Christine’s place was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Unit was fresh and clean. Access to dock and walking distance to beach and restaurants were both a plus for us. Christine was very responsive from booking to checkout!

Always enjoy Southport! The place has everything you need for a great vacation. And the best way to enjoy Southport is by bike. I love this rental because it has the best cruisers. When we arrived 1 tire was flat and Rhonda’s husband came out to fix it for us! They are great hosts!

This place is in the perfect location! It was so close to downtown which was perfect! We had a beautiful sunset view as well! You have to get coffee from the drift!

I picked to stay at Audrey‘s place because of the location – and it definitely did not disappoint. The location is right on the Riverwalk, which is central to everything. The beautiful balcony was definitely the star of the show- which we felt like was needed since we were looking to be by water but didn’t wanna pay ocean front prices. The check out was a little early but luckily we had lots more to see prior to our flight home! Overall would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again :)

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

Lisa was an awesome host. The house had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The backyard had an amazing set up and the front porch was perfect for morning coffee.

Everything was perfect and magical at Heathers beachfront property! Definitely recommend ! Loved waking up seeing the ocean!!

My recent stay at the Regency that exceeded our expectations! The property was exactly as described, with cozy decor and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, which allowed for a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. However, there was one drawback that I feel is worth mentioning: the cleaning fees. While I understand that cleaning fees are standard, I was surprised to find that, despite paying a significant amount for cleaning, guests were still asked to load the dishwasher and start a load of laundry before checking out. This felt a bit contradictory, and it made me question the value of the cleaning fee itself. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home, spotlessly clean in beautiful surroundings. Kitchen was well stocked and it was fun to use the provided kayaks!

Amazing place to stay! Celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday with family that came in to town from Arizona. The house comfortably fit 4 families and had the most beautiful view!! Plenty of space and was close to stores and restaurants. It is at the end of a very peaceful street and felt safe and secure. Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay! Very clean house, lots of open space, fenced in backyard, and beautiful views. The sunroom with its own AC/heater was a great place to hang out. On a quiet street perfect for taking walks. Two minute drive to the beach. Also could be walkable to the beach.

Great place to stay and relax. Picked a place on the intercostal water to crab but only caught a few. Maybe August was too late. I liked how she had a lot of towels and labeled where things went in the kitchen. Plenty of stuff such as paper towel, trash bags, dish washer pods, and laundry pods, etc. I’ve rented places before where we had to go buy trash bags and other stuff for the stay.

Staycation weekend. We’re able to explore Wilmington without a car. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet, peaceful and well stocked with lots to do within walking distance. Loved it! Thank you Tara!

We have already recommended MK's place to some others - however, we did warn them that the unit was up 34 stairs! There was nothing in the property description to indicate that and for a couple of 73 year olds the climb with all our stuff was too much. Thankfully we had our young strong kids along! We always appreciate being able to bring our dog along, and he, along with the rest of us, totally enjoyed the 2 private balconies. The ac was plenty cold, the dryer not so hot. Beds comfortable, covered parking a plus, and we all enjoyed the pool. Location was the best, able to walk to every place, and that made it worth the 34 stair climb. Highly recommend Hang Ten Grill for huge salads and best wings ever, Salt Fish for yummy cocktails and deliciously unique entrees ( make a reservation), the Fat Pelican for a fun experience. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!

The apartment is on the second floor with a beautiful view overlooking the boardwalk and Cape Fear River. Nice size balcony and large front windows. Comfortable bed and furniture. Kitchen has everything needed. Steps from the center of downtown.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Our host was very friendly and kind. The only downside was that we booked the condo thinking that we could sit by the pool. While we weren't super concerned with being able to get in the water, we thought we would be able to at least sit in the pool area to get some sun in between doing things around Wilmington and the beach. We may have booked something with a patio or balcony instead, had we known that the outside sesting area wouldn't be usable. If you're booking your stay here with the intention of being able to use the pool, I'd just check with the host first, as we checked out on 3/31 and the pool and pool area were torn up and empty as of this date.

The perfect location for exploring Wilmington’s historic district. Lots of great restaurants and attractions are all within walking distance. The view of the battleship was quite unique.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect getaway with my husband and our 10 month old. Easy check in. The elevator was perfect for our stroller and easy to bring our bags inside. The balcony views were amazing. Walking distance to everything downtown! The hosts were super responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back and recommend staying here to all!

The space was lovely! We very much enjoyed the walkability to all of the downtown, and the view was amazing. The battleship is directly across the water which was so so cool. We stayed for Valentine's Day and being in the heart of downtown Wilmington was wonderful!! The WiFi did not work, and never came back on for us even after the host gave us tips to fix it (and the host was amazing to communicate about that!). Also, the TV was telling us that the storage was full every 10ish minutes, making watching anything on it a bit of a pain. These are SMALL "issues" and would not stop us from staying here again! The location, view, and communication from the host vastly outweighed the small tweaks that would have improved our stay.

Tafie's lovely one bedroom apartment was perfect and exactly what we needed for our long weekend getaway. It has a beautiful view of the river and is walkable to anywhere you'd want to go in the downtown/historic district. If you're sensitive to noise, something to consider is the surrounding businesses, particularly the event hall located nearby which, if there is an event, can play loud music outside into the late evening. I am used to staying in this area and am not sensitive to such sound so it did not bother my partner and I at all but if you like an early night/sleep lightly, you may want to consider that. Otherwise, this apartment is truly a little gem in the riverside area of downtown. It had everything we needed and it was so nice to have somewhere to come and relax during our downtime. Tafie was a fabulous host and we would absolutely stay here again!
