Emin’s place was magnificent. View was breathtaking & competes with many places in the city with views. I loved waking up to the gorgeous view & coming back to it every evening. It was part of the visit’s highlight. There are no blackout curtains and the light is strong but I wasn’t bothered. I slept with an eye mask & wanted to see the views the second I wake up. So I didn’t even use the curtains. The building has many services & is easy to locate. The penthouse was neat & organized. The amenities were very good (coffee machine, washing machine, kitchen utensils, air fryer). It needs a microwave and definitely mirrors. There’s only 1 in the bathroom with bad lighting. The only downside of the place is that there’s no AC in the bedroom & it was very hot. I had the AC on in the living room & the fan on in the bedroom to try to move the cold air but it was quite uncomfortable. Emin was a wonderful host. He communicated all the time, before the trip and throughout.

If you are looking for the best place to stay in Istanbul this is the place for you. It exceeded my expectations. The place was big, clean, and the host was very responsive and friendly to answer my questions. Also, it is so near to public transport, great restaurants and just cross the street you would easily access İstiklal. The longest shopping area in Istanbul. My list could go on on , how convenient and comfortable my stay was. Definitely, it is highly recommendable if you are in Istanbul. Cheers . Thanks again for accommodating us.

Wenn man abseits von Hotels und trotzdem schnell an dem Taksim Platz, einen tollen zentralen Stadtteil mit Metro angebunden sein möchte ist man hier richtig. Nicht nur Metro, auch Bus und alte Tram fußläufig erreichbar, unschlagbare Terasse und eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die Geschmack und das Gefühl von zu Hause zugleich bietet! Sonntags findet der Markt genau vor der Tür Stadt :) Ein kleiner Kiosk gegenüber hat alles was man braucht. Kommen gerne wieder !

Wonderful Stay with a Fantastic Host! I had an amazing stay at this private condo! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. The host was outstanding—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. While the location is about a 35-minute to an hour Uber ride to most major attractions, I didn’t mind as the condo is nestled in a great neighborhood with lots to offer. I loved having coffee shops, a grocery store, and even a farmers’ market right downstairs—it made mornings so convenient and relaxing. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home base with an exceptional host. Thank you for a memorable visit!

Die schön moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Gebäude direkt am Metropol Einkaufszentrum auf der asiatischen Seite Istanbuls. Wir empfanden dies als super praktisch, da man alle Erledigungen zu Fuß erreichen konnte & Bäckereien sowie Restaurants & Cafés direkt in der Nähe waren. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Ausblick über Istanbul und war sehr modern und sauber. Wir können es sehr empfehlen! Danke nochmal, für den flexiblen Check-in!! ☺️

Öncelikle çok temiz ve düzenli, konumu itibari ile nezih ve tam kafa dinlemelik bir lokasyon. Kendine ait otoparkı, denize sıfır kumsalı ve ev sahibinin çok kibar ve rahatınız bütün detayları anlatıp rahatınız için gerekli tüm ekipman ve hizmetleri kullanıma açması harika.

Kesinlikle ailecek geçirdiğimiz en keyifli tatillerden biriydi. Ev tam olarak anlatıldığı gibiydi ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Bize sadece bavulumuzu hazırlayıp gelmek kalmıştı. Evin sahibi İlker bey ve yardımcısı Hilmi bey bize her konuda destek oldular. Kesinlikle çok anlayışlı ve yardımseverlerdi. Özellikle Hilmi bey başından sonuna kadar iyi ki oradaydı dedik :) Seneye görüşmek üzere!

It’s been a pleasure to visit Heybeliada and this nice and peaceful house made it even better. It was a great stay even if it was for a short time. I highly recommend this place. Ömer was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

we enjoied every second of our stay away from the noise of the city sourounding by beautiful greennish garden with very lovely cats at two minitre distanse from the beach. the host and his family were very great and they even helped us when our car was not working. the thing you may need to keep in mind is there is difficulty to get phone signal and wifi in the house but it working near the beatch so it was okay for us and you will need a car to get your grocery . over all it was an amazing stay...

Nice stay and close to Mall of Istanbul. Also very convenient as it’s not more than 30mins to get or go to the Airport.

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

استاذ حسام جدا خلوق ومحترم يكفي مبادرته من نفسه لخدمتك ، غير ذلك يقوم بمساندتك باي خدمه تحتاجها ونعم الرجل. ايجابيات السكن : ١- مرتب ونظيف ويتوفر في السكن جميع المتطلبات من مفارش ومناشف . ٢- اطلالة السكن جدا جميله تستحق ١٠ نجوم . ٣- ممتاز للعوائل لان المنطقة كلها خدمات . ٤ - يوجد مواقف للسيارات مجانيه في نفس المبنى هذا جدا مريح في اسطنبول. ٥- اي خليجي يشووف تعليقي يستاجر وهو مغمض عينه لان جميع الأساسيات موجودة . ٦- اعطاني الأستاذ حسام وقت تسجيل الخروج ساعات إضافية بدون مادفع شيء شاكر ومقدر له 🙏🏻
