Excellent apartment with sea views. Easy access to the sea/promenade. Lovely location. Clean and tidy apartment. Good communication.

Accommodation was exactly what we were after for a city break in York, and Ashley did a great job communicating when the flat was ready for check-in, and there was a great information folder with lots of good tips.

Emma's Airbnb was fantastic. My friends and I loved staying in this cozy space for the weekend at Scarborough and wouldn't mind coming back for our next visit. The stay is in a lovely area quite close to the station and corner stores for things that you might need. We also really appreciated the welcome that Emma had given us to the Airbnb. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone planning a visit to Scarborough!

I have just enjoyed a few wonderful days in this beautiful apartment . The space is clean , relaxing and beautifully furnished with a small balcony where I was able to sit and enjoy some sunshine . Patsy is a warm , welcoming and attentive host and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting this pretty market town . I will definitely be returning.

This is the second time i have stayed here, the flat was spotlessly clean on both occasions, the location is great and the views are superb, the flat is fully equipped with everything I needed and the secure off street parking is a fantastic added extra. Will certainly be staying again.

A lovely space, just as described, in a very quiet neighbourhood. It was easy to walk into Beverley with all its attractions. Although there wasnt an allocated parking space, it was easy to get parked nearby. Becky answered all my queries very quickly.

I highly recommend this beautiful Apartment, it is warm, cosy attractive and literally 5minutes walking distance to the city walls. Stayed here for a work break and it was the perfect location. The flat is super quiet, which made it ideal for online meetings on Zoom and Teams – the internet connection was reliable throughout my stay. Since I spent a lot of time indoors, I really appreciated how cosy and comfortable it was, making it an excellent base. The cleanliness was outstanding – I was so impressed, I even hoovered a few times myself to keep it spotless! York is a lovely city that I visit a couple of times a year, and this flat definitely made my stay even more enjoyable. I also felt quite safe as a woman on my own there and walking around in the local area. I highly recommend this flat!

I loved staying here! Perfect bolt hole for the solo traveller, close to pubs, shop and fish n chips. Cleveland Way and Runswick Bay very walkable. Nice and private, well equipped for a short stay. Ray was very helpful about the area. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication from start to finish. Perfect location, loved seeing the town spring to life from the front window and couldn't be closer to the NYMR station! Comfortable stay, perfect for a family get together. Plenty to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Whitby has been our to do list for quite a while and we were amazed at how beautiful it was, we were so lucky to find this fabulous apartment and it was so close to the centre of everything and perfect in every way. Clean, spacious with everything you need and a helpful and prompt response when a little advice was needed… Thank you so much, we will definitely visit again..

Amazing location with a fabulous view over the trees and sea. Easy access to Scarborough and Whitby, and further along the coast. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy and short walk down to the sea (although it’s a decent footwear walk not a flip flop walk). Lovely bathroom and decent size main bedroom (we didn’t use the smaller bedroom). Owners on hand if you need them, but other than a brief wave as we walked past they left us to it which suited us fine.

-Absolutely beautiful place in a perfect location. -Parking space was great to have. -We didn’t use the car at all as everything was so easy to get to on foot. Short walk to everything! -Beautiful view of the abbey from the table! Super clean and felt like home. -Shower pressure was brilliant! -Super thoughtful touches throughout and had to pack very little! -Val set up a little pirate ship for our boy to play with which he absolutely loved. We will definitely be back. Check in very easy with a key safe! The streets are quite confusing in the dark but was easy to find from the photos, we managed to fit our big car through the archway no problem. We will definitely be back & the parents in law are already about to book! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely stay in York. Perfect place to get away - and plenty of room for the four of us. Also, nice to have a toilet and sink in the upstairs room :)

Very clean, high quality accommodation on a wonderful site with great facilities and access to Filey and surrounding areas. We used the pool a lot and that was very enjoyable, as well as walking down to the beach. Our baby loved using the toddler pool as well. Troy was really helpful and the flat has everything you might need.

We stayed at Bay Retreat for 2 nights. It was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, lovely and warm and well equipped. It is just a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach, we walked into Filey and back along the coast, gorgeous! It's close to some good pubs and restaurants. We didn't stay long enough to use the facilities that are included on the holiday village site, such as the pool, sauna, steam room etc but that's a bonus for if you have a longer stay or the weather isn't too good. We would definitely stay again.

What a lovely apartment so nice and welcoming, everything you could need with little tastful gestures. It is in a nice quiet area but only a short walk to onsite pub and beach. We had such a fantastic time will definately return x

Susan's place was just what we wanted. A comfortable, tidy setting close to the sea with lots of walking available and near one of our favourite coasts. The apartment provided everything we needed and more. Facilities to cook if we wanted and a particularly luxurious bed! We didn't explore the facilities on the site but there seemed to be plenty. Perhaps next time! Thank you Susan for hosting so well.

Nice location near the beach for our dogs. Lovely quiet resort. Modern, clean apartment. Our dogs just missed access to a private secure garden so we had to take them out for little toilet stops but overall great place.

We had a lovely 4 day stay here. Beautiful surroundings and the apartment was spacious and absolutely spotless. Smells amazing when you walk in and had everything we could need. The hosts were really helpful with check in instructions and responsive to messages. Would recommend.
