Fiona's house is really beautiful, we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The large hall was brilliant for all our walking gear and coats and jackets as there was lots of snow during our stay as was the pulley and clothes horse. The kitchen was really well equipped and given the very cold temperatures the house was really cosy and warm, the fire in the lounge was great. She has even arranged to have the path cleared of snow for us arriving. We had a great stay and was perfect for our group.

Beautiful quiet setting and base to explore the area. We loved exploring by kayak and being greeted by seals every morning. Simon’s place was super comfortable, clean and well equipped. We’d love to return.

Stunning home but the views are the main attraction! Brenda helped me have the most stunning small family wedding and the photos I have are gorgeous. My family loved each of their rooms they are really modern and the beds nice and firm. Thank you Brenda!

Wow!!!! What a house!! The location right on the beach is simply beautiful. The house was immaculate and the smell on arrival was gorgeous! Everything was perfect for us to celebrate a special birthday and Tracey checked in with us to ensure we had all we needed. Took us about 15 mins to walk into Amble where there are lots of places to eat. We absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to return!! Thank you so much!!!

Had a wonderful weekend at collieston beach, the weather was amazing! The house being on the beach front exceeded expectations. The house was larger than expected as pictures don't do the place justice. Carol was great at communicating through out and even sent over a load of towels for us. Thanks for letting us stay.

8 of us golfing women stayed at Andrew's place for 3 nights. Everyone enjoyed the size of the house and all the facilities on offer. The welcome Prosecco and biscuits were appreciated. Andrew has catered for all needs and had plenty of condiments and refreshments to satisfy our needs. There is an honesty bar which we didn't actually use but it was comforting to know we had gin and whisky available if we ran out. Although the house sleeps 10 we found it very comfortable with just 8. There were bikes and games if we needed them. All in all it's the perfect place for a golfing break as the Royal Dornoch courses are nearby and Tain a short drive away which we also played. We loved the house and can't wait to return. The beds were super comfy too!

I'm finding it difficult to put into words what being a guest at Cantick Head was like. Magical, inspiring, cozy, peaceful, safe. The cottage is beyond charming. It was tastefully decorated with little bits of history scattered about. It was absolutely spotless clean with comfortable beds and linens that smelled heavenly especially after a day of hiking the nearby trails. A nature and animal lovers paradise. Alan and his family go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. I found the experience to be quite moving and was saddened to leave. Alan is an example of what an outstanding Airbnb operator is and Cantick Head is a top notch accommodation. The price was very reasonable for the experience of being at Cantick Head. Overall, 11 out 10!

Nothing short of amazing! A nature lover’s paradise (even with the Scottish weather). Got dry weather for an hour one morning haha so had a lovely breakfast in the garden. Met two tiny (literally newborn) lambs in the field next to us! All wobbly on their feet. So cute!! Friendly hosts, very clean and well decorated.

Lovely cottage & ideal location. Only downside is the parking which is a tad tricky but not helped by us having a defender + bike racks!

No 3 is a magic location with spectacular views, that change with the tide. The foot bridge below the house means easy access to the sandy bay; coming back at full tide was a fun challenge.

This was the perfect place for us whilst we were out of our own house for renovation. Mary Lou / Adrian were extremely accomodating and responded promptly to all our queries and requests. Less than 5 min walk in to heart of town or to beach and would be a perfect location for a family group. House had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks Mary Lou /Adrian👍

She and her family are wonderful hosts, making you feel totally at home, providing local knowledge, baking, tea and biscuits and showing a keen interest in you and ensuring you have a lovely holiday. Peaceful, cosy cottage in a beautiful area - just what we were after for our new year’s getaway. Everything we needed was provided, and Chris’s helpful instructions made it easy to locate. Plenty of parking for our small car. The cottage is really clean and there’s plenty of supplies, as well as local shop very close by. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely lodge, beautiful surroundings. Our children (age 4 and 7) really enjoyed the hot tub. Going out on the boat was beautiful - request buoyancy vests in advance. House clean and comfortable. Well equipped for cooking.

Very secluded, beautiful location, had all amenities listed in the description. Only issue is the response time, as I did ring for help multiple times but get put through to voicemail over and over. However regardless this, it was the perfect stay for me and my girlfriend. Would come back.

Catherine was a big help for a last minute booking that I needed. Communicated quickly and answered any questions that I had. Property was as described and was immaculate, would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Pictures do not do this place justice, easily one of the nicest if not the nicest AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in. Great amenities for 4 adults and a big big hot tub! It was so peaceful being able to look out of the windows / decking and watch the wildlife too. Can’t wait to revisit, thankyou!

an incredible few nights away at The Tranquil Otter for my partners birthday. From booking to checking out, we were left fully satisfied. clean, accessible and in a lovely location with access to a private row boat to explore the lake. We will definitely be recommending this place to all our friends and family. thank you for the perfect stay!

We booked Innes lodge as a treat for our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful from start to finish. Ardlui Retreat is like a luxury hotel with the benefits of family friendly lodge accommodation in a perfect, peaceful setting at the north of Loch Lomond. Staff are attentive without being intrusive and the lodge itself was just perfect. We used the Swedish BBQ one night and had such good fun. The hot tub was private and our children loved it. The location is great for children, water sports and sight seeing. Even the wet bank holiday weather couldn’t dampen our spirits. A lovely long weekend and hopefully the first of many visits!

Amy's place was a secluded piece of paradise! extremely quiet and had a gorgeous view right at the doorstep. Amy gave me a warm welcome despite the crazy winds and rain on the day I arrived, and was always prompt in responding to my messages. The airbnb was super cozy and clean, exactly like the pictures. Perfect spot for stargazing too! The clear night sky was super breathtaking. I had an extremely wonderful stay and would really hope to come back again one day 😭
