Adoramos nossa estadia no apartamento da Andrea. O local é lindo como nas fotos, muito confortável e tem tudo que você precisa para descansar depois de aproveitar a incrível cidade de Munique. Andrea foi uma querida, nos deu indicações da área e explicou o funcionamento do apartamento. Nos sentimos como se estivéssemos hospedados na casa de uma amiga. Markus’ stunningly modern and spacious apartment is in a terrific neighborhood that was perfect for our nine-day stay in Munich.  From my first contact with Markus nine months ago to the day I left, he was an ideal host. He responded fast with any requests and even delivered patio furniture two days into our stay. The Apartment: The apartment is very big and sunny. It is extraordinarily immaculate and ideally laid out. The furniture was chic and modern and extremely comfortable. Although the bedroom and living room were one continuous space, nonetheless, there was a judicious separation of the two. The kitchen was well fitted out for simple dining.  As we were there in the summer, we used the patio a lot, which was a plus.  The bathroom is large with outstanding water pressure in a superb shower.   The TV screen was large and the Internet was fast and reliable.  The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential area populated mostly with young families with children.  There were plenty of food shops in the area – we tended to use Tengelmann Supermarket on Stuntzstrasse for most foods. And what a pleasure it was to walk three minutes to Bäckerei Schmidt on Stuntzstrasse  each morning (closed on Sunday) for fresh rolls for breakfast.  We particularly liked the Saltzstahns—rolls with caraway seeds and salt.  The U-bahn stop, Bohmerwaldplatz, is only a seven-minute walk. Many of the apartments in the complex were rented to college students who loved to talk and play music in the evening. Though it could have been noisy, it was not for us. In fact, the extensive common lawn at the back had many songbirds. Kudos to Markus for allowing this great place to be part of the Airbnb. 

O local é um pouco afastado do centro de Munique, mas não foi um problema para nós, pois é em frente a uma estação do S-bahn. O local é exatamente como a descrição no Airbnb, muito organizado, limpo. Check-in e check-out fáceis. Perto do mercado e há algumas lanchonetes na região. O ponto de desvantagem é que você não pode regular o ar condicionado. Algumas vezes o quarto ficava um pouco quente. Quando voltarmos a Munique, será nossa primeira opção de hospedagem. Apreciamos muito. Obrigado Vonder pela experiência.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—charming, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. It was a perfect match for our trip. The small garden was such a peaceful retreat, a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day out. The location was also excellent—close to everything we needed, yet calm and quiet. We really appreciated the personal touches: a selection of interesting books, a few different beers and a bottle of wine, and even a bucket of fresh fruits waiting for us as a surprise. It made us feel instantly welcome. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the host’s husband, who was especially generous with his time and assistance. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week at Philipp’s place. Stylish and comfortable and easy to get to where we needed to go. Philipp was a great host - friendly and helpful and made it easy to get in and around. We would absolutely stay here again!

Andreas ist ein sehr netter und äußerst zuvorkommender Vermieter. Ich kann ihn jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Meine erste Buchung auf airbnb und ich bin mega zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war hinsichtlich Lage und Ausstattung gut. Wolfger ist ein exzellenter Gastgeber mit hohem Unterhaltungswert und enormer Hilfsbereitschaft. Wer nicht nur einfach eine "Übernachtung" sucht, sondern auch Wert auf kommunikativen Austausch sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Alles war perfekt! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Wohnung schön und sauber, Andy freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. I’ve written reviews of Adrian’s place before but it’s worth repeating that he’s is a wonderful host, and the place suits my needs perfectly.

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

Sehr sauber, viel Privatsphäre, tolles Frühstück, viel Flexibilität. Gut mit der S3 nach München angebunden (30 min bis München Hbf), genug Parkplätze auf der Straße. Top!

Ich hab mich wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. So eine liebe Familie. Kann ich nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt! 10 min zu Fuß zur S-Bahn, damit schnell in der Münchner Innenstadt! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und reagierte schnell auf meine Nachrichten. Gab auch gute Tipps!

Very nice house and Manuela is an excellent host. The place it isn't close to the center but it is well connected with the public transportation in every time of the day. Manuela gave us a lot of information on the activities we wanted to do and she's very friendly

Great stay for one or two days. The House is beauttiful and charming.

Awesome place, probably one of the best ones if not the best one in munich! It's very private, spacious and peaceful. I really loved the room. The shared spaces also offered everything we needed. There is a super beautiful park next door and the surroundings are both peaceful and beautiful overall. The other guest and the host himself are very friendly and I felt welcome and at home. There is also a weekly foodsharing programm which reqlly helped with cooking and saving some noney. I recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet place in munich!
