Sebastian was a steller host and really made our family feel welcome in Amsterdam! I could tell he put a lot of care into having all the amenities and items needed for a smooth and relaxed stay. The place was in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of shopping, food and activities close by while still being in a quiet pocket of the city, ensuring sound sleep. One of the best airbnbs weve ever stayed and highly recommended.

The room is very nice, just like in the pictures. The surrounding area is calm and easy to access.

Douwe hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen und uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben für Unternehmung, Restaurants etc. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Es war ein sehr authentisch eingerichtetes Apartment. Wir konnten früher einchecken und ebenso unser Gepäck wegen später Abreise zwischen lagern. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt ☺️

Ik had het verblijf voor mijn moeder besproken. Ze heeft een fantastische twee nachten gehad. Het appartement ligt op een supermooie plek, midden in het dorp. Alles was geweldig voor elkaar. Echt een aanrader.

Le logement est juste parfait, pas très loin d’Amsterdam vous avez un bus qui vous dépose directement au centre ville ( environ 25 min) . Le logement est mignon et parfais pour passez un séjour en amoureux 🙂

Wir verbrachten eine super Woche in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung. Sie war blitzsauber, gemütlich und der Ausblick wunderschön. Man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Es hat super viel Platz, seine eigenen Sachen zu verstauen und alles was man als Familie braucht ist vorhanden. Es ist sehr grosszügig aufgefüllt mit Duschgel, WC Papier, Abwaschmaschinenpads, Tee, Kaffee etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für alles!!

We hebben een zeer ontspannen weekend gehad in een perfect uitgerust en verzorgd appartement, en met een fantastisch uitzicht over het strand en de zee. Genieten😉. Het is dichtbij de duinen, het strand, de zee, alle eet- en drinkgelegenheden en het centrum. Duidelijke instructies voor de route, toegang tot het appartement en de garage. Gehele communicatie met Imco gaat snel en met grote flexibiliteit. We kunnen deze locatie ten zeerste aanbevelen, een dikke 10!

Schönes Reiheneinfamilienhaus in ruhiger wie zentraler Lage (vom Hauptbahnhof mit gratis-Fähre schnell und einfach erreichbar). Stilvoll eingerichtet & alles vorhanden; man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Gastgeberin Sol ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation ist freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Gerne wieder!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Hermann empfangen! Es war leicht die Unterkunft zu finden. Ringsrum wird im Park noch gebaut- davon bekommt man aber am Haus nichts mit!! Es ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Genau das was wir gesucht haben. Für unsere Tochter war das größte Erlebnis, die Kühe hinten auf der Weide grasen zu sehen! Man hatte direkten Blick aus dem Fenster bzw. Man konnte sich auf die Bank setzen und saß 5m entfernt :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt- vielen Dank für alles!

Bas & Blaisse, both were so friendly. Bas reached me out with complete guide & information in a flash of time once they confirmed my booking. They both were extremely helpful & the house was just amazing with all the facilities you need. The top notch was the master bedroom in the second floor with a water run view. I highly recommend this place & I also request you guys to help them keeping the property in the same beautiful shape. Thank you so much Bas & Blaisee. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay & you guys made it to feel home away from home.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung direkt am Wasser vorgefunden. Man fühlte sich gleich wie zu Hause und hat auch alle Annehmlichkeiten - voll ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Bad, eine Terasse vorm und hinterm Haus mit Grill und direktem Zugang über einen privaten Steg zum Wasser. Dieser Zugang wurde auch gleich genutzt, um sich nach der Sauna abzukühlen. Marc war immer gut zu erreichen und wir hatte einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei bestem Wetter und schöner, ruhiger Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Leon’s place is great for a group booking as there is plenty of eating and living space. Leon is very friendly and helpful. The bikes allowed us to cycle around the lovely cycle paths round about. Although it’s outside of the city centre we managed well with buses, the metro ( both excellent) and Ubers.

Sheila ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation erfolgte immer sehr zeitnah und sie war sehr hilfsbereit bei Rückfragen. Im Winter empfehle ich warme Socken und/oder Hausschuhe mitzunehmen. Die Wohnung ist angenehm warm und sehr gemütlich aber der Fliessenboden im EG eher kühl. Die Lage ist top und alles sehr gut erreichbar. Für 4 Erwachsene gut geeignet wenn man sich mit dem einen Bad incl. WC gut arrangiert. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und auch tägliche Verbrauchsmaterialien und Gewürze etc. sind vor Ort vorhanden und können genutzt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder in den SeaLion Sheila 😊

We had the most wonderful stay in this charming cabin nestled on the property of a windmill in Alkmaar. From the moment we arrived, our hosts Kelly and Han made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—so kind, welcoming, and full of great local tips. The cabin itself is a dream—coziness taken to the next level. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and it was the perfect place to unwind to relax. Waking up next to a windmill felt like something out of a fairytale. Alkmaar itself is a beautiful village full of history, with adorable shops and restaurants to explore. The charming canals add to the magical atmosphere, and it’s easy to hop on a train to Amsterdam for a day trip. We’re already dreaming of our return and feel so lucky to have made such lovely new friends in Kelly and Han. Highly recommend this magical spot to anyone visiting The Netherlands!

We had a wonderful fews days by the lake. it was peaceful and comfortable and we felt at home straight away. the house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our break away and was walking distance from a supermarket and play areas for the children. We would love to return!

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft mit einem angenehmen Gastgeber: Obwohl es sehr klein ist, war alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders wenn man mit dem eigenen Auto anreist, weiß man den reservierten Parkplatz direkt vor dem Gebäude sehr zu schätzen. Fahrräder werden vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Fußgängerzone der Altstadt ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und ein Supermarkt in der Nachbarschaft hat täglich bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We had a lovely stay at Ingrid’s airbnb. Check in was easy and Ingrid was a very flexible host (allowing us to check in earlier than anticipated as the apartment was ready). The apartment was very clean and cosy. We enjoyed the peaceful, quiet location of the apartment, with it being just a short 15 minute walk from the metro station (Noord), and in a very picturesque town! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Ingrid!!

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal. Man ist in 5 Minuten Fußweg in der Innenstadt. Trotzdem ist ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Majsa war top. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und Etwas zum Knuspern. Es war rundum schön. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen lieben Dank!

The place was lovely to stay, beyond my already high expectations! Amazing location, close to trams, the beach, and stores. Suus was a great host, very communicative and quick to respond, would 100% stay here again and would recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing get away :)

Great place in a quiet part of the city and within walking distance to multiple public transportation lines. Hugo was an amazing host with clear communication and he was generous enough to allow us to store luggage immediately after our flight prior to check-in. He even went the extra mile to mail an item that we left behind! Would recommend this apartment to all as a well priced option in a prime location of Amsterdam

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait grâce a Monique. L’appartement, en plus d être magnifique, offre une vue incroyable à la tombée de la nuit, situé à proximité de tout. My best friend and I took our two teenage daughters for the weekend. This gorgeous flat couldn’t have been better! It was the perfect place to stay. We could wander around the city and then nip back to sit in the window seats and watch the world go by. The hosts we absolutely charming and gave lots of great advice. We all slept until 10am both mornings- so comfy and relaxing! We can’t wait to go back.

Fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement, we waren van alle gemakken voorzien. Het was netjes en schoon, op een geweldige locatie. Chrystel was goed bereikbaar en reageerde snel op onze berichtjes. Zeker een aanrader!
