bed, slept really well. Loved Sandsend, super little village, great beach, steep walk back to the cottage 😅 but was downhill all the way there 😃 Would definitely stay again 🥰

Absolutely outstanding accommodation that was immaculate. Beds were super comfy, a real home away from home. Joanne was very friendly and had great communication. Asda is in within waking distance and lots to do locally. You will not be disappointed with this accommodation :)

Kates place was right in the old town a two minute walk to the beach, shops and attractions. It had a great view of the castle walls and the port. We would definitely return there.

Camilla is a wonderful host with a beautiful home. The location is amazing, everything within walking distance. We have had the best few days…three adults and 4 children. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Camilla x

What a beautiful place to stay! Forge Cottage was exactly like the photos, cosy, comfortable and perfect for couples. Everything you needed was there in the cottage, and the location was perfectly located in the heart of Robin Hood's Bay. Also close to the bus stop where we caught the bus into Whitby for the day. Would 100% recommend Forge Cottage - we loved our stay!

The house is very conveniently located. Good for dog (or human) walks on the promenade or up the cliffs. We ran into town and the south bay, then got buses back. Very near the Sea Life centre. The mini train runs just up the road to Peasholme Park. It's clean, homely. Well equipped. Warm. Quiet. Looks exactly like the pictures. Host was helpful and communicative.

Just returned from 2 nights here, 4 adults and 4 children aged between 8 and 12 and 2 dogs. Fantastic location right next to the harbour and centre of Whitby. House was very clean with comfortable beds and sofa. Clean bedding and towels. Smart TV in the lounge was great so kids could watch Netflix in the evenings. Great facilities in the kitchen with a much appreciated welcome tea and coffee. Air fryer was a nice touch too! Clean fridge and freezer 👌 We fell lucky and got free on street parking about 100 yards down from the property, car park opposite reasonable price if not so lucky. Great pub across the road and one about a minutes walk up towards the town. Would highly recommend and if we stay in Whitby again would stay here if available

Just returned from a lovely days in this lovely homely caravan park. Brilliant location and loved the fact could walk down to the beach. Close proximity to Filey and Scarborough. Caravan had everything we needed and was clearly well cared for. We hadn’t realised we needed a “pass” to use the on-site facilities; can’t remember if this was mentioned or not at time of booking, it may have just been we missed it. Didn’t particularly bother us as weather was so nice, we didn’t need to use the pool etc and we weren’t fussed about using the entertainment bar. But if this is important to you, worth remembering you’ll need to pay separately. Would happily stay again and definitely recommend to others.

We had a great time staying at Maryam’s place. The caravan was lovely, modern and clean with plenty of room for us 4 adults and 2 children. We always love coming to Cayton Bay and I’m sure this won’t be our last visit!

Lovely place, homely and high spec internally as well as spotless. Jill communicated with us, before during and afterwards with gave us confidence. Love the area anyway but just off the beaten track so nice to be able to relax in peace and quiet but also have the amenities available. Swimming pool a bit tired but that’s for the Bays owners to sort out. Would definitely recommend 👍👍👍

We had a wonderful stay at kingfisher cottage over the new year. It was a lovely spotlessly clean home from home in a great location. Jo was very friendly and responsive. I’d highly recommend this property

As a family of 4 plus 2 dogs this was the perfect Christmas getaway for us. We received a festive welcome and the cottage was just perfect for everything we needed. The beach is quite literally on the doorstep and a couple of beautiful local pubs serving amazing food & costal & cliff top walks a plenty. The cottage was just wonderful & spacious for us all, the underfloor heating was just amazing which the doggos appreciated. There was plenty of kitchen supplies for us to cook a full Xmas dinner plus family faves which we were very pleased with. Freshly laundered bedding and sparking kitchen/bathrooms too! We had the most amazing time and Staithes is a perfect remote getaway with local towns a short drive away. We will certainly be booking with Amanda again, thank you. 🎄🎅🏼

We had an absolutely great weekend at Seashells. As a three-generation family group, the house was perfect for us. Diane was very responsive and helpful. Before we even left we booked to go again next year! Great for families - location, layout, amenities, comfort!

We really enjoyed our stay at the sapphire lodge. The sofas and bed were really comfortable (not always the case in our experience) but we had a lovely nights sleep. The lodge has everything you need & more. Loved the TV & all the movie choices. The bedrooms & bathroom are small but everything is laid out really well & we had plenty of space for us & our 2 dogs. Our two labradors absolutely loved the beach which is literally a 2 minute walk away. The lodge is dog friendly with leather sofas & laminate flooring. We had fish & chips from sea breeze which was really nice & explored Redcar which is a lovely little town. The hosts were great at communicating & even let us check in early as it was a rare sunny day in march which was a lovely beginning to our holiday. Thank you so much for letting us stay, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Salt and Surf to celebrate my mum's birthday in lovely Saltburn. The property is very clean and has all the amenities you could need, and sitting in the window seat watching the sea with the log burner roaring behind was bliss! Thank you for an incredible stay and we will be back.

Had a wonderful short stay. The accommodation was fantastic, very well equipped with so many special touches. Well positioned, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, I can’t speak highly enough of the apartment.

The cottage is absolutely lovely. We were 4 adults, and it was really spacious for us, it has really comfy beds, enough seating in the living room for everyone which isn't often the case. Great that Netflix etc is there, we used the log burner every night just to make it cosy, but the heating is so good and efficient we didn't need the fire really, it was just so nice to use it ! The kitchen has everything you would need and we loved sitting at the kitchen table for meals. Perfect spot in Sandsend, the parking is such a benefit. I would definitely go back, and Matt is a great host, communicative, helpful, and the welcome basket is so generous. Thanks Matt , hopefully we'll be back.

Beautiful home, great location and friendly host. Our first time in Sandsend with my family and we had a great time. The home was warm, welcoming and had everything we needed. The beach just opposite was perfect for kids and dogs. The bus into Whitby was frequent and easy. Great celebration. Would recommend.
