We stayed here for a trip to play TPC Deere Run. Very convenient to the course. Tap 22 is a 3 minute drive away which made for a convenient dinner the night of our arrival. The house was easy to get into, and had plenty of parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

Erick is a nice Host that is quick to answer any concerns. Even though this place is a couple of doors down from a gas station it's not noisy as you would think it would be. The cookware and dishes are awesome and seem brand new in fact everything in the kitchen was upgraded and very nice. The king bed is very comfortable which is a plus🥰 All in all I enjoyed my stay here. Stay kind everyone🤞

This home was exactly as described and located on a peaceful side street. Comfy sectional couch was a fun meeting place and dining room perfect for 6 people. Would return again

It is all in the details. The light switches are labeled which I really appreciated. The kitchen has all the necessary items and supplies that I have not seen at other Airbnbs. The stove was a dream to use. The fridge was bigger than I expected to find. Very thoughtfully decorated and a very convenient location. Definitely a home away from home feel. My husband really appreciated the tape in the neatly supplied desk. I really appreciated the water pressure in the shower. We had one little snafu during check-in, and the hosts responded immediately. I would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time to stay here and everything was definitely five star! We have stayed in many Airbnbs and would have to say that this place is the best and is run so perfectly. Very clean, all the little basic necessities in the kitchen, spacious and no question on the neighborhood. We loved it! Heidi

Our stay was unique - we were selling our home. Had to clean it out of everything we were keeping so an estate sale (or leftovers!) could be set up! So we needed a place for 2 weeks! The house was cozy & comfortable. We’ve never seen a kitchen so well stocked!! Beds were comfy. So glad to have washer & dryer!!

This house is bigger than it looks and having the garage to park in is always a plus! Perfect location! Comfy beds and a gas stove to cook on! loved it!

What a great last minute find for a quick stay in Rock Island. Katie's apartment was great - and just as pictured. Very clean, modern and well maintained with everything you need. Katie was very responsive and was able to provide lots of info and answers to any questions I may have had! staying in Rock Island again- will definitely stay in her homey rental again!!!

Jasmine has been really great. We are dealing with a plumbing problem at our house and the homeowners insurance company and the contractors and have had to extend our stay several times due to delays and she has been very accommodating

This Airbnb worked out great for us. It was comfortable and clean and centrally located. There are some stairs, but there are handrails and good lighting, so that shouldn’t be an issue for most people. It’s in a nice neighborhood and even has a little view of the river. We recommend this place for anyone visiting Davenport.

This condo is located in very clean, quiet, beautiful neighborhood, the condo was very nice beautiful, and clean. laundry room door needs repairing.

Perfect spot!

My wife and I stayed at Steve's Port Byron Condo for a winter getaway during a cold weekend. The condo appeared to have modern construction and was well insulated and heated. Perfect. The view of the river allowed us to see the Mississippi ice-up overnight while staying warm inside. The sun hitting the Iowa shore across the river was neat to watch during sunrise. We saw an occasional bald eagle soar along the river. We could also see trains on the other side. (Although there are train tracks adjacent to the condo, we didn't see or hear any trains use them during our stay.) No barge traffic this time of year - but the location would be perfect for seeing river traffic at other times of the year The nearby Tugger's restaurant had great food and was easily walkable. In addition to seeing eagles from the condo, we were able to view eagles at the dams downstream. Great views of eagles resting in the trees behind the boat ramp parking lot for Dam No. 14 on the Iowa side.
