James and Tara are the best Hosts!!! Very responsive and extremely upbeat humans. We appreciate the ride to cruz bay as well! The airbnb was private and super clean. The view is incredible and the sounds of the roosters and donkeys added great ambiance Absolutely perfectly appointed. There's everything you need in the kitchen (and more) plus water/beach accessories (chairs, coolers, ice packs). The safe plus the washer and dryer were an unexpected bonus. Although the area is super safe, we loved that the community was gated for extra privacy. We loved our stay and hope to book longer than 5 days next year. Thank you James and Tara!

We had a wonderful stay here. Two good sized bedrooms with their own privacy and bathrooms. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything we needed for beach, pool, cooking, parking, etc. Rosie was super sweet and I couldn’t recommend her place enough. We will definitely stay here again!

I booked Jon's seaside villa for mine and my wife's 10th anniversary, my 50th birthday and my daughter's 8th birthday almost a year ago and we couldn't wait for the arrival day. It was totally worth the wait. After a 3 hour Delta delay out of Atlanta, we got to the island late with our initial plans blown up. After getting off at the ferry dock with all of our luggage, we were tired, hungry and mentally shot. We started walking to the cabin with all of our bags and realized that was a mistake. I texted Jon to see if he could help. He quickly responded and he and Nancy came to our rescue. Won't get into the details, but they swooped in and quickly made us feel like friends. Something we'll never forget. Now for the villa. Words can't describe the beauty your eyes see from inside the house. Your front lawn is the Caribbean Sea. Open the sliding glass doors and you hear nothing but waves crashing. And yes, the pictures on the listing are very accurate. Can't wait to go back!!!

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

Bianca’s place is so much more than described. Impecable, confortable and modern. The only table we didn’t use was the indoor dinning table. The bathrooms are clean and beautiful. We cooked most of the time and everything we needed was there . Worth every penny. You wake up and go to sleep to soft waves on the beach. Best snorkeling in the entire island as far as I’m concerned. Absolutely loved it there !

Wanted a place to take our family and extended family of friends on a vacation they would always remember. This absolutely was that and more. Kids were in awe and so were we. Things we did include going to honeymoon bay multiple x to enjoy the beach, eat and have a few adult beverages. Went to mainland to shop & explore. Ingrid made our stay so much the better w her amazing energy. The massages from her were best I've ever had. Kids had a drum circle night and that was amazing. Our hosts son took us out on his sail boat, super exciting afternoon. The creatures at 4 elements were a fun part of trip. Hermit crabs. Turtles, lizards and cool sounding frogs. My number one recommendation would be to make sure you rent a golf cart before arrival. The walking up hills was likely good for me but I didn't like it 😂. I believe they book up quick so rent golf cart before you arrive. The property is so amazingly beautiful so worth going. Hope we can make it back another year.

Perfect place to land on your way to the Red Hook ferries! Kendra and Jennifer were extremely accommodating in allowing us to check out late since we both had to work remotely in the morning. WiFi worked great once we were able to reset the connection. Great spot!

This is the perfect location for a very peaceful and restful stay on Tortola. The host was really good at communicating both before and throughout our stay. One minor issue with the bathroom basin plug was resolved straight away. The garden area, pool and small beach were all delightful, though loungers could do with an upgrade (a very minor matter). Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the sea and if you’re really lucky watch a pelican fishing right in front of you. We saw it most mornings and late afternoons during our stay. Probably best to have a hire car available though taxis easy to organise. We also used the local bus service, which was ‘an experience’, one I’m glad we had. Would we go back? It’s a very long way from Europe! But we both really enjoyed our stay and, though not as young as we used to be, would love to come again. We had some important communications to make during our stay and excellent WiFi enabled us to do it. Thanks Justin and all the staff.

This condo was perfect for a family vacation. Amy was a great communicator leading up to the trip...she was proactive about travel instructions, check-in process, and even offered to help coordinate local activities. The space was clean and as-described. It was a very quick walk to the beach and pool, making it easy for our group to come up/down at our own pace. The condo was a quick drive (5 min) to the Red Hook area, where there were plenty of restaurants to check out. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The unit was exactly as described and in a great location. We had no problem catching a taxi or safari directly from the property as we opted to not rent a car. Sapphire Beach was a short walk down the property. The restaurant on site, Pangea, was phenomenal. Jeanne provided so many great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

An outstanding stay at Good Vibes Only. The layout was perfect for our two families of four. Everything was as described and met expectations. The view? Amazing and beyond. We were fortunate to catch a full moonrise over Mandahl Bay, incredible experience. The location was perfect for us as well, private and remote-feeling yet a short 10-20 minute drive to everything else. The host, Roxanne, was helpful and responsive. Absolutely recommend a stay here.

