The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. great place for a group of friends to get away from the city ! hot tub was spacious, pool table was a great addition to the house, and the large property was awesome for exploring the woods. overall, 10/10 would definitely come back !! only downside, there were only 11 forks for 12 guests !

I was very fortunate to find Sean’s place and luckily it was available. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Conway, NH along the Saco River. My daughter got married this weekend and I had booked a Airbnb in Fryeburg, ME over 8 months ago. Unfortunately, there were new owners and the place was not as advertised. I had to scramble and found Sean’s listing and received a response within minutes and I will be forever thankful. I am a host and a renter on Airbnb and I understand the value of making sure that the Airbnb experience is wonderful for both the host and guest. I was so impressed with Sean’s place and how much it made you feel at home 🏠. His place had everything you needed to have wonderful experience. It is host like Sean that makes Airbnb very special experience. My one regret is that I wished I had stay a few more days relaxing by the fire 🔥 pit. Highly recommend Sean’s place.

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas, we were even allowed to bring our fur baby! The home was beautiful with all of the amenities we could hope for.

We had a great time on the pond. The location was great. It was fairly quiet but not too far of a drive from whatever you could possibly need. The downstairs was perfect for our teens to hang out. They even made forts with the magnetic tiles, they were a huge hit…almost as much as the espresso machine was for the adults. Our families did some ice fishing and had great luck. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great late October stay for our honeymoon. The cabin was definitely warm enough for the 30 degree temperatures. Hot tub was amazing, that was clean as well. The outdoor kitchen was very convenient, even when it rains the kitchen is still covered. We had an amazing stay, will be visiting again!

We had a great stay here, the cabin was well stocked with the amenities listed and was very clean. The cabin was both beautiful and comfortable. Additionally, the food from the local restaurants was worth every penny. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful with advice on the must see things in the area.

We had a great time staying here for our ten year anniversary. There were plenty of games to keep us entertained. The wood stove kept us nice and cozzy, after coming in cold an wet from the hut tub. The place is conveniently close to any kind of store, should you find you forgot something at home. There are plenty of restaurant's to choose from, and it is far enough from the coast to keep you out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough that a day trip isnt a second thought. We would definitely stay here again!
