Davide house is 2 story building,with 3 rooms on the second floor,very nice garden,parking in front the house,value for money is great,Davide and his family are very respinsible and always available to help with advices,the house has ac split systems in each room,we were in April and the heating was on,very warm and comfortable house,close to Bergamo and airport,the area is very calm and secure,if in Bergamo will always return to Davide Villa.

Villa Rosa is een heerlijk huis op een perfecte locatie in Iseo. Het is een karakterestieke villa met mooie hoge plafonds, veel ramen en prachtige Italiaanse vloeren. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief vaatwasser. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van het centrum (paar minuten wandelen) met zijn vele restaurants en gezellige terrasjes. Supermarkten Lidl en Conad zijn ook loopafstand. Het contact met Alessandro en Camilla verliep perfect en vriendelijk, snelle reactie bij vragen. Het huis heeft airco in alle ruimtes wat heerlijk was bij temperaturen van 36 graden. Er is een fijne tuin waar we vanwege de hoge temperatuur helaas niet veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en kunnen Villa Rosa zeker aanbevelen, bij een volgend bezoek aan Iseo komen we hier graag weer terug !

Elena est vraiment réactive et sympathique. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et agréable. Barbecue, vue et jacuzzi tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous sommes satisfaits à 100%

Roberto mødte os ved Villa Bea og gav os gode instruktioner samt viste os rundt. Virkelig imødekommende. Vi kom langt fra og havde svært ved præcis at fortælle vores ankomst tidspukt. Det var ikke et problem. Vi havde god kommunikation undervejs. Villaen virker ren, det er rigeligt med håndklæder, køkkenet fuldt udstyret. Dog var der ingen ovn. Men mikroovn. Det var ikke et problem. Området er stille, der er mange muligheder for at nyde naturen og hike i de skønne Alper. Boligen kan varmt anbefales til alle der vil nyde roen, naturen og den skønne italienske atmosfære.

For an authentic Italian experience, let Giuseppe be your host! My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lago d’Iseo and our stay in Giuseppe’s home. Giuseppe and Laura are friendly, fun and natural hosts making their guests feel at home. They offer local recommendations and even made a dinner reservation for us - have local fish on the island, it’s great! Their home has been in the family for generations and offers a welcoming courtyard for spending time together and also comfortable rooms with enough space to rest and relax in privacy. Giuseppe even helped make a comfortable area for me to work remotely during my stay. The open kitchen area provided everything to cook dinners since local restaurants were a bit too far for my mother to walk. Access to the little grocery store (which had everything!), bakery, ferry, train station and weekly market was all within easy walking distance - we didn’t even need a car! The area is a hidden gem with few tourists. Our stay was perfetto!

soluzione indipendente a pochi minuti a piedi dal Baradello, parcheggio interno. Host molto disponibile, comunicativo, gentile, sempre presente e pronto a evadere qualsiasi dubbio. La casa è dotata di qualsiasi cosa possa servire per un soggiorno confortevole. Arredamento nuovo, ogni stanza ha un armadio capiente, abaatjour, la cucina è ben fornita. Abbiamo trovato tutto: dai detersivi, al caffè, ai canovacci, alla tovaglia. Pulizia impeccabile. Ampio salone con camino molto apprezzato.

Words don't provide a satisfactory review for this amazing location and home! We walked in and were so excited to spend our short visit to Lake Iseo in this beautiful and well loved home. Luigi and Sylvie were very flexible on our late arrival (Grazie!!) and also helped with coordinating a few items we had left behind. The views from the terrace patio are spectacular, and the home is spacious and comfortable. We were sad to leave!! This is a wonderful holiday home!

traumhafter Ort für Familie mit Kindern; grosser "eigener" Garten zum Ballspielen etc., Seezugang für Bootfahren etc.; Badezimmer, Betten super, Wohnzimmer ebenso, sehr schön eingerichtet; Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, die Kinder haben es geliebt; Zug hinter dem Haus stört nicht, fährt sehr selten Küchenausstattung für Familie, die gerne kocht, etwas begrenzt (grosses Schneidbrett fehlt z.B.). Aber wirklich kein grosses Problem. Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, reagiert sofort. Wir hatten einmal einen Kurzschluss, Mary hat sofort reagiert. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen

We spent 5 nights at Giacomo's Villa Sofia in Sulzano. The villa's location is truly spectacular, situated right on Lake Iseo with the porch extending over the water. The views from the house are breathtaking. While the house is a relatively old, rustic building, it's well-maintained. We were two couples, and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. One bathroom is on the upper floor, while the other is on the entrance level. The house is fully equipped with all necessary accessories, providing everything needed for a great vacation. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. While there aren't many places to purchase food nearby, it's not a problem if you're willing to drive. This is definitely the place to spend a quiet, pleasant vacation away from the more touristy areas of Lake Garda or Como. The host was helpful and nice. Overall, Villa Sofia is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat in a stunning lakeside setting.

Villa Romantica ist ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus, das wirklich top ausgestattet ist. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt (genug Platz für drei Familien mit fünf Kindern) und wenn das Wetter noch etwas mehr mitgespielt hätte, hätten wir die Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool und See bestimmt auch noch besser ausnutzen können. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, sportlich aktiv zu werden (Wassersport, Biken, Klettern, Wandern und vieles mehr). Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Giuseppe und vor allen Dingen seiner Bekannten vor Ort, Francesca, die sich um den Checkin und alles weitere gekümmert hat, hat wunderbar funktioniert! Vielen Dank für alles – wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wir waren für drei Nächte in dem schönen Haus von Sebastian und können dieses nur empfehlen! Alles war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht ist noch schöner wie auf den Fotos. Die Kommunikation war Super. Alles Top!!

We stayed for a 4 night family vacation with 10 family memebers and enjoyed the privacy of the house and the pool a lot ! There’s lots of space around the house, and you can get to the backery and shop in two minutes by bike. We had a lovely time and were also super happy with the response time of Valeria and Riccardo ! If you go in summer it’s good to also have a mosiquito spray with you 🙂, we definitely can recommend it !

Schönes Haus an einer grandiosen Lage. Ideal für zwei Familien mit Kindern. Genügend Schlafzimmer und genügend Badzimmer mit Toiletten. Ideal für dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Absolute Privatsphäre und wenn man das auch will, einfach top. Ein Auto ist zwingend, für das nächst grössere Einkaufszentrum fährt man min. 10 Minuten. Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung möchte, dann ist die Liegenschaft genau das Richtige.

Posizione incantevole a pochi passi dal lago, molto vicina all’imbarco per Monte isola. Organizzazione impeccabile, proprietari molto gentili, casa appena ristrutturata dotata di tutti i comfort. Molto bella anche l’aria esterna con piscina e barbecue e veranda, non utilizzata perché era un po’ freschino, da riprovare in estate

Ett underbart vackert och bekvämt hus med en magisk utsikt. Rekommenderas starkt till var och en som uppskattar god arkitektur och en vacker utsikt. Vi var 6 vuxna som alla älskade huset och omgivningen.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better from a place to stay or a host. We spent 2.5 weeks here with a 1.5 and 3.5 year old and it was perfect. Easy to get to Bergamo proper by bus if you don’t want to drive. Bonus was a small playground within walking distance. Highly recommend this place for any families (or groups of friends) . Mario was an exceptionally attentive host without ever being overwhelming. Cleaned the pool regularly and took care of the trash. Since we were visiting family who lived 5 minutes away we didn’t need recommendations for places to visit but the house and front/back yards were perfect for having meals all together . We are already looking to book our next trip to stay here
