Where do I begin... I've stayed at numerous Airbnb properties, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful settings I've encountered. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and having direct access to it was a huge bonus. We made full use of the canoes and kayaks provided, enjoying them every day. My husband, an avid fisherman, was thrilled with the lake, calling it one of the best freshwater fishing spots he's ever visited. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer plenty of privacy. Inside, the house is both comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are of high quality. The furniture is tasteful and inviting. Karen was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and responsive. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation.

LJs place was exactly what we were looking for! We did some ice fishing which was better than anticipated. The house was clean and cozy. The rules were reasonable and LJ communicated timely. We will absolutely be back!

Simply beautiful, charming and cozy stay. The waterfall was amazing, it was frozen but I think that made it even more beautiful, its a short hike to the fall and in my 2-day stay I went about 5 times. Even cold plunged in the fall! The wood stove is so toasty and they have an abundance of wood to last all winter. The kitches has literally everything you can think of and you can tell a food lover lives here. There's even binders with tons of recipes that seems to be made throughout decades, super cool. Overall great stay and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect. This is, without a doubt, the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in—and we’ve stayed in a lot! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The house is incredibly well-stocked with everything we could need (and more!), with thoughtful touches throughout, including toys and goodies that made our stay even more special. The view of the lake is out of this world—waking up to such breathtaking surroundings was an unforgettable experience. The home is also wonderfully pet-friendly, which made our trip even better. Our entire family had the most fantastic time, and we honestly can't wait to return. In addition to everything, the location was perfect—less than 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga, making it easy to explore while still enjoying the peace and beauty of the lake. If you're looking for a place with comfort, convenience, stunning views, and a welcoming atmosphere—this is the one. We’d give it more than five stars if we could! ✨🏡💙

Al and Olga were great hosts. Their place is well located (I used to live in the area); they answered all questions promptly; and the space itself is inviting and relaxing. I'd definitely stay with them again

It was a perfect place for 2. The home was beautiful inside and out. The property was well maintained and attractive. The setting was stunning. Having kayaks available was a bonus. Inside, nothing was missed. Communication was clear and simple; they offered good suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely return!

We stayed at Alexandra's place for a few nights . The apartment is cozy and welcoming, very clean, with great art on the walls and good books on the shelves. Alexandra was very responsive and nice - she lent us her snowshoes, told us to park in her garage during the snowstorm to avoid being snowed in , offered good suggestions for local places to eat.

Such a gem of an airbnb! Was simply amazed at how well done everything in the apartment was and how beautifully decorated. You walk in and instantly feel at home and lucky that this is a space you can spend time! The apartment was super spacious, beds really comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had every item you would need for a short or long stay. The hosts were excellent communicators and super helpful with any questions I had regarding the area. Loved being a short drive to Albany and Troy as well as a short walk to Peebles State Park that had an awesome trail! I highly recommend this airbnb and hope to stay again!

Everything was exactly as described- very clean and comfortable. The steps had good traction which my older dog appreciated. Very responsive host and a beautiful view of the river! Definitely recommend!

This is a great place for vacation stay - clean and well maintained. Close to a lot of places, attractions, malls, and a variety of restaurants in the area. Joe is a great host - helped us with check in and made sure we are comfortable. We highly recommend!

We had the most fantastic time! Florence’s place was perfect. The living room was so comfortable and inviting, with everything we needed for our stay. We were very happy. There were gorgeous views of the lake.

The home is beautiful inside and out. The views of the lake were incredible! Kristine and David were great hosts! They had a bottle of wine and the ingredients for s’mores waiting for us upon arrival! It snowed our first night there (which made for gorgeous scenery), but that didn’t stop us from microwaving the marshmallows and enjoying the s’mores 😉. Snowfall, beautiful gas fireplace going, cup of cocoa and s’mores. Doesn’t get better than that on a Thanksgiving weekend trip. Also, I’m an early riser and the driveway was already plowed by the time I woke up. We are already looking forward to staying there during the summer!!! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

We had a great stay for my friend’s birthdays. Rick and Jenn were so responsive and even got someone to plow the drive way for us during the snow. It was cozy and welcoming and we will definitely be back in the summer!

We just spent 3 wonderful nights at Lisa’s house. The view was absolutely amazing! Everything was great. Very helpful when we asked questions and was very accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer but had to get back to work. Would definitely rent this house again

Very relaxing and comfortable lake side house. We were right on the lake with beautiful views and a quiet atmosphere. Spent some time paddle boarding and kayaking. My husband is an avid bird watcher and enjoyed all the wildlife and especially the loons and ducks.

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and perfect for my family!! Waking up and having coffee looking out over the lake was wonderful. We cannot wait to come back in the summer time to enjoy kayaking and the outdoor amenities. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and honestly felt like home. Thank you!!!

We absolutely loved staying here. The cottage was so clean and felt very cozy and inviting. I loved that this house is dog friendly but it does not smell like dog and there isn’t fur everywhere - this is great because though we have a dog, my husband is allergic to most others. The backyard has so many cute sitting areas to choose from for a morning coffee, or to relax with a book. Sunrises are beautiful. I appreciated all of the little details the host left for guests - wash towels, beach towels, toiletries, coffee, clean fleeces throws, board games, beach toys, life jackets, camp chairs by the beach etc. Lastly, we were here just last weekend(October) and the water was low - they notified us and gave us the option to cancel, but we declined. It was a great place for the kids and dog to play and they went above and beyond by pulling the rowboat and paddle boat down to the water’s edge for us! We would definitely come back :]

We stayed at Robin and Andy's cottage so we could attend a concert at the SPAC which was closer then expected from the house.(20-25 min) Robin was a great communicator she tried to help multiple times on us finding a local restaurant. It was also nice that Robin had no problem with us bringing our 4 dogs which they all seemed to enjoy just being there. Note: It's a great area to walk or go bicycling and very peaceful and quiet. Our only problem was that we couldn't stay another day. Would definitely stay there again!
