great value, lots of room and super nice.

This was my second stay in Mrs Peggy's place, and both times the group and I really enjoyed it. The house has everything you'll need for your stay. Mrs. Peggy is super friendly and wanted to make sure that everything was as it should be. I will definitely book this house the next time I'm in the area.

Just perfect place to stay for hunting . Very close to public hunting.

Exactly what we needed for our hunting trip.

We were there to tour the university for the weekend. The location was exactly what we needed as we walked to and from all the activities. It was nice to have the luxury of space and two bathrooms instead of a hotel stay. Expectations met!

The six of us were in Kirksville both to celebrate Christmas as a family in the AirBnB but also to meetup with extended family in the region. We couldn't have asked for a better location, just a hop away from the 63 bypass, and yet also only a skip away from Walmart, HyVee, and Kirksville destinations. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms at this price and location could not be beat. Bring your own amenities (we brought our own blankets, TP, dishwasher detergent, facial tissues, kitchen dish towel, hot water kettle, tea and coffee, etc.). The game area was fun, the table is large enough to sit around, parking was never a problem, neighbors were quiet (and we never detected any smoking in the entryway), and there is a pleasant view out back looking across the country. Living and dining areas are nice and spacious. The hosts were responsive. We will hope to stay here again on our next visit!

This home was so inviting, absolutely beautiful and we all felt right at home right away! It was the perfect place to get ready for a wedding down the road! Our hosts were absolutely wonderful communicators, everything was super clean and very well stocked! Not to mention absolutely beautiful! We will absolutely be recommending this place again!!!

What a beautiful property. So peaceful and beautiful. Plenty of sleeping arrangements and bathrooms on all three floors. We saw plenty of deer, rabbits and several other animals during our visit. Amazing location for secluded quiet. Ivette was also very helpful and responded quickly to questions.
