We really enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city in a neighborhood with older homes and lots of character. Great location, easy to get around. We really appreciated the parking space behind the house. Great walking/running path around a lake just blocks away. Comfy couch! Beds with foam mattresses. Only caution, the stairs are steep.

Fantastic stay. We live in the country so it was great to get to the city for a day/evening. The host(s) made it so convenient, even provided some snacks! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my time staying at Zina and John’s unit. It is conveniently located near the Minneapolis Institute of Art and a bus station which allows great flexibility to use public transit to get around the city. The unit itself is spacious with a kitchen area. The bed was comfy and there is no noise at night. The lamp and a desk also fits my need to work during the stay. Thank you so much! This is truly a memorable trip for me! Will recommend to other travelers! I look forward to my next adventure in Minneapolis!

Apartment was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Lots to do around the area. Host was super responsive and friendly. The apartment was extremely clean and welcoming. Parking was easy to find/access with plenty of spots available. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time staying with John & Zina! Not only did their place perfectly match the description and photos, but it was in such a great location. We were easily able to walk to downtown MPLS and take uber/lyft everywhere else. The neighborhood was calm, quiet, and everyone was so friendly. Being across from MIA was such a treat! John and Zina gave us great recommendations, left a lovely note with instructions and some history of the place, and made us feel right at home. I would love to stay with them again!

Andy's place was a great location. So many restaurants within walking distance. The lakes are also within walking distance. The furnishing and decor of the home made it very comfortable. We stayed for a week felt that everything we needed was available. The guide books and guest book with their recommendations were nice helpful to get ideas of options in the area. The dome in the yard was cool. It rained on one of the days and it was nice to be outside and be covered from the rain. There is a wood stove in the dome to keep you warm. Overall a very comfortable, stylish and nice place to stay. I'd definitely come back if I was in MN again.

My friend and I had a Girl’s shopping weekend and this was a perfect central location. The place is adorable and comfortable. We felt at home and it was so nice to relax and just enjoy ourselves. We are already planning our next trip!!!

The Place Between the Lakes is the best place I've booked through Airbnb. It's extremely cozy and comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and in a beautiful neighborhood in Minneapolis. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the Minnesota maple syrup, tooth brush and floss, and other amenities you typically find a more elevated hotel. Kris and Jessie were proactive with their communication and had ample instructions in the Airbnb. My only regret is it being too cold to enjoy the patio--it looks so cozy! Thank you both!

Amanda went above & beyond to help us feel welcome & make our stay relaxing. We were greeted with a big smile, flowers, freshly made juice, and nuts. She even provided donuts & eggs for breakfast. The main house where we stayed was lovely: nicely appointed with a variety of sleeping options. One thing to note though is that the main house where we stayed is not handicap friendly - having lots of steps to enter and to get to the bedrooms. Amanda made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable, offering her services if we ever needed her & providing a blow-up mattress & pump that we later realized we needed. She was always courteous & observant of our privacy. Although we rented the house on short notice, Amanda worked diligently to make sure it was very clean & ready for our stay. The house is in a safe, quiet, wooded area on a circle road. There is ample parking, with space for up to five cars. We would definitely rent this house again if ever back in the area.

My group was in town for a wedding, location was great. Easy to get where we needed to go. More than enough space for a larger family. We did run into a few issues, but a resolution was found and the host was very responsive which we really appreciated.

The stay was great! Beautiful spot, perfect for two people! J’s spot had everything. It was also extremely clean. The internet speed is wonderful for those working from home. We loved going on morning walks around the area. The coffee shop down the street is fantastic. Definitely get groceries out of town since there isn’t much in town.

Beautiful historical home in downtown area close to many restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and the home was perfect for all of our family to stay. Definitely recommended.

Came to town to check out a concert at the Uptown Theatre. This spot was a 10 minute walk away from venue. The neighborhood also is full of diverse cafes and restaurants. Would def recommend this spot 👍

Great place to stay great area will book again

The unit was exactly as described: very quiet, cozy, artfully decorated and neat as a pin. Others have reported it as chilly, but we never needed to use the provided heater, and it was perfect for sleeping in a very comfortable bed. We walked to - a delicious and eclectic restaurant that includes many vegan options, which my daughters appreciated, - the Midtown Global Market, a fun place to shop, - and the Greenway biking/hiking trail. I've never been on an urban bike path and was very impressed and appreciated the opportunity to see the city from a unique perspective. We stayed for three nights and never had trouble parking on the street in front of the house. As indicated in the listing, there's no stove/oven or TV, but for our purposes the toaster oven and microwave were more than sufficient and we had a laptop to stream if we'd needed to, so no big shakes. We would definitely recommend this unit and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

The Lake Nokomis area is quaint and beautiful. It felt like a small town far from the city. Within two blocks I found a coffee shop, bakery, great restaurant in a bowling alley, and a small but well stocked grocery store! Super close to the airport by Uber. Raul is very available and responds quickly. Cute place above his business with a nice deck. Two televisions and a well appointed kitchen. I can’t say enough!
