You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

My stay in the middle of winter was wonderful. Everything I needed was in the apartment. Had lovely walks on the beach. One day it snowed and the views were spectacular. Carolyn was very easy to reach and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Stayed overnight on a visit to family in February. Fantastic place for the two of us and our dogs. Excellent walking area even in winter with snow. Thank you!

Jennifer’s place was a perfect spot for us during our trip to Providence. We were in town for the NCAA Tournament, and the loft was an easy walk from the train station and about 20 minutes walking to the arena. Jennifer’s team was quick to answer any questions we had, and provided a great list of recommendations for our time in the city. Easy access to both downtown and College Hill. Definitely recommend!

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

What an amazing experience! Water views from every window. Beautiful Homey touches like lots of pillows and plants. Updated kitchen and bathroom. The hot tub was so relaxing! I walked to several beaches and all over town. An incredible winter getaway. I can’t wait to come back!

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

The place was great. The backyard was the perfect spot to cook burgers and hang out. The space can just be a little cold outside the summer months so prepare to dress warmer.

Tom was a wonderful accommodating host. The host was beautiful and the location lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

This place was so lovely! My mom and I had a lovely calm, relaxing vacation here! We cooked and ordered in and watched the boats on the water and took out the paddle board! Super easy to get it in the water and it was calm and easy to paddle up and down the river. I even saw a young sea turtle which was unbelievably special! Our host was communicative and accommodating and had great recommendations! I was able to walk to a local coffee shop that was excellent and very cute and another close by that have fun bubble teas and great breakfast food. Highly recommend!

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

Anne’s place is an amazing old ocean front home. I was so excited to experience staying there, as we have no houses like this where I’m from. The ocean views are amazing from the porch, the upstairs bedrooms, and the crow’s nest. We watched seals and eider and mergansers and loons. It was also great to people watch from the front porch as lots of dog walkers walked by. We rock scrambled at low tide and got out to Brant Rock. Anne was super responsive and quick to answer questions when we first checked in. The house is old, quirky, and beautiful. The updated bathrooms are gorgeous. We cooked breads and lasagna and lots of other stuff and had all the pots, pans, and baking pans that we needed (which is rare in an Airbnb). Really lovely stay in a really lovely home. The perfect place to ring in the New Year with people I love.

Gary is the consummate AirBnB host! He has staged this home with everything you might desire , before you know you want it! The house is immaculate and fully appointed. There is the Sauna, fire pit, hot tub, luxurious showers, and clean comfortable beds for everyone, little ones included! Everything is in tip top condition & Gary is very responsive and supportive for all his guests. Highly recommend!!

El apartamento superó todas mis expectativas, y sin duda me quedaría aquí nuevamente. Dormí profundamente y disfruté al máximo del descanso en este maravilloso espacio.

Beautiful private home with a great view of the harbor and walkable to restaurants, groceries, and water taxis. Loved the peacefulness of the place and the privacy it offered. Hosts were consistently kind and helpful. Had a couple small hiccups with dysfunctional internet (fixed the next day after we brought it up, problem was the doing of a previous guest) and their brand new grill had not quite been fully assembled so we pivoted and cooked our steaks inside instead but knowing the hosts I suspect that issue has been fully resolved and won’t be a problem again in the future. They were kind and responsive and we always appreciated that!

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.

Fantastic North End Location. 3BR condo is perfect for 3-4 people — kitchen and bathrooms are fully updated and well appointed. Spacious Open plan living room and dining space allow friends or family to easily hang out together — with nice views of the Boston Harbor activity. The building itself is older and there’s a steep two flight walk up to the condo. Beds were comfortable and owners are super communicative and really make sure your visit is successful!

This is the second time we stay at Zachary’s listing on Thanksgiving Parade day. We are hoping to make it a tradition as his place is luxurious, well outfitted with wonderful furnishings and an AMAZING location! Zachary was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend staying with him again!
