Cosy and homely with everything we needed. Really comfy beds and bedding and everything clean and welcoming. Appreciated the treats and personal touches. Definitely dog-friendly. Very quiet despite being on the road with TESCO and two takeaways opposite - mega convenient! lots of lovely walks from the house as you'd expect with the Yorkshire Wolds and a nice little town for local shopping. We'd definitely come back here and we don't think that with a lot of Airbnbs we use! TV, log burner, wi-fi, kitchen stuff etc etc were all just the job and no problems. Plenty of hot water and heating whenever we needed it - no messing with timers or being chilly! Thanks for a great stay and hope to visit again!

Absolutely great property and also location. Seafront and attractions were just over the train bridge, a five minute walk away. Trains were few and when in the property could t hear a thing. Property was clean and tidy and had all you needed, including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and toiletries. Property also had a large dog crate which is an excellent inclusion as when we bring our own that takes up most of the boot. Garden is fully secure so dog can go out on its own. Parking an available outside house for free. Will definitely visit again.

Our stay at Marina life was fantastic, from the moment we booked, Matthew was fast to respond to messages & suggested places to go while we visited, handover of keys on arrival went like clockwork as Matthew only lives a few doors from the property & we was made to feel very welcome, The property was so clean & tidy with a fantastic layout it's a modern property but feels like a cottage with the way it's been furnished, the area is very close to the town centre where all the cafés, bars, shopping areas & attractions are within a short walking distance, we will definitely be coming back for another stay, we highly recommend Marina life for a peaceful & relaxing break, Thanks to Matthew, much appreciated.

2nd time staying at Katie’s. Really responsive and the cabin was beautiful. Lovely new kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedrooms. The living room was a good size with a large table. Hot tub outside with a view of the fields with horses in and a small lake to the side of the cabin with ducks. We booked some spa treatments which were great for a girls weekend, we had head massage, facial, back massage and body wrap / scrub, the lady that did them was lovely. Really peaceful place and will deffo being staying again for another girls trip, we all loved it. Great that you can also check in at 14:00 so you get pretty much a full day.

Thank you Samantha and Colin, for the great stay we had in your caravan. The caravan was lovely and homely, very clean and the extras were a great surprise and treat. The condiments cleaning and toilet rolls were a bonus too. The hot tub was great, the kids loved it, it was very relaxing and quiet. The amenities were great, there are lots of activities to do, the whole family enjoyed and joined in. The whole family had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Emma and the caravan was wonderful. We loved the fishing and the hot tub. Be prepared to purchase the £80 guest pass for the facilities as the only thing available without it is the fish and chip shop. Everything else is only accessible with the pass including the bars, pubs, playground and archade. Much of the activities were either booked up or not running. Book ahead would be my advise. We did manage to be squeezed in fir swimming and the pool was lovely. Thanks Emma. A lovely place I just needed to be better prepared for the caravan park facilities

A lovely weekend away! Situated in a peaceful area, with a view of the lake. A clean caravan, everything worked and communication was great between myself and the host. One thing slightly misleading was stating towels in the description but there was just hand towels. Other than that great time away and a lovely host!!

5 Stars – A Relaxing and Thoughtful Stay! We had such a lovely 3-night stay at this lodge! The place was spotless on arrival—so clean and well-kept, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. One of the sweetest touches was the free welcome gift waiting for us—it really made us feel appreciated and set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a dream and a massive hit with the children. It was perfect for soaking under the stars in the peaceful surroundings. The lodge itself was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the quiet location, but it was also close enough to explore some great local spots. Everything was so easy, and Ruth clearly cares about their guests’ experience. Ruth messaged me and kept me updated with when the lodge was ready. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a clean, welcoming, and peaceful setting. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a great stay and enjoyed the cabin especially the little extras like board games. It’s very dog friendly with the balcony. Would have loved to use the bbq but the weather wasn’t so kind with the wind. All in all great place to stay and plenty of things to do in the area. Thanks again

As a first time at an AirBnB, this was a remarkable experience. After constantly looking into places to stay in Grimsby due to a personal endeavour, louise makes a lovely, hospitable host whom will make any guest at her Chalet/ properties satisfied and comfortable, especially with overseer Keith who was very humbling to say the least to take care of myself throughout the stay. With the property right on the sea front and a back view to die for, I'm very confident I would like to return if she would allow so. The experience was sublime with its simplistic yet rustic aesthetic, especially the fireplace! I wasn't able to try all the bells and whistles but it's fair to say, Louise has thought about everyone. If there is anything I could mark down, is the lack of heating in the adult bedroom (expected due to strong gustly winds from the sea at about 45hmph and it being December) which made it bitterly cold in mornings. Aside that, it was absolutely captifying, thank you Louise & Keith!

We had a lovely weekend, the perfect location to explore Louth which is a beautiful and friendly town. Peaceful walks from the doorstep. Guy’s place is very comfortable and has everything we needed, we felt completely at home. Highly recommended, thank you Guy and Julie

Beautiful apartment in very peaceful surroundings. The owners do have a dog who came to greet us. We immediately got a message apologising as my daughter is scared of digs. Pool table was a lovely extra.

Nickys Carvan was as explained in the listing. we meessaged later in the day to rent her spot and got a reply very quick. checking in should of been no later than 1900 however they were flexible with us as be turned up at 2100 nicky put bread milk eggs and cheese in the fridge was great as we arrived late and were hungry. we meet nicky the next evening and was such a pleasure highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewere to spend a few days and the hosts wwere fantastic.

A beautiful home and we relaxed immediately. Gorgeous hot tub, outdoor fire and super comfy sofas and beds. Close to shops, beach and funfair. Didn’t want to leave!

Debbie and Simon made the process of booking, checkng in and our stay really easy. Lovely peaceful location - we stayed for a family wedding and felt right at home for our couple of nights. Kitchen was particulalry well equipped with a good collection of the bits you forget to bring (e.g. tin foil, tea coffee milk etc.) Would recommend. Finally to clarify a couple of points from prior reviews: - plenty of hot water - heating (electric, plus a wood burner) worked fine.

Karls house was perfect and very clean kitchen had everything you needed and more, will definitely stay back here when in the area for competitions

Couldn't have asked for any more for our three nights of relaxation! A really peaceful location, we took the 2 minute walk to Lorenzo's on the first night. A delightful place. Really well presented with a good range of drinks and excellent pizzas - we took two home with us for supper! We had amazing weather so made the most of the garden and hot tub - we didn't budge for 2 days! It was a real sun trap with comfortable outdoor seating. When we asked about the gas BBQ, Andy explained it had been broken by a previous guest. Within a couple of hours, Andy wheeled in a brand new BBQ! We then finished the evenings off in the lovely spacious hot tub! A very roomy 2 person tub! As for the inside, there was a well equipped kitchen although most of our cooking took place on the bbq! Comfy sofa with smart TV was perfect for an evening film ( we also took firestick- great wifi). The bed and the duvet were very, very comfortable and cosy. Couldn't recommend Andy and this property enough!!
