Stunning apartment and just perfect for us two friends catching up and heading into Leeds for meal and drinks, the best we’re so comfortable, apartment modern and the actual moda building is incredible with rooftop terrace and stunning communal areas. Would definitely book again.

The property was great for our short break, and we found it clean and tidy; the self check in was straightforward with clear instructions given by the host. Vicky was a really friendly, responsive and attentive host throughout our stay. Peaceful surroundings and a good location for the beach and local amenities.

We had a lovely family break. the apartment is a home from home and the location is perfect. The swimming pool and jacuzzi/ sauna were a great addition and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.

This apartment was a great place to stay. Andrew’s instructions on how to get toThe Bay and how to check in on arrival we’re very clear. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed - we appreciated the tea, coffee, milk and shortbread biscuits. The Bay is quiet at this time of year, so no issues with finding a parking space. We took full advantage of the private access to the beach - but beware, the path is very steep! However it’s worth it, as the views from the bay are exceptional. The location is also great for visiting Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby. This was our first experience of Airbnb and it was great. We can certainly recommend this lovely apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks Andrew.

Sutton Hall is more stunning than the photos. Great accommodation with flexible bedroom set up comfy beds and pillows, plenty of crockery and glassware to have a lovely meal. The grounds and facilities really add to the place - lovely pool, gardens and hot tub. Easy booking system and private use. Perfect venue for friends meeting up or families to enjoy some quality time together. Fully recommend a stay at Sutton Hall and easy reach of lots of fabulous walks and villages.

The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. Lovely, comfortable, large, clean, cosy apartment. Great position with a short walk to the beach, shops and bars/restaurants but also in a quiet street. Parking permit was an added bonus and although we had to drive away the block to find a space, we found one just around the corner. Everything is walkable so brilliant to leave the car and enjoy sight seeing. The beds were comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep apart from the guests above banging at 7:25am (sounded like children running/jumping) which wasn’t the owner’s fault and you can get this issue anywhere. We would definitely return.

What a lovely apartment so nice and welcoming, everything you could need with little tastful gestures. It is in a nice quiet area but only a short walk to onsite pub and beach. We had such a fantastic time will definately return x

Aaron is an excellent host. We stayed for a month with our dog. We were made to feel welcome from the start to the end of our visit. The accommodation is great we felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is good for shops, takeaways and not far from the city centre. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Aaron.

Great stay at Nicola’s place everything on your doorstep just wish people would listen to the receptionist about the smoke detectors went off at 2-15am thankfully not for long. 100% recommend

Nice location near the beach for our dogs. Lovely quiet resort. Modern, clean apartment. Our dogs just missed access to a private secure garden so we had to take them out for little toilet stops but overall great place.

I had an amazing stay at Rukaya’s, the property was so beautiful and peaceful. The host is very friendly and kind, I would like to recommend her property as it was a perfect stay for larger group of people and we had a great time!

An amazing stay! Gorgeous huge house with fab facilities, fun for all the family! Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, game machine and pool table etc. Was welcomed with a lovely hamper and welcome message. Walking distance to beach, great location would 100% recommend x

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Prospect House. It is a lovely house in a peaceful location. Unfortunately we had some issues with the heating and leaks, however James was quick to offer support with these and was very responsive to our problems.

Lovely house and outdoor space with plenty of room for a family of four an the kids made use of the board games provided. The house is in a great location to visit different areas of Scarborough. Jon's communication was great and check-in / check-out were hassle free. Good value for money.

what a great place to hold our first family reunion. our host Victoria was very accommodating with respect to change of check in time and always responded quickly to questions. The property was ideally placed for walking round the local area and there is so much to do within a short drive. The train station was within walking distance for our party members who don't drive so no problem for them. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience with Victorias place. Top Marks.

Such a beautiful weekend away for my mum's 70th birthday! The house is beautiful with so much space and everything you could need! Lots of places to walk from the door step. This house is definitely worth a visit.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, the house was perfect for our needs as a group of 3 families, with plenty of space for us all to sleep and to relax together in comfort. Fantastic stay at Seaspray. Richard sent very helpful instructions before we arrived, not only detailing the check in and how to find the property, but everything we could have needed to make us feel at home. The home was beautiful and we were always warm. The weather turned up for us so we were able to make use of the great location for walls and the sea. You are very close to Filey and with Scarborough and Bridlington only slightly further, so we fit in all 3. We will be coming back. Wonderful state would definitely recommend
