Sofia’s place exceeded our expectations. Spotless, well equipped, and a stunning view of Lake Seneca. My family and I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor propane fire pit after an afternoon of visiting the nearby wineries and breweries. Would absolutely stay again.

This was my 2nd stay with Melanie and Bruce, once again it was perfect. The house is very private in a beautiful wooded area. The house has everything you need, plus thoughtful extras like the campfire wood and starter kit. We really appreciate the 11am check-out time, so many others require 10am and after a weekend of adventures, that extra hour matters!! We will definitely stay with Melanie, Bruce, and the outdoor kitty Nancy, again!

We had such a relaxing weekend. Sarah was very responsive to any questions that we had. The farmhouse is absolutely lovely. It was warm and cozy for our March getaway. This is definitely one of the nicer homes I have stayed at; very clean and accommodating. The area is absolutely beautiful and we look forward to our next visit!

We had a great time staying at The Buttonwood! Absolutely gorgeous views and the dock was perfect for watching the sunrise over the lake. Our girls trip was amazing with all of the wineries nearby and hiking in Watkins Glen. The home itself was lovely with plenty of natural light and cozy sleeping areas. Would definitely visit again next time we come to the area, which is an absolutely must! The fall was beautiful but now we need to check it out in the summer!! Thanks so much for hosting us!!

Valarie is an excellent host. She was proactive in messaging us to ensure all our questions were promptly answered and needs taken care of. The house is clean, warm, comfortable, and peaceful. We felt right at home. We look forward to staying at here again in the future.

My fiancé and I loved our stay at Unit #2. It was a cozy, clean, peaceful suite and the location made a great base camp for exploring different lakes and towns every day. The lake access was a huge bonus. We appreciated the well stocked kcups for the Keurig too! We would definitely stay here again.

Joan was a great hostess and her place was a 10/10. It had everything we could need with the most spectacular views.

Erika was an amazing host. Very responsive, friendly, and just pleasant to work with. The apartment was perfect, clean, quiet, and in a nice location right near the lake. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the complimentary wine bottle was a nice touch (and delicious)! Clear instructions were laid out and we were given local recommendations. Overall, it was a great place in a great location, and Erika was an A+ host!

David & Debby are wonderful hosts! We had a cold and rainy weekend for our stay, but their cozy home was just perfect to keep us warm and snug. Comfy beds, squeaky clean, and such a beautiful view. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here! David was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The place was beautiful and very well taken care of. The lake front location was beautiful! The photos don't do it justice. We all really enoyed sitting on the porch and the dock enjoying the spectacular views! The home was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Hope to go back again!

Durga and Joop were great hosts and I’d highly recommend staying at their place if you’re planning on visiting the finger lakes. Accommodation was clean, tidy, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Location was close enough to town to make it easy to access but far enough out to be nicely private. Located right on the Taughannock Falls rim hike so perfect for some outdoors time. Hosts extremely friendly, helpful and great to chat to.

Fantastic place! Beautiful and right on the water. Has everything you need right there but is close to other “main towns” to get out. Would definitely recommend and would love to book again to visit!!

We had a great time at this beautiful lake house. While there are close neighbors, they are quiet and the lakefront area feels very private thanks to the trees. The kayaking and rowboat were a lot of fun. The house has quality furnishings and newer appliances. When we had a concern arise (through no fault of the owners), Mary responded immediately even though it was nearly 10 pm. She made the situation right as soon as humanly possible (first thing in the morning) and her husband actually drove all the way from Pennsylvania to check in with us, though we didn't ask or expect this. While he was there he also installed a new lakefront ladder and chatted with us about area attractions. I highly recommend this home and especially these hosts, who truly care about their guests' experience.

Such a great cabin! Plenty of room for 2 people and 2 80lb dogs. The views are amazing-you couldn’t be any closer to the water. There are docks and cabins close by, but it does feel private. Being October, there wasn’t too much activity on the lake..even with temps in the 80s! It made for a really relaxing trip. We were lucky enough to see a loon and had eagles fly overhead daily..we even had a beaver swim right next to us on the dock!! The cabin has a cozy fireplace (heater) and was well equipped with everything you need. The linens were soft, the towels were thick and the bed was very comfortable! Kayaking was wonderful when the wind allowed. Fishing from the dock wasn’t great, but then again, I am more versed in creek/pond fishing rather than giant lake fishing. I did have a great day fishing at a nearby pond in Hector on the interlocken trail..called teeter pond. Our host (Gillian) was wonderful. It was evident that her guests experience was really important to her.

I didn’t want to leave!! 😂 This was an amazing stay! The cabin was cute and had everything you’d need for a retreat to the lake, and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Kevin was friendly, and met us at the cabin to give us a tour. He was also very responsive. 10/10! I’d definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. The area was so serene and picturesque we almost skipped touring some vineyards to hang out on the back porch. We enjoyed cozy nights by the small propane fireplace and stunningly colorful mornings by the dock watching the sun and mist rise over Waneta Lake. The property was clean, warm, and well-taken care of and the coffeemaker, souvenir trinkets, and kayaks were a really nice touch. 10/10 would stay again!

The place was beautiful!! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to relax and unwind. Very close to Watkins Glen state park which is beyond beautiful! I recommend getting there in the daytime because it can be hard to find at night.

Our stay was spectacular. You can't beat the view, the kitchen had everything you would need and more and the beds were SO comfortable! We had to draw straws to see who was staying in the boathouse room! Coffee on the dock in the morning and wine on the dock in the evening, how could anyone complain about that! We loved our stay and hope to come back again. Thanks Karen!

This is a beautiful home and Robyn goes over and beyond to make it home away from home. Love the comfy of the house. Beautiful handmade quilts were such a surprise! There was a list of all the local areas for food, drinks ect. We were there for an event at Watkins Glen and it wasn't but roughly 23 minutes give or take, from the track which was a great plus! Lots of wineries and food along the way. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Robyn!
