Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet!

Beautiful place! The flat is simply stunning in a beautiful area, full of light, welcoming and literally felt just like coming home. Ben is warm and welcoming, open and utterly accommodating, helpful. The room to sleep in is petite, as described, and one does need some agility to clamber up the ladder to the bed, but that was no issue for me and Ben offers up the beautiful kitchen area to work, cook and hang out - a massive plus. Had no idea I'd be offered breakfast bits, so that was even an added plus. If I don't move to Edinburgh full stop, I'll be back here soon :)

I had a great stay at this accommodation. Josh, the host was welcoming and knowledgeable, providing excellent local tips. The room was spacious, clean, and peaceful, with plenty of storage for personal items. Both the kitchen and bathroom were spotless, and the whole property was beautifully presented. Overall, this property is a gem, combining great facilities with an exceptional host. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A highly cost-effective place to stay in Edinburgh! The location is convenient for getting into the city, and the room is spacious, with a private bathroom that’s very clean and has consistently hot water for showers. There’s also a large wardrobe and plenty of hangers to keep clothes organized. Louise is incredibly friendly, providing detailed directions in advance and explaining why the kitchen is unavailable for use. She also thoughtfully prepared drinking water and a kettle in the room.

Mark is a friendly, good-humored host. We communicated effectively before my check-in so that he was home to greet me and show me the amenities, which are all the ones listed on this app. What I liked the most was the bedroom, which had clean bed sheets and a comfortable bed. I had a good night’s sleep every night, as the area is quiet and so is Mark, even as he leaves to work pretty early. Secondly, but just as important, I appreciated that the bus stop is right outside: buses to the city centre stop there very frequently. I wanted a place to come back to easily after a day of visiting the touristy places but also connecting with the beautiful nature in Edinburgh. Overall, I think Mark’s place was the right one for me.

It was a really pleasant stay. It is a beautiful and clean house with two lovely cats. Sophie is really nice and helpful. She even woke up at 6am for us to give a ride to the airport. We will definitely stay in her place if we visit Edinburgh again!

Smooth arrival, clean and quiet. The door lock is not easy to operate 😅 Other than that, everything is as advertised!
