The house was perfect for our large group with a lot of beds and space! It was very spacious and in a great location- about a 15 minute drive from downtown. The yard had a ton of space as well.

Me and my husband just wanted a quiet couple days to just enjoy each other's company and this was the perfect place. Even though the lake was frozen it was still a beautiful view and peaceful environment. Exactly what we needed!

Our family group which included 3 generations were all very pleased with this lovely older home. With 13 total we had plenty of room to gather both inside and out. The pool table and hot tub were fun to play and occupy when at home. With 4 full baths there was no waiting in line. Everyone enjoyed the super comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and seating. Views of the bay, the many boats and lots of local fishing. Even in the rain we were easily amused. So much to do and see in Newport. Especially enjoyed the elephant migration along the cliff walk. Chris was a great host. We had few questions and no real concerns. He answered texts very quickly. We would highly recommend this home and host to any large group or family.

We had a great stay at Gary’s place! The resort pool/grounds are under construction but Gary let us know ahead of time and it didn’t have a negative impact on our trip. Our kids were still able to use the pool, and we were within walking distance of tons of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and modern. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Would highly recommend!

Great location! The condo is exactly as shown on the photos. It was comfortable and clean, very well located to all the shops and restaurants. It has nice amenities as outdoor pools (2), fire pit, bbq grills, game room and arts and craft room for the kids. Paul was prompt with his responses. Highly recommended!

Overall a great place for a weekend getaway. The lake is beautiful and if you use the hot tub you can see the stars at night, it’s truly an amazing view. The shower was a bit tight to shower in, but all else was great no issues with water temperature or heater issues. The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the wood oven and couch was a nice touch with the string lights on the ceiling. I just wish I could have invited more friends over, as you are limited to 4 guests w/out additional charges but I will for sure be coming back sometime in the summer to fully enjoy the house! Robert was an awesome commutative, flexible host. Highly recommend!!

We felt right at home the moment we arrived. The hotel is located in a near-perfect spot, everything walkable and accessible virtually right from the front door. The hosts also sent out texts before closing just to make sure we’d be all set for the night. It was a really great stay, definitely coming back whenever I find myself in Rhode Island again!

Our stay was wonderful. The location is great with plenty to do within walking distance. The house itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean. The host allowed us to check in early and made sure we got in safely. Overall a fantastic experience for us and our pup, and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful off-season weekend at Jenny’s place. It’s a beautiful home that is well appointed, which made it easy to settle in. The house is also in a prime location in downtown Newport. Being mid-January, it was nice to have a short walk to many great restaurants and shops. We look forward to coming back!

The rustic retreat was a cozy vintage inspired house that felt very homey. It was 5 minutes from great coffee shops and downtown Newport. It was great to be able to bring our dog. My daughter loved the secret bamboo garden ‘room’. Would definitely stay again. Lillian was very hospitable! Thank you!

Nancy's home is the perfect home base for your time in Newport. We had a large group of friends and 2 dogs and everyone fit comfortably. The dogs loved the large, fenced in back yard for running around. The main living area with the kitchen and living room was perfect for a large crew. The house was a close walk to the beach and would be even more perfect in the summer when you can take full advantage of the beach and spacious deck. 10/10!

We loved this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. One of the bedrooms had lots of books which the kids loved. The kitchen had almost everything you’d need to make meals. We made quite a few! The record player is great. The couch is so comfy. We would totally stay here again!

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful home and host. Check in was easy and flexible as we weren't sure when we'd arrive. We were greeted by all the fixings for stores and everything was well stocked. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were clean as was the pool in the backyard. We had everything we needed and Tricia gave us great local recommendations for shopping, food and things to do. Would highly recommend if you're traveling to the area with a group/family.

It was so nice to return to this place during a visit with my family in Connecticut. As always, it was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen each night.

My family had a great weekend at Kristin’s house. I love this Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. The fire pit is great for marshmallow. We did not get to use the lovely pool because it got really cold at night. Bonus: filtered water from fridge, blinds + curtain, skylight in bathroom.

This was our first time at the Barn. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. MaryBeth and Doug are extremely friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Barn. Will definitely book there again next year.

This house is exactly as described and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We could tell that Tracy and Patrick have clearly been doing this for a long time because they thought of everything. There were detailed instructions for everything, the kitchen had everything needed for our brunch and late night snacks. Downstairs is perfect to gather together- but everyone had enough space upstairs for privacy. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and to be honest, the only concern was the 10pm noise ordinance. We are 8 professional adults but we love to have fun- and we are all late night people. On our first night we sat outside, used the hot-tub and had cocktails till 12am and there wasn’t a problem at all. I feel that as long as you are respectful and don’t make excessive noise a you should be fine. The worst part of the trip was leaving because we all loved it so much. We all would come back and I would definitely recommend this home to everyone.

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!
