We loved staying at the Silver Stone Suite. Wonderfull to have a nice selection of food available on arrival. The suite was perfect and so much nicer than getting a hotel. Lots close by (tour operators, food, etc.). Communication from Ali was outstanding. Noise, as mentioned in the listing, did not keep us up at night, but we were there during the week. Just note, there is no lift to get up to the suite, which wasn’t a problem for us, but for those with mobility issues, that could be an issue.

Sheila was most welcoming on arrival. The heating was on which made it all the more welcoming. Sheila had printed out local walks which she explained to us when we expressed interest. We managed all but one of them on our 3 night stay. . The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa with a lovely table and chairs by the window. Smart tv and all the comforts of home. Perfect.

Great location and very spacious and comfortable. Check in was easy with the key code and the apartment was clean and beautiful. So many nice bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here. Great value for the price. Communication was thorough and excellent.

Malcom’s place was amazing. Very close to the river and restaurants/lively part of town while also being in a quiet neighborhood. Malcom and maggie were both extremely responsive and kind. They had a lot of thoughtful touches (milk, cereal, tea, light snacks all in apartment, emergency contact numbers right by door, recommendations for things to do. The apartment was as described in the listing and very clean. The on site parking was very nice as street parking would be tricky on narrow streets. I would definitely recommend and stay again. This place is pretty spacious. Felt like home away from home. With 3 decent sized bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, this apartment was more than sufficient for our party of 5. There are a decent amount of stairs that you have to climb to get to the apartment but that was not a surprise since it was clearly specified in the description of the place. I would definitely return and recommend this place to others visiting Edinburgh

Yen's place was a perfect location for our stay within walking distance to all the attractions and also had free carparking space. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The flooring needs to be updated as others have mentioned. Yen was a great host and would definitely recommend staying.

A great apartment as a base to explore Edinburgh. Only a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Near some amazing cocktail bars and restaurants, on a quiet little street so no noise. Apartment had everything we needed; we didn’t use the kitchen to cook as we ate out both nights. Easy to get in with very clear instructions provided, and also detailed instructions once we arrived on how everything worked. Thanks Agie - We had a great time!!!

We stayed for a concert at SWG3 and it's within 30mins, soo many great pubs and places to eat and only 30 min walk into city centre and 20 min car trip to the airport. everything we needed was there, great host as I contacted a few times and Chris was always very responsive. we will definitely stay again once I go over 😊

Very nice apartment. Clean and warm. Looked just like the pictures. 10-15 minute walk to Princes Street. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely accommodation in beautiful setting. Really great restaurant under the apartment. Accommodation was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay.

Great communication from our hosts before arrival with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. The apartment was warm and welcoming. The sofas and beds were comfortable. There is a lovely shared garden behind the property which we didn't use this time. There is a useful shop directly opposite the apartment and a nice pub serving meals around the corner. We look forward to a longer visit next time.
