Lovely lodge, very spacious, and clean. We had a great time and even stayed an extra night s didn't want to cover home. The communication from Natasha was great responding in less than a minute each time. highly recommend.

A super house for the family from 2 to 62! We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Although it blew a hoolie all the time we were there, it did not stop us playing in the garden and enjoying the hot tub. Local beaches are fantastic for kids and dog alike. A joy to find them so clean and unspoilt.

Lovely old house with old style furniture. We stayed in winter and were able to use log fires in 3 downstairs rooms. Plenty of wood was provided for this. House was warm despite very cold weather. The one downstairs bedroom was perfect for the elderly man with us. The hot tub was lovely and clean and sheltered. Easy to miss entrance to driveway as there are a few Branxholme properties and Branxholme Knowe is just around a bend. However we spotted it as we overshot and could easily turn back. Good location as in the country but 5 minutes to Hawick and shops. Overall wonderful place to celebrate my birthday and retirement with the family. I would certainly consider returning to this house in the summer and make use of the BBQ and explore the area.

We stayed at Wester Walston Lodge to celebrate my mums 60th birthday. We had an amazing time and the lodge had everything we needed. We especially loved the hot tub and the private gardens. Would recommend and we would like to return in the future.

Stunning location, the house has everything you need and feels very private but also in very close driving distance to local towns. A countryside escape without being in the middle of nowhere. Great set up with the hot tub and loved the games barn.

Amazing porters lodge, beautiful attention to detail, very comfortable. Hot tub was an absolute treat. All the facilities to cook during your stay. Perfect place to escape for a relaxing weekend with some lovely walks on the doorstep. Will absolutely be back one day!

Enjoyed our stay away. Lovely, well equipped cabin and enjoyed the hot tub. Half an hour to Bamburgh and Kelso for day trips and a nice evening meal at Allanton Inn.

We stayed in the Sung for a 2 night girls weekend away.. for a special birthday. Before we arrived, Sara was easy to contact, and allowed us to check in early to extend our celebrations. As we arrived, our Asda delivery was awaiting our arrival, which makes things much easier. The Sung was immaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beds are incredibly comfy!! And the couch!! Sara pays so much attention to detail, and even made us a hamper to enjoy. There was Prosecco in the fridge, birthday cakes, and more - thank you!! We spent most of our time in the tub (which is maintained every day, and amazing at night when the stars are shining), and having one too many Proseccos, but there’s lots of walking to do. We ventured out to one of the local pubs which was delicious too. We forgot a bag when we left, and Sara called us and help arrange for us to come back and collect. We’ll definitely be back!! The best night stay for my birthday. Absolutely beautiful views. Already cant wait to come back again. The hot tub was amazing and the beds were comfy too. Everything you needed inside and the bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Thankyou :)

This was such a wonderful place for a few days away! The little house is lovely - has absolutely everything you could need and is so idyllic and beautifully designed right down to the little details. The fire pit and swing and table in the garden were such an added bonus! A lovely location too - had a great walk at Grey Mares Nature reserve about 45mins away. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, I’m looking at dates to return!

Our trip to The Pine Martin was nothing short of amazing—it truly lived up to its glowing reviews! From the start, Martin was an incredible host, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He accommodated an early check-in, gave us great local tips, and was always available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning! Right on the doorstep, there’s a beautiful dog walk around the estate grounds and a lake—perfect for peaceful strolls. The surrounding area has some great food spots, both in Otterburn and on the estate itself. The house itself? Just perfect. Super comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cosy open-plan living space that made for relaxing evenings. The hot tub was also spotless and well-maintained—such a treat If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with nature, comfort, and a fantastic host, we’d highly recommend The Pine Martin

Great stay at swan lodge, comfortable, homely and the hot tub was exactly what was needed on the cold December days. The walks around the site were brilliant and helped us create some great adventures with the kids. We would definitely recommend it and will look to visit again.

Only one thing wrong with our stay. We should have booked a longer stay. This is a place you can truly rest and unwind. I would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Secret Lodge. The lodge was really comfortable, beds were amazing and there was everything that you need to enjoy a relaxing few days. Ben was in constant contact, making sure we had everything we needed. Otterburn is a great base for exploring Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. A lovely couple of days!

This place is a hidden gem. Rosie and Jim are excellent hosts, they made our stay incredible and we had the most wonderful new year. The house is better than in pictures, the surrounding fields and beautiful landscapes are truly incredible. We had a great stay and would love to come back!
