Scarborough : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

Lovely little apartment, warm, clean and well equipped in good location within easy walking distance of town. Free parking is a big bonus. Lisa has gone to a lot of trouble to make things nice including providing milk, cakes and prosecco! Things to be aware of (wouldn't put us off staying again): 1. The bed is a small double, too small for us as a couple. Lisa made up a single (camp) bed which I found comfy and slept well on but may not be for all. 2. The bathroom is in the bedroom, there's a partition which gives a little visual privacy when you're using the toilet, but no separation. Also no blind on the bathroom window so the light comes in in the morning if it's sunny.

It is a stunning cottage and we would have loved to stay longer than just a weekend! The place is cosy, spacious and has beautiful views of the countryside. The host, Virginia was very thoughtful, friendly and helpful on checking and throughout the stay.

Very convenient location for accessing Sandsend and Whitby. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. Really beautiful and comfortable bedrooms. Would definitely stay again and perhaps a bit longer next time :)

We had a great stay at Sally’s. House was spotless, looked even better than the photos. Short drive to York. Pet friendly, we loved it.

We had a lovely stay over new year's eve / new year's day! Four adults five children, would highly recommend! Such a lovely home and lots of nice touches from the host 🫶🏽 the fresh farm eggs and bacon were gorgeous! Thanks so much

Oh the house was so pretty and smelled so good and the amenities were of good quality. Holly and Rosie are great hosts, quick to respond and friendly. The location is amazing. Its literally 5 minutes walk to the city center. The Shambles, the market, city walk and rows of charming restaurants, stores and neighborhood are at your doorstep. The best place if you want to explore beautiful York.

Phill’s place in York is lovely. Very comfortable for a small group to stay in York. It’s not a very lively neighbourhood but great for the price and an easy walk or bus ride into town. The place was really clean, everything you could need. The only thing to note is that the stairs in the flat that take you to the bedrooms are very steep which may be an issue for anyone with mobility/vision issues (like my mum, but she was able to sleep downstairs on the fold out sofa so all fine)

Nicola was possibly the most helpful and responsive host I've encountered - and I've met some amazing hosts in my time on airbnb! Lovely little pad with everything I could need. Comfy bed. Great shower. Thoughtful touches, including a milk top up mid stay! The village is super friendly with great walking/running trails. Definitely recommend. Thanks Nicola!

This location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding at a church located within two minutes walking distance. Both our hosts Michael and Nina were very gracious and helpful in making us feel at home. This was a very quiet place for sleeping and we were supplied with everything we needed. We appreciated the continental breakfast and spacious private bathroom. We found the accommodations to be spotless. As we were visiting from Canada and this being our first time in England, we were struck by the old world charm of York, with its character buildings, narrow winding cobblestone streets and store fronts. We cannot say enough about this stay. We will always cherish the memories. Thank you Michael and Nina for making our visit everything we could hope for and more. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Entering through a rather modest door right off the street we found Andrea's flat to be spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. As previous reviews the bedroom at the rear of the property is very quiet so you get a good night's sleep in the huge comfy bed. The kitchen is modern, well equipped with several nice touches left for us to get our stay started. The shower gives a good hot flow, much better than the puny electric ones in most properties. We are really pleased to have found Andrea's flat and as we visit York at least once a year we hope to stay again.

Always nice to stay here. With family in the area, an ideal quiet place. Not far from the town and beach - all walkable.

Sebastian’s flat was a clean spacious flat with a nice private terrace and a very convenient parking spot. It was a 10 min max walk to the Minister so incredibly central whilst feeling private. Sebastian was a great host who was very proactive in communicating. A great stay.

Conveniently close to the train station, close to buses for a trip into the York centre or an enjoyable 20 minute stroll. Very well kept and roomy apartment that had everything we needed for a family of four. Helen was a great host and very helpful. Lots of nice touches made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

I was visiting York for the first time with my partner and was swayed by this property due to the free parking and nice looking place. I am so glad I was. The space is STUNNING, much bigger than the pictures and honestly such great value for money. The hosts, David and Anita, were super friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Important highlights - The water pressure in the shower was good - The bed was super comfy - The location is perfect - The complimentary extras from the hosts were wonderful and generous I would happily say this is the best Air bnb I have stayed in. Lovely apartment. Really close to the seafront, restaurants etc. Check-in was straightforward. The apartment was clean, quiet and well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Hi arrived and felt welcome straight away .Nice area od Scarborough rural-quiet.Which I'm used to wonderful .Accommodation was perfect ,especially the separate bathroom with shower&bath.Breakfast each morning was attentive & nicely presented. Definitely book again as Sarah makes you feel relaxed &at home instantly. Is near to Scarborough but a good walk if your not to fit lol .Taxi would be a plan B if not .Air B&B for me in summer was perfect thankyou ♡

A lovely welcoming couple and very accommodating during our stay. . they made us feel right at home. A comfortable and pretty room, very nice facilities and even waited on at breakfast! A reasonable price and a great location to hop on the park and ride in to York. We really enjoyed our weekend. We will certainly be back on our next excursion this way. Thank you and all the best x

I stayed for 4 nights. Helen gave me a very warm welcome and went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. Daisy the dog was always excited to greet me.The room was comfortable, the bed comfort excellent and the shower excellent. The continental breakfasts were delicious and plentiful with fresh croissant and pastries, yoghurt, muesli, granola, fresh orange juice, and fresh coffee, and they were delivered to the room. I had access to a small fridge and coffee, tea and a kettle in the room. There is a Lidl across the road, very handy for provisions. I have stayed in many b&b's in Whitby, but Helen's is the best.

Richard and Neill were very kind and attentive, laid on a delicious breakfast and welcomed us to a very comfortable room. The place was easy to find and ideal as a base for visiting Yorkshire abbeys, minsters and churches. Thank you, Richard

Amanda and Kevin have a beautiful house! I stayed in a spacious, stunning bedroom (with a comfy, cosy bed) and had a gorgeous private bathroom (wonderful shower). Delicious continental breakfast with fresh coffee and juice. I was made to feel so welcome. Really hope to come back, with a bit more time to enjoy the house, Acomb, and York.

Mandy’s place felt like home! Welcoming and friendly, she makes a great host. Everything was clean and the amenities were well-thought-out in all details. Breakfast was delicious! I found the surroundings to be quiet enough for a deep sleep. As a last note, her tap water really is exceptional. Don’t forget to fill up your water bottle before you leave! :)
