Fantastic space for a large group. We had 10 people for a New Year’s Eve ski weekend, and this was the ideal spot for it. Hot tub was a great treat. Be warned - the floors are squeaky, so if you’re a light sleeper in a large group bring ear plugs.

Awesome house, the pond was a really neat bonus. We had coffee in the sunshine, with the beautiful fall leaves, by the water!! Our family really enjoyed this place. It was quiet, roomy, and in a great location! Lots of restaurants close by, yet had a feeling of being in the country, away from it all. Highly recommend this home. Also very affordable, considering the area.

A wonderful cabin perfect for a group. Has everything you need to feel at home and a gorgeous view and relaxing hot tub. Super warm and comfy for those cold winter days. The cabin was a perfect base camp for winter activities like skiing and hiking.

Their place was super cute and clean. The type of style and decor is to die for ❤️ Had all the towels we needed. Loved getting in the hot tub in the winter. Just wish there were blinds that weren’t totally see through! Also, we barely went into the “great room” because that room is a lot colder than everywhere else and we couldn’t figure out how to use the pellet stove in there without it smoking like crazy. Loved the place nonetheless. It was great for a birthday celebration with friends!

We had a wonderful girls’ weekend at Michael’s Airbnb! It was very close to downtown, and even closer to a lovely Italian market where we picked up supplies for dinner. Michael was an excellent host from start to finish. He was communicative, friendly, and easy to work with. The home is beautiful, we could’ve spent more time there just to take in all the art. The hot tub in the shed out back was wonderful, we enjoyed the speaker for music and the space heater that kept the space cozy. The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Thank you, Michael! We’ll probably return again next year if the space is available.

perfect home base for a visit to Saratoga! walking distance to the track and all of down if you wanted. We were on a bachelor party and couldn't have asked for better. hot tub was a huge plus for relaxing after a day/night out.

Cleanly kept home. Hot tub works great (though panel can be hard to read). Little bit of road noise, not bad at all. Walkable to downtown if you cross over to Maple Ave. Basement layout is a bit quirky.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maple Hill Farm. Walking around the farm to visit with the llamas, donkeys, chickens, and ducks was a highlight of the weekend. The area is so peaceful and picturesque. The studio is very clean, well appointed, and the bed was extremely comfortable with warm flannel sheets. Philip and Larry both communicated clearly and made sure we had everything we needed. During the weekend, we enjoyed a visit to the Norman Rockwell Museum and dinners at the Norte Azul Cantina and the Proprietor's Lodge. We highly recommend this studio.

Dennis' place was spacious, very clean and in a great location to all that Saratoga has to offer. Dennis was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend this place!

Peter was a great host and this is the perfect place to stay near the U Albany campus!

The yurt was nice and cozy with the wood stove going. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfy with the thick blankets. There were rock pillows for your feet! The add ons of supper and chocolate tray were spectacular, came with freshly baked bread . It was cold and raining when we got there so we had no outside fire, but cooked our burgers on the wood stove. The compost toilet had a learning curve, it didn’t like me! They had fixings for smores available there . We did not avail ourselves of the outside shower, not sure it covers much! But the younger us would have enjoyed it!! We got to love on the goats, got to hold a baby goat! The host were very friendly and accommodating brought coffee up for my husband who is an early riser. If you’re looking for an unusual glamping experience this would be the place!

Nancy’s place was a great option for my stay in the area. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the couch was comfortable. As was the one bed I slept in. I was visiting for a work trip. Nancy was also incredibly responsive to any questions I had, and was offering suggestions for the area I found useful. I’m glad to have found this place. While on this trip, I did not bring my dogs, I will be sure to stay here on my next one to the area. I typically stay in hotels here, but I will do my best to stay at Nancy’s anytime visiting in the future.

When I first pulled up to Kliment's, I literally teared up - that's how breath-taking his spot is. It was just what the doctor ordered... if doctors actually treated your mind, body, and soul and not just your body :) Seriously though, Kliment's place was an oasis for me: private, quiet, peaceful, with amazing views of the Catskill mountains. His home itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet super cozy, and had everything I needed and then some. (And the chickens were lovely company as well!) Kliment is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had, hands down. With a very hectic schedule, Kliment was flexible, responsive, kind and patient with accommodating my many change requests and needs throughout my stay. Kliment is not just a wonderful host, but also a truly wonderful person - the world needs more people like him. In short: I can't recommend Kliment's home or him as a host enough! If you are hovering over the "Reserve Now" button, book it!!! You won't regret it! :)

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bluff House. We truly felt like we were staying at a home away from home. We especially loved spending time perusing the huge book and magazine collection. The art, glassware, and furnishings are really beautiful and unique….there were so many interesting pieces to look at. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all weekend. Very comfortable bed. Lovely fireplace. Very peaceful. Loved walking the grounds as well, plenty of little trails to explore and walking along the bluff was serene. No complaints! We hope to stay again! Christopher's place was amazing. The property is absolutely amazing, and the view from the window is stunning. The place is very cozy, comfortable, and feels very spacious for the size. There are several cute small towns near by and plenty of places to go for a hike. Christopher was a great host who gave recommendations and always responded to questions. We would 100% recommend!

I booked Devra's place on behalf of my parents. Devra was so accommodating to them! They thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Devra's place is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Beautiful home on a beautiful piece of property. Lots of room inside and outside. It has an excellent common area for family gatherings. Great home for families with children. Owner is very communicative and helpful. He ensured that we have enough baby gates and a pack n play for our stay. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely Labor Day weekend stay at Julie’s house. There was lots of space indoors and out. The hot tub, pool, fire pit, and grill were all put to good use and made our stay so homey and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances needed. The location is excellent with easy access to 87, SPAC, and the race track.

Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Andrew & Tracy were fantastic hosts and the home was nice and spacious. A quick drive brought us to downtown Saratoga and the racetracks! We hope to stay again soon.

Twelve members of our family stayed here for our annual ski weekend at Jiminy Peak. It was exactly what we needed as our home base -- plenty of room for all of us, good amenities, and the living room gave us a large gathering space where we could all sit after a day of skiing and swap stories, play games, and just enjoy being together. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and the owners were really responsive. We highly recommend it!

Loved staying here! It was super cozy and a lovely home away from home for the holidays. House is as described and very spacious. Fireplace makes it extra cozy when the weather got cold. Host was very proactive and responded to any question or issue almost immediately. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amy’s place was amazing. One of my best experiences using this mobile application. This place is perfect for groups visiting the infamous Saratoga Racetrack. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to have a memorable experience.

We had a lovely time at Cheri's! The pool and bbq were the top favorites. Cheri's house is very clean and has a very welcoming vibe, exactly as pictured. Cheri left pool floats for us to use, which were a big hit with our daughter. It's a short drive to town, where we got to enjoy everything Saratoga Springs has to offer. We would love to come back again!
