Schiopparello III : locations de vacances

Wir haben unsere Ferien auf der traumhaften Insel Elba sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft mit Garten hätte für uns und die beiden Hunde nicht besser sein können. Der Blick auf das Meer zwischen den Pinien hindurch ist ein weiteres plus. Die Unterkunft entspricht voll und ganz dem versprochenen. Die Kommunikation mit Arianna und Alessandra war absolut unkompliziert. Wir würden sofort wieder da buchen!

Consiglio vivamente Podere Sasso Antico , una bella colonica ristrutturata con buon gusto ( non il solito " arredo rustico") Il piacere di stare in cima al monte , con ampie vedute, un panorama mozzafiato, silenzio e notti stellate e godersi di giorno il mare, Baratti e dintorni, che sono raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo. Susanna è una padrona di casa accogliente e premurosa , vi darà tantissime informazioni , e Peppe ( il loro cane) è adorabile. La strada sterrata si inerpica nel bosco ma Susanna mette a disposizione il suo fuoristrada ( se non si ha una macchina adeguata) e questa diventa una divertente esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und abseits gelegen. Der große Garten liegt an einem Berghang und bietet Platz für 2 Unterkünfte und das Haus der Familie, die sich diskret um alles kümmert. Die Aussicht ist ein absoluter Traum! Zum Frühstück sitzt man in einer liebevoll angelegten Sitzecke mit Blick auf das Meer. Leider ist der Garten ab etwa 19 Uhr nicht mehr nutzbar, es sei denn, man hat kein Problem mit Mücken. Das Haus an sich ist absolut authentisch eingerichtet, überall entdeckt man alte Gegenstände, die liebevoll zu einem Gesamtkunstwerk zusammengefügt wurden. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Betten sind angenehm straff und sehr bequem. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist eher außerhalb, wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit fährt man knapp 10 Minuten, nach Portoferraio etwa 40. Wir haben uns bei Lorena sehr wohl gefühlt! Elba ist traumhaft schön und wir kommen auf jeden Fall würden hierher. Danke für alles, Lorena. Grazie mille!

Tolle Unterkunft mit einer super Terrasse! Gianfrancesco ist sehr hilfreich und gut erreichbar. Es war ein entspannter und schöner Aufenthalt - gerne wieder!

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

Appartamento molto curato in tutti i dettagli, coerente e corrispondente alle foto. L'atmosfera creata dalla scelta dei colori dell'arredo ed in particolare del verde foresta per pareti e cucina rendono l'ambiente molto caldo e accogliente, dal sapore di macchia mediterranea, forse perde un pò in luminosità ma risulta comunque piacevole. Abbiamo trovato cura nel dettaglio e gentilezza da parte dell'Host fin dal check-in. Posizione comoda in quanto vicina al centro di Marina di Campo che è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti , l'appartamento si trova all'interno di una casa di due piani con giardino intorno il che la rende sicuramente più silenziosa rispetto a soluzioni più interne alle vie dei negozi/locali. Apprezzato. L'unico aspetto che forse avrei preferito è avere un piccolo divano nella zona giorno, che invece è costituita solo dalla cucina, per il resto davvero tutto piacevole e perfetto.

Fantastisk beliggenhet og uteområde! Vi likte spesielt godt bassenget, utsikten, at det var flere sittegrupper og nærheten til sentrum. 10/10 Innendørs var det ok, så for oss var det uteområdet som gjorde ferien strålende! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Wir hatten hier in Patresi eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge und gut ausgerüstet. Der Sonnenuntergang ist einfach wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
