Perfect for a multi-Family trip! Even bigger yard than the pictures give it credit, lots of kids toys/activities, and great seating and amenities for parents too!

The location of the place was excellent, meeting all of my family's needs. The space felt inviting and was well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The pool was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Additionally, the host was very helpful, providing clear instructions that contributed to a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Location was great. We were down for a baseball tournament at multiple fields and for spring training games and the house was about 20min from everywhere. Host was very responsive we needed supplies and he got it sent right to the house. The place had lots of space great for two Families to share.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills. Pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the Mountians that could be seen driving near the home. Tammy's place was clean and had everything we needed. Loved using the pool and hot tub after a morning of hiking.

Jeffrey was very responsive without being intrusive. We made a small request and it was promptly addressed and he was very friendly. Highly recommend this home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It has a wonderful backyard area as well we particularly enjoyed.

Amanda was a phenomenal host! She was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was beautiful and extremely organized.

We had a great time. We went for a relaxing weekend with a pool for the kids and got exactly that! We barely left the house so I can’t comment on things nearby but the pool and putting green kept us busy! The warm pool water kept us in the water all day!

We had a great stay at Shaun's place - two adult couples for a quick weekend in the desert. Everything was as promised, clearly communicated, and a lovely, quiet home. The landscaping and outdoor space were a highlight!

Andrew and Jenna were great hosts! They were very kind to be flexible on check-in for us since we were traveling by plane for the first time with our 8 month old. The place had everything we could need to have a comfortable stay for the week. Great, fully stocked kitchen for convenient cooking “at home” as well as laundry appliances for easy use. The neighborhood is close to plenty of places to eat or shop and it is a nice area to enjoy safe walks. We loved this place and would love again the next time we come to Phoenix. Great hosts, great place!

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Communication was excellent. Easy straightforward checkin instructions. They also provided a heads up that there would be an event happening that evening around the building. Perfect experience.

This was a great location for us as it was convenient for us to visit our friends. We had everything we needed. Very comfortable and felt safe with the gated community.

I booked this place for a solo trip over a long weekend in Phoenix. I flew in at night so it was already dark when i arrived. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and nearby to hospitals, stores (i forget items and had to run to Walmart), while also be int close to the airport (less than 12 minutes), and major roads as well,(I drove to both Sedona and Scottsdale over the course of weekend), and hospital and health centers. Mel was kind and checked in with me while i stayed (without being intrusive). I have no complaints. But i will say this is for one person at most two people. The listing is accurate.

Second time staying at the Garage. Great location to Phoenix, Scottsdale, and any surrounding area of Phoenix. Minutes from the airport. Very unique experience.

Very clean place with lots of food options in the immediate vicinity. Easy to hop on the freeways get around town and very easy drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Had all the amenities listed and the owners were very helpful with great instructions.

Janet was very kind to allow a same day booking and early check in. Place is cute and clean. Area is convenient and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Marcus's place was perfect for an overnight stay while attending a concert at nearby concert amphitheater. The homr was spacious , clean, private , had everything you'd need and more. I definitely would stay here again and again.

Had a great extended stay at this property in Chandler. Excellent location. All the amenities needed for a short or long term stay. Very good communication before and during the stay. Highly recommend.

Michelle’s condo is located in the heart of Scottsdale. It was close to the Fashion Center Mall, Old Town and Scottsdale Stadium. I stayed five nights during SF Giants Spring Training. The condo is well equipped for dining at home, clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were especially comfortable. The condo is in a large complex but very quiet. I felt extremely safe and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this condo to family and friends visiting Scottsdale.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic for us. Very spacious, had all facilities that we wanted, was really clean and welcoming. Comms with the host was top class, directions were easy and the apartment block is super retro cool with the 50s vibe. Although the apartment is very modern and up to date. We didn’t use the TV when we were there but one in living room and one in bedroom both good size and has access to Netflix, etc. The pool was a welcome relief with the unusual heat bomb we had when there and we enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine at the end of a tough day exploring the local area. Would highly recommend!
