A fabulous stay, perfect for two. From the moment of booking, Ainslie was very quick to respond, her directions were excellent. The Old Dairy was very quirky with everything you could need provided, lots of lovely touches to make it very homely. For us we particularly loved the wood burner and the hot tub (My husband wasn’t sure about using the hot tub, but when he saw how immaculate it was, changed his mind). We were impressed with the internet, using star link it provided a very good connection. The weather was beautiful while we were there and we almost wished it wasn’t as we didn’t want to go anywhere with Netflix and an ultra HD large television, I thought providing movie pick and mix was a very thoughtful touch. Most impressive of all was Ainslie who was a perfect host we were greeted with handshake and went home with a hug. 🥰

This is easily one of the beautiful, peaceful places I've ever stayed!! The cabin is laid out really thoughtfully with all the necessities available and a super helpful guidebook! the bed is super comfy and the space is just very inviting and relaxing to sit and listen to a record or enjoy the fireplace! hot tub is a can't miss and the tiny peaceful creek running below the cabin is like a magical fairy river. Alexandra was super helpful when we had a bit of a hiccup with the washer dryer unit and wound up giving us a tour of the hydroelectric facility and a ton of wonderful suggestions for the remainder of our stay! I am leaving here absolutely thrilled to plan my return - this time the daffodils and snowdrops were in glorious bloom! and the sheep are SO CUTE

This cottage was in a lovely quiet little village just a 3 minute walk to the main town. I could not fault this accommodation! It was beautiful done out and even had a hot tub for an extra bonus. The hosts were second to none and they made you feel at home. They recommended local places to eat and things to do. If you had any problems, they were happy to help! The accommodation was literally a 10 minute walk to Loch leven and it's so peaceful. All the locals were very friendly and you've got to try the fish shop and stove pizzas! We booked a weekend at Braeside for a wee break away & it couldn't have been better! Homely space in a nice rural location with the added bonus of having a hot tub (we were lucky enough to have two clear nights to soak under a beautiful starry sky with plenty to shooting stars to be seen). The cottage was comfy, clean & had everything we needed, thankyou Vivienne for having us!

Excellent stay at Helen’s cottage, so peaceful and very homely. Games room and hot tub are excellent. Would definitely stay again 🙂

A gorgeous place to stay, really enjoyed our visit and would definitely return in summer time! Should be made aware of the road to the cottage as it’s made for bigger cars on a dirt road. Our smaller cars scraped along, could damage underneath car and not great for your tyres but apart from that it was excellent. We were able to get a late check out which was appreciated as with late check-in and early check-out you only really get 1 full day if staying for the weekend. Lovely hosts and very spacious cottages😁would happily return!

It was a beautiful stay. We especially enjoyed the quaint surroundings and the tasteful interiors as well as the private hot tub. Everything was spotless yet cosy. 10/10 would come again, maybe when nature is blooming around the property.

Would just like to say thank you for my stay me and my family loved it spicily the love for cars and stuff cars what was clear throw out the house as someone who’s into cars my self 10/10 for that one small thing can be tricky to get parked sometimes tho that has nothing to do with host just the street but 100% does not affect the stay just to be mindful other than that 10/10 we place really is thank you so much will be back again!!!

An amazing stay. We felt at home right away, Ann met us on arrival and was always available to give help and suggestions on entertainment and food. The location was walkable to a grocery store and Ben Nevis Distillery, just a 15 minute walk to Aldi or a five minute drive. The bus stop is just across the street and was very easy to use for going to Fort William for food and drink. We would definitely return here for a stay and highly recommend.

Otter Cottage was a wonderful find, & I'm so glad we chose it. On the outskirts of Inverness, & right by the start of the Caledonian Canal, it was easy to get to, & a truly beautiful spot. The cottage was gorgeous, cosy, clean & had absolutely everything we needed...including a great pub about a 2 minute walk away (over the railway bridge!). We had our dog with us, & she was also made to feel at home with provision of a basket, blanket & bowl. There were plenty of pretty walks for her too. Inverness centre was only an 8 minute drive, & there was an Aldi, Lidl & Co-op on that route for supplies! My partner managed to fit in the Parkrun at nearby Torvean Park, which was also a very close drive! We had so much fun exploring the local coast, & Inverness & Helen was a wonderful, responsive host...we'll definitely be visiting again in the future.

Had a great time, Laura and family were very helpful with a minor hiccup one evening. Great venue family loved it. Good location for day trips including Loch Lomond and Royal Yacht.

Have stayed in cottage several times, love it. Had a great catch up with old workmates in very cosy setting.

We found the location and facilities of Lisa and Martins cottage to be superb. The cozy cottage is within walking distance to all of the local shops, pubs and restaurants but is still very quiet. We had delicious meals at the Clachan Grill and Balmoral Arms. Cottage is stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean with a beautiful garden area which the dogs loved. We found everything we needed for a great stay, Martin gave us some really useful tips on things to do and see in the area. Loved it here, the scenery in and around Ballater is breath taking ! Wonderful hosts, would recommend this cottage to anyone. Would book again !

Lovely cosy cottage, had everything we needed. Top marks for the welcome basket! Great base for exploring Loch Ness, Inverness, Fairy Glen Falls + the dolphins at Chanary Point. The Woodland walk from the door was perfect for the dogs. Really private warm cosy cottage we loved our stay. Thank you

It was a treat staying at A Sean Tigh for the week. It was a good base for going out and about as plenty of places to visit and walk around in the area. Hosts are a professional young couple with family as well as running a Croft and were friendly, amiable and approachable. I will definitely being staying here in the future and have no qualms in recommending to others for a stay.

We had a lovely stay at Cornelius's place. The location was great, cottage was comfy and warm (we loved the wood stove, kept the whole place warm). Our only regret was that we only had three nights there. There is so much to do you could easily spend much longer there. Thanks. Andy, Zara and Ayesha

Lovely little bolthole for a weekend stay with fantastic views over Loch Tay. The layout of Shepherd's Forge is really well thought out with the best use of the space in the kitchen/living area. Homemade cakes on arrival were a nice touch as well. Would definitely recommend.

Very lovely little cottage right by Loch Fyne. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids (or 4 adults) and a dog. There’s even a little garden fenced off for dogs. Fire place would be lovely when it gets cold. Perfect for what we needed for 2 nights

We loved the peace and quiet. Family of 4 with 12 & 11 year old kids - the no TV was perfect. Playing cards, Chess and lovely fireplace was tonic for the family souls. Every little detail was thought of and everything had its place. In a busy world the screen detox and family time was perfect alongside some lovely walks and places to visit. Thank you Graham. We will be back. 👍

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was spacious, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The house was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of clean towels, a variety of cookware for preparing meals, and even a selection of spices. A special thank you to the hosts for the lovely gift basket, it was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back!

The Learig cottage is a beautiful cottage in stunning surroundings and the location was ideal for us exploring the west of the country. The accomodation was fantastic, with everything clean and in great condition on arrival. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and was a good size for us. We will be back and would highly recommend the cottage to others. Our host, Debbie, was also very proactive with clear instructions and well timed checkins to ensure everything was fine.

The cottage is beautiful, peaceful and modern. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Fiona was a great host who communicated quickly. Would love to stay and again and have already recommended to a few friends who saw he photos of our stay.
