A great place to base yourself for visiting York. The apartment is spacious with plenty of natural light. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep every night. There are plenty of places to eat out but we made use of the cooking facilities as there is everything you need. It was lovely to sit and relax with a coffee in the morning before heading out for a day exploring. The added bonus is the parking space with this apartment. The cost of parking in York is very high and spaces fill up fast so it was great to know we didn’t have that problem during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning.

The property was great for our short break, and we found it clean and tidy; the self check in was straightforward with clear instructions given by the host. Vicky was a really friendly, responsive and attentive host throughout our stay. Peaceful surroundings and a good location for the beach and local amenities.

I would throughly recommend this fantastic apartment, parking and check in was easy and the apartment luxurious and spacious. Views stunning.

We had a lovely family break. the apartment is a home from home and the location is perfect. The swimming pool and jacuzzi/ sauna were a great addition and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Amazing flat in a great location!

Super place and super location! Had a bit of trouble finding and getting in but this was down to the parking being in a different location so we got a bit confused! Josh was very helpful and attended to us straight away. Very clean and spacious well equipped apartment for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and are very grateful to the landlord, who was always quick to respond and provided great help during our visit. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to York.

Very clean, high quality accommodation on a wonderful site with great facilities and access to Filey and surrounding areas. We used the pool a lot and that was very enjoyable, as well as walking down to the beach. Our baby loved using the toddler pool as well. Troy was really helpful and the flat has everything you might need.

I was working over at the Haven site for 5 days and I needed a place with cooking facilities. Andreas place was fantastic, Nice and clean , Well decorated and presented, It had everything I needed and more. Great location with full access to gym pool etc. highly recommended.

Lovely, comfortable, large, clean, cosy apartment. Great position with a short walk to the beach, shops and bars/restaurants but also in a quiet street. Parking permit was an added bonus and although we had to drive away the block to find a space, we found one just around the corner. Everything is walkable so brilliant to leave the car and enjoy sight seeing. The beds were comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep apart from the guests above banging at 7:25am (sounded like children running/jumping) which wasn’t the owner’s fault and you can get this issue anywhere. We would definitely return.

What a lovely apartment so nice and welcoming, everything you could need with little tastful gestures. It is in a nice quiet area but only a short walk to onsite pub and beach. We had such a fantastic time will definately return x

Nice location near the beach for our dogs. Lovely quiet resort. Modern, clean apartment. Our dogs just missed access to a private secure garden so we had to take them out for little toilet stops but overall great place.

Lovely comfortable and clean house. Great location for the beach and to get around the local area. The kids enjoyed the board games, bucket and spades and playing with other children on the site. We enjoyed a walk along the beach into Filey which was nice. The house was lovely and warm and cosy. Also liked the fact there were plenty of hangers and space to store out stuff! We struggled to use the swimming pool on site because it was so busy with it being Easter holidays and the weather being bad. This is obviously no reflection on the accommodation itself but our kids were a bit disappointed as that’s one of the reasons we booked the place. Just worth bearing in mind if visiting in school hols - best to go early morning.

Lovely house and outdoor space with plenty of room for a family of four an the kids made use of the board games provided. The house is in a great location to visit different areas of Scarborough. Jon's communication was great and check-in / check-out were hassle free. Good value for money.

what a great place to hold our first family reunion. our host Victoria was very accommodating with respect to change of check in time and always responded quickly to questions. The property was ideally placed for walking round the local area and there is so much to do within a short drive. The train station was within walking distance for our party members who don't drive so no problem for them. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience with Victorias place. Top Marks.

Lovely home from home, the place is exactly as described. Perfect for families the toys and games were a real hit. Perfect location to explore filey/ Scarborough etc.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, the house was perfect for our needs as a group of 3 families, with plenty of space for us all to sleep and to relax together in comfort. Fantastic stay at Seaspray. Richard sent very helpful instructions before we arrived, not only detailing the check in and how to find the property, but everything we could have needed to make us feel at home. The home was beautiful and we were always warm. The weather turned up for us so we were able to make use of the great location for walls and the sea. You are very close to Filey and with Scarborough and Bridlington only slightly further, so we fit in all 3. We will be coming back. Wonderful state would definitely recommend

Property was a perfect size for our needs, plus nice and clean. Victoria responded to any queries quickly and provided recommendations. It was my sons birthday and he loved that there were birthday banners up on arrival and a lovely gift for him, he was made up. Thank you for a lovely stay and being so thoughtful and helpful.
