This cabin is a little slice of Heaven! Big South Fork National park is breathtaking! Leane goes the extra mile and then some! We were pleasantly surprised to see all the extras she provides. We roasted hot dogs and had s’mores around the fire pit with our granddaughter thanks to the things Leane provided. This cabin is peaceful, beautiful and checks all the boxes. The beds are comfortable and the entire place feels like home! Thank you Leane for all your recommendations and for making our stay at your cabin an amazing get-away!

We stay in the area frequently to hike and visit family. This trip was last minute and I’m glad I found a place to accommodate five family members. We hiked Angel falls (easy) and just had a great relaxing time. The property was private and amazing.

The setting was absolutely beautiful. Very private and well kept. Loved the house with the suites that allowed everyone to have their own space as well as spacious gathering areas. Everything was well thought out and things were easy to find when needed. Enjoyed the games provided. Hosts were responsive and helpful when needed.

LuckyUs Cabin was the perfect place for us to have a couple days of relaxation. Both the outdoor setting and the inside ambiance of the cabin create a peaceful vibe. Besides having all the amenities we needed, the cabin was just beautiful! We loved all the wood and the tasteful decor. We would have gladly stayed a couple more days if regular life hadn’t demanded our return. Laura was so friendly and accommodating. Knowing we were coming off some days of hiking, including that morning in the rain, she offered us an early check-in and offered us a place to dry out our equipment. We really appreciated how personable and responsive she was. You won’t regret booking this place!!

We got many hours of joy from the piano and the incredible screened in porch. We loved the tranquility and the birdsong. The new, blessedly deep bathtub and big shower were excellent. Also enjoyed reading a few of the great books! The place was not as clean as we had expected, and since we were staying for over a month we did a good bit of cleaning, so it may be better for the next folks. Updates to the kitchen and better pans would be nice. Be prepared that there are not a lot of restaurants or grocery options nearby. We planned ahead so that wasn’t an issue. For accessibility, be aware you will need to go up or down curved wooden stairs from the main level to get to any bathroom. Be careful not to slip on the steps.

The house is in a great location for access to brimstone with plenty of parking. The full basement with garage was great for everyone to hangout! SxS access to local gas station and food was perfect for us! The host was very responsive and even allowed an early check in for us at no cost since there were no guests in the house the night prior to our arrival! Well definitely be back and sending a few photos for the wall of shame 😅

We were visiting the area and the Airpark which is just down the road. The cabin was exactly as described, cozy!!! Quiet area and beautiful views. Make sure to grab the walking sticks, drive to the end of the road and take the small hike to the river! Look forward to coming back in the near future

This place is great even on a rainy day. The first day of our trip it was rainy so we spent the whole day in the house, and it was fun! Beautiful views, so quiet and peaceful, very nice new house (I am a big fan of real open floor houses with high ceiling). The second days was sunny so we went hiking to the Big South Fork (check out the Twin Arches Trail - it is stunning…) It was already our second stay at Misty Ridge and we had a great time again.

Great place to stay for riding! Close to trail 1!
