We had a lovely time at this rental. It appeared we were the first spring guests as there was a bit of cleanup to do on the deck, but otherwise it was perfect. Hot tub worked great, the kitchen is well appointed and even has a wine cooler! The beds are FIRM, but we managed. Overall a very positive experience and would love to come back in warmer weather.

The spaciousness of your home allowed my family and friends come together and enjoy much needed quality time among a peaceful winter country side surrounding. Thank you for accommodating me with my poodles as well. Bringing both of them with us is extremely important when traveling. It's a truly beautiful place to visit any time of the year. Wonderful, Long, Multi-Family Weekend Getaway at this Amazing House. Beautiful, comfortable layout with plenty of room for the 16 of us. We enjoyed skiing at Hunter Mountain, using the kitchen to cook our meals, relaxing in the large hot tub and gathering around the living room TV as we watched our beloved Eagles win the Super Bowl. Any issues that we encountered Jill was very responsive and was able to help us immediately. We very much enjoyed our stay and are already talking about returning for next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the home was in the perfect location, tucked away on a large piece of quiet farm land. Don’t be deceived by the listing photos, as it is much better in person! Very open and plenty of room for 8-10 people. We also enjoyed the projector screen, and the bed linens were so comfortable! We did not try the hot tub, but it was ready for us when we arrived. Communication by Brandon and his staff was quick and on point. Our only issue was the driveway and entryway not being cleared of snow and ice. We did not mention this, because when we arrived the wind was blowing strong and could have blown snow drifts after it was cleared. Some ice melt or sand would have helped, however. We had a 4 wheel drive truck, but don’t think the average car would’ve made it out of the driveway. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. This was our second time staying here for a quiet reading retreat and we will gladly stay again! The hosts are very welcoming and the house is very cozy.

Amazing home— everything was well cleaned, cozy, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We loved the furnaces, and felt right at home for a city getaway — my only call out : the listing says uneven floors and they ARE uneven, it didn’t hinder us at all, but do definitely prepare :) great location for catskills adventures and also a great house to just stay-cation too !

It is a good place to spend time with family. The house was cozy and warm, cleaned and has everything we needed. The views of mountains and sun rise were breathtaking. John was easy to communicate and provided all info about house and interesting places around.

This is our second time staying at one of their fine homes ! Hands down they did it again! The property is secluded and lined with trees for privacy yet near all and a very nice local restaurant. The cabin is meticulously designed and curated from the pristine luxury kitchen to the beautiful bedrooms that included high end linens and towels. The lux bath products and fully stocked kitchen made us feel super comfortable. They answered questions as we got closer to our Catskills visit and even greeted us with flowers and wine. What a treat ! We enjoyed all but specially the outdoor tub, the soaking tub and the game room with a great music selection. We can't wait to return! Thank you for hosting !

Kasia's place was beautiful with a lovely hot tub to relax in and enjoy the amazing fall color views! The house was spotless with plenty of space for a group of 8! There is also a firepit for smores in the back yard which we greatly enjoyed! An amazing location to stay for hiking or enjoying local cideries. Kasia was very responsive and kind! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an escape!

Wow— where to begin?! Carson was incredibly kind and responsive. He consistently checked in to make sure we were having a wonderful stay (we were!). The house itself is spacious, clean and cozy. It’s the perfect space for a large group and for a house full of girls having three bathrooms was a huge selling point! It’s about 20 minutes away from an adorable town and winery. The beds were comfy, Carson was amazing and you cannot beat the sunset over the mountains! 10/10

We had a great time for a long weekend with a baby, toddler, 9 year old, and four adults. The wood-burning fireplace indoors was so nice and the wood-burning sauna and jacuzzi was unique and amazing.

This cabin in Richmondville, NY, was just what we needed! Located right in the Catskills, it had amazing mountain views and a peaceful vibe, perfect for our weekend trip from NYC. The best part was definitely the hot tub with great scenery all around. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. It was also conveniently located—just five minutes from SUNY Cobleskill and close to some awesome hiking trails. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again!

A wonderful cabin perfect for a group. Has everything you need to feel at home and a gorgeous view and relaxing hot tub. Super warm and comfy for those cold winter days. The cabin was a perfect base camp for winter activities like skiing and hiking.
