We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very well appointed, clean, and had all we needed. Really appreciated the cooling fan that was in the bedroom and the nice bed. It is as listed, so a good place to stay!! I will say, be very aware that it is a SHARED YARD, and that everything people do in either yard can be seen, heard and smelled by both parties in the two rental homes on the one lot. It is a very nice yard though.

Grant's place was great for a long stay. It was very clean! He was quick to respond when we needed to extend our stay due to delays on a house we were buying. We stayed there through June and A/C worked very well for Phoenix in the summer!

Super responsive with everything and more than willing to help at a moments notice!

Amanda's place was amazing for myself and our family. it is easily accessible and that huge back yard was a plus for us with our fur babies. I would recommend Amanda's place to others with pets. we hope to stay again when we come back to Phoenix.

Our whole family had a great stay at Jo’s beautiful home! It was welcoming, clean and fun! The backyard was perfect for my dogs and the doggy door was their favorite! We loved the decor and amenities provided. The garage parking was nice too with a remote to open and close. Jo is an excellent host and was very accommodating with the check in time and even offering to turn off the morning sprinklers so the yard wouldn’t be wet for the dogs! We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much :)

Travis is a super host and his place is absolutely amazing. Location, amenities and the layout are awesome. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and lots of extra towels. A very beautiful and well maintained home. Travis was very very responsive and although we didn’t have any big issues, we asked a couple of questions and he responded immediately. At one point we even thought his Ninja mixer was broken and he ordered another one immediately but we realized it was not broken and thankfully he cancelled it. Just goes to say how far he will go to make your stay nice and problem free 5 star++ for sure! Thanks a lot Travis. When we are back, we will definitely be in touch. Alan

Great place to stay with a pool! Plenty of room and super clean upon arrival. Child safe measures for both the sliding glass door and the pool area. Comfortable beds. We were so fortunate to have found this home available!! We would love to come back again and stay longer!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Jen and Calvin’s home in Phoenix! The house was tastefully decorated, spotless, and fully stocked with all the essentials. Jen and Calin were amazing hosts—very helpful and responsive to all our needs. They went above and beyond. The private backyard was a true highlight, beautifully laid out with a pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a great getaway! The best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! We spent a month vacationing and working remotely at Kate's place. It was the perfect setup and location. We met some of the neighbors and everyone was so friendly. Kate was very responsive and proactive with communication. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness stands out throughout the home. It's clear the hosts understand what it takes for a stress free, enjoyable stay! We appreciated the accommodations for our dogs too. It's rare to stay in a place that allows dogs and have it be as clean as Kate's. It was spotless and you wouldn't know that other dogs have been there. We highly recommend Kate's place and we can't wait to go back.

great house in a beautiful location. Amanda was awesome, even when I asked her questions because I hadn't bothered to read the info she'd already sent me (I can be a fool at times). We loved the place so much we extended our stay several days, and doing so was easy.

We absolutely loved our stay this past week! The pictures do not do the home justice. It’s even better in person. We felt right at home. Loved the pool (we did not heat it, it was a little chilly but once in with the Arizona heat it was fine). The backyard was spacious, beautiful and we spent most of our time out there. The outdoor fire table was perfect in the evenings. The kitchen was fully stocked. Unfortunately, previous guests had taken some items or misplaced them (lighter and Bluetooth speaker), but the host promptly replaced these items when we let them know they were missing. The use of the garage for parking was very helpful also! The Hwy noise was hardly noticeable. It felt more like white noise and did not bother us at all. We didn’t hear it at all inside the house. We would happily stay again. Very beautiful and amazing hosts!!!

We had a quick stay before our flight, the location made for a quiet and quick drive to the airport. We will definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for our group of 4. Plenty of room, nice and clean, quiet neighborhood. It was so easy to get around. We went to the Phoenix Open and also to Sun City and it was so easy to jump on the 101 and get where we were going. Also close to Old Town Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again.

We were doing a major remodel of our home that’s only a few blocks away. I needed a place that would take 3 small dogs plus my husband & I. Very beautiful home. Had everything we needed. We felt right at home for 4 weeks!

Kyler's little casita is an ideal tranquil spot for anyone visiting the valley. Had a hiccup checking in that got quickly addressed and Kyler was very responsive to any other questions I had. If you're looking for a relaxing, tranquil place to stay with a bonus hot tub to relax in, at or during the day, definitely would recommend staying here. It's in an older established neighborhood with a park nearby and very quiet. The casita has everything you need for a short stay (mine was several days) and it's ideally located in Tempe with close access to all major highways.

The Freeman’s Casita in Phoenix is PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. We had a lovely and comfortable stay while passing through on our way to Texas. Don’t be misled by the listing photos showing two queen beds—this charming casita actually has just one queen bed. The hosts, Peggy and Phil, change the bedding entirely (likely for OSHA purposes), but it was fresh, clean, and very comfortable. A helpful tip: Be sure to unzip the black book between the two barrel chairs. It’s packed with great local recommendations and useful information to make your stay even more enjoyable. Peggy and Phil provide everything you need for a relaxing visit. Just bring yourself, settle in, and enjoy the cozy surroundings. Highly recommend this sweet spot for anyone traveling through the area!
