This is the second time i have stayed here, the flat was spotlessly clean on both occasions, the location is great and the views are superb, the flat is fully equipped with everything I needed and the secure off street parking is a fantastic added extra. Will certainly be staying again.

Claire and Kai's Apartment was lovely. Very clean and tidy and really well equipped. Its a short walk (10-15 mins) down to Whitbys harbourside and a 3 min taxi ride to Sneaton Castle (we were staying in the apartment for a wedding at Sneaton Castle). Having an allocated parking space in the garage is a real bonus and its easy to manouvre (we have a largish car - RAV4). Overall well recomended.

Wonderful place in a great location, and Daniel is a marvelous host … small details like coffee, tea and milk being available at check in makes a stay so much enjoyable ! Book now - you won’t be disappointed

Stayed here for a work break and it was the perfect location. The flat is super quiet, which made it ideal for online meetings on Zoom and Teams – the internet connection was reliable throughout my stay. Since I spent a lot of time indoors, I really appreciated how cosy and comfortable it was, making it an excellent base. The cleanliness was outstanding – I was so impressed, I even hoovered a few times myself to keep it spotless! York is a lovely city that I visit a couple of times a year, and this flat definitely made my stay even more enjoyable. I also felt quite safe as a woman on my own there and walking around in the local area. I highly recommend this flat!

no other words but WOW !! our 6th trip to Scarborough and by far the best accommodation we've stayed in . Perfectly laid out apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, within 10 - 15 minutes of almost everything in Scarborough. My wife and mother in law felt very safe even in the evening and sleep was not problem in the very comfy and quiet bedrooms . Welcome supplies were useful including fresh milk , and the fresh flowers were a lovely touch . We will 100% be staying here on our next trip .

Paula was very helpful, communicative and warm from the moment of booking onwards, and the information provided in her messages and then on laminated sheets in flat were exemplary. The apartment is very well appointed with a very high level of finish offering a touch of luxury, and we wanted for nothing. Everywhere was beautifully clean and well maintained, and a return visit is definitely on the cards.

Checkout your bearings in terms of parking location, which is definitely a premium in this area, being so close to the Minster. We had a big car which we managed to park okay but it's tight. Otherwise, we were in walking distance of all amenities and places of interest - a fantastic location. Would definitely book again.

Stayed at David's whilst visiting relatives in Hedon. Only a 10min drive door to door which was perfect. Open plan design was marvellous, lots of room for 4 adults. Had everything we needed for the time we spent in the property and pool table was a real bonus! All slept really well due to the wonderfully quiet location. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit! Thank you ☺️

Excellent weekend stay, apartment was super clean and tidy. We loved the fact it was dog friendly! The apartment is easily accessible and situated above a row of shops, I expected a little noise however it was very peaceful and quiet the whole weekend. The large bed was a little too soft for us to sleep on (but that is personal preference). There were snacks & milk left out for us which was great. Would stay again!

I loved staying here! Perfect bolt hole for the solo traveller, close to pubs, shop and fish n chips. Cleveland Way and Runswick Bay very walkable. Nice and private, well equipped for a short stay. Ray was very helpful about the area. Highly recommended!

An excellent stay in central Leeds with the added benefit of free parking. The flat is comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering the shops and restaurant below. Warm and well supplied. Easily walkable to all central locations.

Lovely little space. Well laid out, clean, comfortable and well appointed. April and John are very good communicators, and always leave some very welcome extra supplies. Another lovely stay at Rose Cottage. Thank you!

We love Bevs’ place. We are big fans and keep on returning whenever we are in Yorkshire. Totally recommend. What an amazing view!

We loved our stay, we walked over 30 miles in three days and I did a further 19 miles running. the dogs weren't the only ones happily shattered. we had great weather which helps. be aware the apartment is east facing so in the summer you'll get sunshine longer in the mornings and be shaded in the afternoons. a couple of chairs somehow for outside in the summer I'm sure would be nice, though the front sliding windows do fully open, but was too chilly for us this time. we'd love to go back at some point. thanks for the lease of the flexible hose to wash the dogs Sammy, all the best.

I chose Sharon’s place as I was working at the University, so from that perspective it couldn’t have been better . The uni is literally next door but one! Also easy walking to the restaurants on Newland Avenue. Sharon was very quick to respond but any questions I had were answered via the home guide alongside a hunt through the wardrobes! Thank you for the hot water bottles - a really nice touch as the first night was cold. And if it’s relevant for you, be assured there’s a good InstaVolt EV charger just 4 minutes down the road at the MacDonalds

Very clean, high quality accommodation on a wonderful site with great facilities and access to Filey and surrounding areas. We used the pool a lot and that was very enjoyable, as well as walking down to the beach. Our baby loved using the toddler pool as well. Troy was really helpful and the flat has everything you might need.

We stayed at Bay Retreat for 2 nights. It was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, lovely and warm and well equipped. It is just a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach, we walked into Filey and back along the coast, gorgeous! It's close to some good pubs and restaurants. We didn't stay long enough to use the facilities that are included on the holiday village site, such as the pool, sauna, steam room etc but that's a bonus for if you have a longer stay or the weather isn't too good. We would definitely stay again.

Susan's place was just what we wanted. A comfortable, tidy setting close to the sea with lots of walking available and near one of our favourite coasts. The apartment provided everything we needed and more. Facilities to cook if we wanted and a particularly luxurious bed! We didn't explore the facilities on the site but there seemed to be plenty. Perhaps next time! Thank you Susan for hosting so well.

Nice location near the beach for our dogs. Lovely quiet resort. Modern, clean apartment. Our dogs just missed access to a private secure garden so we had to take them out for little toilet stops but overall great place.

Beautifully decorated, warm atmosphere and located perfectly.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

We had an enjoyable stay at Clara's Den all be it short and it felt like a home from home. The location is great for visiting the surrounding area with Filey being in a walkable distance along the beach if you like a long walk, about 2.5 miles 🙂 Would we return recommend to friends? Yes. So if you are looking to visit Filey and the surrounding area it's a lovely place to stay.
