Amazing stay, kenzo and aaron were really responsive and very keen on helping with all our questions. the apartment is really nice and clean and all the needed appliances were there. it’s in a very quiet area and in walking distance to a lot of nice breakfast places and cafes and a nice park and 30 min or so from the centre. just perfect! :)

House was as described and seen in photos! Really kind gestures of fresh fruit, milk and beer that was much appreciated! Completely walkable location!! Would 100% stay again and recommend! Thanks again!!

If you are a mountain biker looking for accommodation, Graham’s place is the best choice there is. Located right in the centre of Innerleithen, you can ride straight out the front door and enjoy the trails. The workshop comes with tools, cleaning equipment and locks that makes life so easy after a long day’s riding. The living spaces are clean, tidy and really comfortable. It really can’t be beaten.

Thanks for a great stay. This AirBNB is managed by Destination Edinburgh and it was very professionally maintained. We even had a clean mid way through our week long stay which was unexpected and nice. The flat is very bright for a basement flat and well located for the fringe. The Newington area is great with lots of bars and restaurants and supermarkets.

This apartment is a gem. Well located within an easy walk into the city centre, but far enough away for a peaceful stay. The apartment was spacious, with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and a relaxing loungeroom. The bathroom and the entire apartment was impeccably clean and very warm for a winter's stay. Everything you need is within the local area with the convenience of two coffee shops downstairs, a small supermarket a short walk away, together with pubs and restaurants nearby. Don't hesitate to book this apartment.

Great place for exploring Edinburgh, easy to find, easy check in, good location only 10 minutes into city by bus, but easily walkable as well. Apartment was clean and tidy, warm and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will use again as we travel to Edinburgh on a regular basis. Anthony was easily contacted and helpful

Quite possibly the best property I have ever stayed at. Location? Perfect. Travel to and from by bus was a breeze. It was a peaceful respite from the city hubbub in Edinburgh. Interior? Perfect. Each room had so much character and detail. Beds were insanely comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the deep bath tub. What stood out the most were the thoughtful touches. The fridge had croissants, oranges and homemade jam waiting on us. There were two bins on the counter with cereal as well as shortbread treats. Water bottles awaited us by each bed and treats on each pillow. Helpful instructions were placed around the home just where we needed them as well as a home guide with loads of information. Coming “home” from our busy days in Old Town or on tours was wonderful. It was so relaxing to just unwind on the cozy couch or savor a long hot bath. Thank you to Judith for allowing us to enjoy her home. It was a highlight to our trip and cannot recommend enough.

We had a wonderful weekend in Norbert’s flat. He was an excellent host - very responsive and flexible! The flat was in an ideal location and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with everything we needed and more!

Liliana's place was comfortable and had everything we needed, and in a great location. She was very helpful and immediately available for any questions.

We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect The local transport was great Annie was very very helpful and always replied to our messages and was so helpful

Lovely apartment . It is true ….it is immaculate .Decorated really nicely with a very relaxing vibe. Such a sweet town with unique shops and excellent coffee houses and eateries. Will definitely book again.

This is a wonderful place to stay for us, convenient for city (walking & bus), great bus service so easy to explore further afield. Loved the flat's eclectic look, very functional kitchen with all you need if you want to cook. Gabriella was a great host, very responsive & welcoming. Left local map, lots of information & books to help get the most out of a visit to the city.

A wonderful few days in Peebles. Pamela’s place is extremely relaxing, and a great location. It’s on a quiet side-street but just a moment from all the amenities. A special mention of the comfy beds, lovely linen and bedding. We felt right at home and will be returning, thank you for a lovely stay!

The flat was exactly as shown in the photographs. Tastefully decorated with everything we needed for our short stay easily to hand. James and Alex had left fresh milk, bread and eggs for our use and provided helpful recommendations regarding the best places to eat nearby. Their instructions for finding the property and gaining entry were very clear and issued to us well in advance which was helpful. Thank

we had a lovely 3 nights in Ollies place, the apartment was clean and bright, beds comfortable and a bonus that we could use the swimming pool and sauna. plenty shops very close by so easy to stock up on food and drinks. We walked into town centre which took about 25 minutes, but there is plenty buses and trams not far from apartment if you don't fancy walking. We would definitely stay again next time we in Edinburgh.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

The accommodation is excellent—clean and well-maintained. The location is superb, just a minute's walk from a nearby supermarket and bus stop. The host is highly responsive and offers warm hospitality. The only drawback is the Wi-Fi connection, which occasionally drops out.
