Quick stay for a sporting event so we were gone every day. Great location and close to everything… the convention center was less than a 5min drive and lots of restaurants nearby. We’re here off-season so didn’t make it to the beach but it’s just a block away. The home is simplistic but clean with essentials provided and we didn’t need more than that. Big bonuses that came with the stay are the 2 parking passes and washer/dryer. Not many places close to the beach offer parking or an in-unit washer/dryer. Overall a good stay.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I’d highly recommend walking down to The Station On Kings for brunch or lunch. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our three nights at Pat's place. it was very clean and welcoming. The outdoor deck is very large with a lovely view of the marina And there was even a beautiful American flag waving in the Summer breeze. The large deck acts almost as another room for the space. I also loved how many windows there were which allowed for natural light to be plentiful inside. The air conditioning worked beautifully which was wonderful to escape to after hot days in the sun. Every room has a fan so there's just great circulation. There is even an air conditioning vent in the bathroom which helped it clear the steam quickly and not become muggy. The only reason I gave a four for the location is that if you want to get to the beach it's a bit of a hike but we had someone drop off the beachcombers and then go look for parking so it worked out. Overall a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it!

I love Deborah's place. this is the third time I have stayed here. It is the perfect gem for your beach adventure. One block to the bay, 3 to the beach. It is perfect. The place is always clean and has snacks!! Already book for next year

we had a fantastic time and I can see why they call you a super host. Your property is beautiful, well-kept and in a good location. The venu for our concert was not far from where we stayed. While there we had all the conveniences of home. When I go to AC again I will def see if this property available. Every thing we needed was there. Thank you so much Angela for hosting us

I really enjoyed staying here. It’s a well done space with beautiful finishes and is pristinely maintained. There was ample space for my family and I and were happy we stayed there. The beach was a block away which was great as well!

We love coming to Georgetown and love staying at Rick's place. It's perfect for us, and we can relax there. The house is beautiful with great amenities. My mom appreciates the walk-in shower. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture in living and dining rooms. Rick is a fantastic host. I highly recommend this home!

My 6th stay at Tracy’s place if that tells you anything! My go-to place in OC. Just the right location for great walks, the beach and boardwalk, and nearby shops and restaurants. Home is perfect for singles, couples and families. Great kitchen and multiple spaces for gathering. We will be back!

Bonnie was very responsive before, during, and after our stay. We had three families staying in the house and there was plenty of space, especially with kids upstairs and outside in fenced yard. Beautiful home. Walked to beach. Lots of extras in the house.

The house was clean and spotless. John the host is also super responsive when and provides clear instructions on how to check in and makes it super simple. It doesn't have that big of a backyard, but its good for what it is and the house isn't in a bad spot. I would recommend staying here just because it was clean, super easy check-in and check-out and not too far from the Ocean resort and casino. (15 minute walk)

I wish I could give our host (Steve) a 10 star review and rating. Excellent communication and the property along with amenities, location and overall cleanliness far exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend this host and property. I look forward to returning soon.

Great little place! had everything that I needed for a work vacation. Close to stores and to the parkway. Inside was equipped with everything that I needed and exceptionally clean. Beighborhood was great for walking dogs.

Michelle's place was spacious and well-appointed for myself and four other people. The water pressure was great, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and it was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and while we didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, the screened-in porch was lovely to enjoy and, best of all, free! The beds were firm and comfortable; the apartment was very clean! Thanks for a great stay, Michele!

We loved the condo! It was cute and very comfortable. The place was a good size and had a nice layout. The beds were comfy and the thick walls made our stay quiet and peaceful. The host did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and tidy. We had great instructions and the host was responsive when we had an issue on our end. We had such a nice weekend stay at Lauri's place. We reached out to her last minute, and she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out was quick, easy and painless, making the whole process smooth. The place was exactly as pictured and more. It felt so comfort and home-like. The location of this place is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, parks, restaurants and much more, all while still feeling as though we were in a quiet, safe, cozy spot. We had a great weekend and really loved working with Lauri. We will be back!!

My wife and I were pleasantly please with how well stocked and clean the condo was. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, beaches and state parks. The owners are very responsive and take pride in ownership of their place.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at Jamie's place in Rehoboth! It is a great location, very walkable to all the restaurants Rehoboth has to offer. The apartment is in great shape, clean, modern, and has everything you need. Jamie also did a great job of communicating what they provide and things we may want to bring. We would certainly stay here again!

Very quiet and nice. Parking was a little tight as the other vehicle in the driveway had parked right on the line and had 3 feet or more on the other side, but we made it work.

Enjoyable stay near the beaches and outlets. Clean living space with ample amenities including a nice pool. Host was friendly, accommodating, and prompt to respond to questions/requests.

Fantastic condo with great ocean views. It was super clean and well stocked with everything you need. Our host, Tracy, was very responsive, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