Convenient room in a resort on St. Thomas. Beach of its own and easy walk to the St. Thomas Yacht Club for a sail or sailing lesson if you like. Short distance from restaurants in Red Hook.

I cannot say enough good things about Casita Del Mar. It is the perfect Caribbean vacation accommodation. Gorgeous views, wonderful pool, great location next to secret Harbor beach. Close to the ferries to St. John. We had a blast! Our hosts were very communicative. Everything was as easy as you could hope for.

We loved The Beach House! The view and location cannot be beat. Convenient to Long Bay Resort, several restaurants walkable or a short drive. Beach an easy, less than 5 minute walk down the hill. Smugglers Cove super close for a calm beach and water, paddle boarding, snorkeling and cocktialing. We were also close to the market and a couple marinas that we used to charter a speed boat and then the Anne Bonny - an old school sail boat - a highlight of the trip! The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and top of the line appliances, and the housekeeping service halfway through our stay was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful experience! Cinda is an outstanding host who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay on the island was memorable to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. She was quick to respond to our questions and even provided us with local recommendations. The property was exactly as shown and described, and oh so cozy. Every detail was perfect... the freshly updated decor is beautiful, thoughtful amenities, the dedicated work space was great (wi-fi easy to connect), the view from the balcony is Amazing, and so quiet. We enjoyed the restaurants and sitting areas around the property, and the private beach was a great place to rest and relax at the end of the day...sometimes it felt like we were the only ones on the property. We didn't want to leave! If you are considering...trust me and just book it...you will not be disappointed. Thank you Cinda, we cannot wait to return!

V comfortable apartment. Great location

Our stay at Hibiscus Villa was relaxing and comfortable. The island is quiet and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The property manager was very responsive and even loaned us his blender so we could make our own frozen drinks. Perfect location for an island escape where you feel safe and surrounded by peace and tranquility.

We were so happy with Rick's place. The view was spectacular and filled with all kinds of wildlife. We watched Sea Turtles swim every day, there were iguanas all over the beautiful flowering shrubs, and there were pelicans and hummingbirds flying around every day. The best part was the private beach! We snorkeled every day and even walked over to Magen's bay beach/bar for lunch a couple times. Rick was very friendly and easy to talk to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. Thank you, Rick!

I stayed here for my birthday and it was truly a treat. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking - watching the sunrise and sunset each day felt like a dream, especially being able to see it right from the bed. The location was perfect, just a short distance from some stunning beaches that were both peaceful and rejuvenating. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, and Crystal, the cleaner, was a reliable and friendly resource for rides from and to the airport. The entire experience felt easy, relaxing, and special. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful place to unwind with unforgettable views.

Heather was easy to work with. She responded quickly when we needed anything. They live on the property and you have access to them at all times. The kids are active on the level above the bedrooms but we left early everyday so it wasn’t a big deal to us. We used the house as a home base because we were gone from sunrise to sunset most days. It has a beautiful view from the deck. They do a great job providing all the necessities that you need in the house like laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and even sunblock/bug spray. The roads in the area are bumpy and you need a lot of concentration especially at night . Definitely need an all wheel drive/ 4*4 suv or jeep.

What an incredible spot! The views from Nikola’s house are absolutely stunning and alone make her place worth visiting. Sitting right above Mangan’s Bay, it was fun to watch the ships coming and going. But it was never too busy to not feel like a private oasis. The house itself is new and beautiful. Great kitchen with all the accessories to cook on our own most nights. We ate all our meals on the deck overlooking the water. You can catch both the sunrise over the hill and the sunset each evening. My favorite part was the quick walk down to platform beach. The trek is an adventure but so worth it when you pop out of the foliage onto a private beach. There is a small reef that you can snorkel at from the beach. The water is so clear and warm. Nikola was wonderful with communication and recommendations; making the trip so easy for us. We had such a fantastic stay that we are already planning our next visit!

Great place to stay if you are up for a bit of rugged adventure. Would not be great for anyone with physical limitations because of the stairs to access and the rocky beach, but that was all disclosed and it was fine for us. Definitely off the beaten path in a more local area (just houses nearby) but great you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to relax. We heard other people within earshot only one time and never saw anyone else close to the house. House had all the needed items for a comfortable stay, and the internet was reliable so we could work remotely. We befriended a friendly muscovy duck that was our constant companion. Bryan was helpful and responsive.

Beautiful views from the Sailfish Villa. We spotted many turtles each day from the balcony. Host was extremely responsive when we had a couple of questions. We had strong winds during our visit, so we didn't use the stair access to the water because of the waves. A quick drive over to Magen's Beach, which we loved. Kitchenette was convenient for making a quick breakfast - has a nice sized fridge, small cooktop, coffee maker and blender. The driveway is very steep, but we got the hang of it. Would recommend if you are looking for a scenic spot on the northside.
