Amazing place, great location, near everything in Szczecin. The place was super clean, spacious, easy to locate. Przemysław is very responsive, allowed for an early check in, provided wonderful recommendations. Overall, a truly amazing experience. Can’t wait to stay at Przemysław’s place next time I’m in Szczecin.

Die Kommunikation und der Check-in wären einfach und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und eine tolle Lage. Das Service-Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend abwechslungsreich. Die Saftpresse großartig und auch die Möglichkeit am Nachmittag noch einen Kaffee zu trinken und einen Snack zu sich zu nehmen, waren fantast. Mit Englisch kamen wir gut zurecht. Alles in allem sehr, sehr schön. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Stettin kommen (eine wirklich sehr schöne Stadt), dann hierher ☺️

To był nasz kolejny pobyt w Szczecinie, ale po raz pierwszy w tym studio. Poza tym że jest świetnie wyposażone, zadbane i czyste, to sposób w jaki jest urządzone powodował, że czuliśmy się jak w domu, czego podczas podróży bardzo rzadko doświadczamy. Dziękujemy bardzo serdecznie i do kolejnego razu:)!

Miałem przyjemność spędzić kilka dni w tym apartamencie i mogę go z czystym sumieniem polecić. Lokalizacja jest świetna – blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji, a jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy. Sam apartament jest dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Kontakt z właścicielem był bezproblemowy, a zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie. Jedyne, do czego można by się przyczepić, to lekko zużyte meble, ale nie wpływa to na ogólny komfort pobytu. Podsumowując – bardzo dobry wybór na pobyt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ordentlich. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt. Es liegt genau in der Mitte aller Orte, die man als Tourist gerne besuchen möchte.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft bei Anna. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr zentral. Ich hatte leider Probleme mit dem Eingangstor. Der Parkplatz war auch immer belegt.

Schönes Haus mit Garten und kleiner Sauna für 2 Personen am nordöstlichen Stadtrand von Stettin in waldreicher Gegend mit See. Gute Verkehrsanbindung zum Stadtzentrum von Stettin per Auto oder Straßenbahn. Mit dem Auto ist das Stettiner Haff in 30 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Totally fabulous in every way Beautiful spacious loft apartment Lots of light Super cool ! Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und wohnlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort sehr wohl fühlt. Die Gegend ist ruhig, und man kann auf der Terrasse seinen Kaffee genießen :-)

Wer in der Umgebung von Berlin eine Auszeit sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Es ist wirklich ein ausgezeichnetes Haus mit Whirlpool und Sauna. Beides war sehr sauber - sowie der Rest vom Haus.

Süße, gemütliche und hübsche Hütte in sehr schöner, ruhiger Umgebung und auf einem liebevoll gepflegten, sehr großen Grundstück, wo man sich vor allem bei warmen Wetter im Sommer richtig austoben kann (Biwak-Platz, Feuerstellen, Floß, Biergarten, …). Nette und sehr offene Besitzer!

Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit bei Torsten im Haus. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See ist großartig. Man läuft nur um zwei Ecken und ist schnell an der Badestelle, die unterhalb der Unterkunft liegt. Das alte Haus ist aufwendig saniert und teilweise mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet. Die große Dusche ist super, das Bad liegt allerdings so, dass man das eine Schlafzimmer durchqueren muss. Besonders toll war der Bäcker schräg gegenüber, der ein fantastisches und günstiges Angebot hat. Torsten war immer gut erreichbar und hat freundlich auf ein Missgeschick von mir reagiert. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Ganz tolles Haus! Wir waren mit der gesamten Familie da und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte uns die Tage wirklich an nichts, wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Neben dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus gibt es noch den großartigen Garten. Auch hier findet man von einem tollen Klettergerüst in Piratenstil bis hin zu einem traumhaften Grillplatz alles. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. Auch noch einmal vielen Dank für die leckeren Willkommensgetränke!

We loved the place! An apartment at the first floor, with everything one could wish for including coffee both expresso machine with beans provided by the host, and nesspresso with capsules, also provided by the host! I have never seen a such well endowed kitchen, plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, all size and shapes. We got a welcome cake and wine, and water, which were very good and welcome as we got late in the afternoon at the apartment. The place was very nicely decorated with care and attention to details, and for a family is the perfect place to stay in Berlin as it is close to bus station and also to supermarkets. The pool and sauna are a nice touch and also very clean and with all the towels and bathrobes needed. The yard was nice but it was too cold to use it, but in the summer should be great to sit outside in the evenings. Thank you Marga, we loved our vacation in Berlin and staying in your apartment was one of the highlights of our journey.

Alexandra ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie war immer sehr gut zu erreichen und hat alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich für uns zu machen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Einzig vereinzelte Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen. Die Lage ist top inmitten eines schönen Viertels mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und kleinen Shops. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank! 😊

This condo is beautiful / stunning! Definitely worth the stay. Simon was helpful and accommodating with flexible check in. Great that it comes with car garage parking as well. Just a heads up because it wasn’t super clear in the listing that it is up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. Also the parking garage can be a little tricky to access in and out on foot, if we weren’t leaving super early in the morning I would have asked Simon for clearer instructions though.

Had a fantastic stay at Bert’s beautiful apartment - everything was just as the photos. The apartment is convenient for public transport to explore other areas of Berlin which is such an interesting city. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a fully functioning kitchen - teas and coffee etc all provided as well as a stunning roof terrace of the weather is warm! 5 stars

We hebben fantastische dagen gehad in Berlijn. Het appartement van Helena is super en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk ruim, rustig gelegen en toch dichtbij alle voorzieningen. Al met al: zeer goed aan te raden! Dank je wel! Groetjes van het Brabantse gezelschap 👍😀

This apartment has a great layout for two people. We enjoyed the skylight windows and the fresh air on the top floor. The sauna was a very nice touch. You share a walkway/patio with the host, but that was never an issue. The stairs to the top floor kept us fit each day, but the location was walkable to sites and bars and restaurants.

What a great find! We loved the apartment, the area and the host. A perfect place for a couple to stay in Berlin. The apartment was clean, quiet, well- organized and supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay - including a good mattress, new working appliances, and hot water for showers. Near lots of public transportation, parks and historical sites, and great restaurants. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay in Berlin! I can't stress enough how easy it was to get around to see the sights in Berlin as two of the main tram lines cross right in front of the apartment building! While the digital lock app took some getting used to, the place was exactly as described and Vasil could not have been more helpful with everything from local recommendations to video instructions on how to get into the building/apartment, etc. Highly recommend for your stay in Berlin!
