Great, easy, and great amenities!

Everything from the host to the location was great. Could have used a cooktop stove, but the microwave and outdoor grill was great. Resort is fantastic.

My wife and I stayed here for a week while she attended a conference. We were looking for a place near the convention center with a pool, full gym and business center. This place has the best gym, of any short term rental I have ever stayed at. Full weight room with two racks, bars, trap bar, dumbells up to 100 and a smith machine. There were also a nice selection of weight machines and a great selection of cardio machines. Pool is absolutely beautiful. I worked a few hours each day of our stay in the business center. It has some nice private alcoves and an open common area. It was a great space to work outside your room. I loved the cold brew machine and coffee bar too. We will definitely stay here again.

A brand new apartment building in downtown Phoenix, with lots of restaurants close by and only a short 10 min walk to the Convention Center. We didn't use any of the building facilities since our focus was a convention, but the apartment itself was well equipped, very clean, with modern furnishing, and floor to ceiling windows with a great view. The instructions for the fully contactless entry by using an app, and access to the apartment with a lockbox, seem a little overwhelming at first, but everything worked as designed.

Cody was a great host. The location is perfect in Oldtown. Everything was within walking distance. The only recommendation to future guests is to ask for more washclothes and towels if you are staying more than 1 night. The washer and dryer made it easy to clean items but there were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths for our 4 night stay so we did laundry twice. Excellent experience overall!! Highly recommend.

Very easy to check in, friendly staff at the counter. Check in was very fast and well explained. The unit was clean and awesome size. The pool and the bar pool had nice drinks and happy hour along with some good food. Overall would stay again, great value for the cost. Thanks again!
