Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Villa , yüksek tavanlı ve ferah bir salona sahip .Ev tertemizdi ve herşey çok düzenliydi.Sıcak havuz ve jakuzi sayesinde harika vakit geçirdik.Mutfak oldukça pratik ve rahat dizayn edilmiş,ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut.Konum olarak kafe ve marketlere yürüyüş mesafesinde olması gündelik ihtiyaçlar için kolaylık sağlıyor.Ayrıca evin içinde bulunan ecza dolabı küçük ama çok değerli bir detaydı.Kısa bir tatil olmasına rağmen unutulmaz bir deneyim yaşattı.

Our family (two adults and two children under 8) stayed in the cabin and we highly recommend it. We stayed in February and it was snowing and everything looked so beautiful. The cabin is very well located in a quiet valley, especially if you don't want be in the busy tourist area. It is next to a quiet main road, just five minutes from a small town, so it's easy to access but very private as the cabin is much higher than above the road. The facilities are great, we loved the hot tub (set at 38.5 degrees), the fireplace (with lots of wood available), kitchen (all the basics are there for cooking your own meals) and there's lots of spare blankets. We took our own food and cooked but restaurants are also close by. As there was snow we drove up to Kartepe mountain and hired tubes, very fun. You can also get the council's teleferik (cable car) to Kartepe and visit the mountain in any season if you don't want to take your car, it's very affordable. Osman was very helpful, thank you Osman.

Very big and cozy space with all the amenities needed and a nice living room to chill and relax

This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

Menti’s place was just as described. It’s so close to Galata Tower, it was very clean and spacious. And most importantly, it had everything for a great stay.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

The accom: exactly as described. So close to so many top attractions in Istanbul. The surrounding streets were full of restaurants. The beds were comfy and my family of five adults were so comfortable for our four night stay. The host: Mehmet is amazing. He met us at the apartment then went through the apartments huge history. He gave us a map and helped us with where the main attractions are. Mehmet booked tours for us and organised cars both from the airport then back to the airport at the end of our stay, at below the price we would have paid. Highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Istanbul.

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

Great apartment in an awesome location...close to the action and an easy walk to places of interest. Host runs a shop downstairs and is super friendly and helpful. Place was super clean and just as described. Definitely not a place to stay if you have any mobility issues. located far from where cars can easily get and up 4 flights of spiral stairwell, but if you are mibile it is perfect.

İlk olarak Kenan Bey çok misafirperverdi, bir sorumuz olduğunda hızlı bir şekilde bize yardımcı oldu. Bungalovun içi tertemizdi, ısıtma gayet iyiydi akşamları dışarısı serin olmasına rağmen bungalovun içi sıcacıktı. Aynı şekilde jakuzi için de sıcak su sıkıntısı çekmedik. İnanılmaz güzel bir manzara eşliğinde bizim için gerçekten çok huzurlu bir haftasonu oldu. Gerek evin temizliği gerekse evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek en küçük eşyanın bile düşünülmüş olması olsun kendimizi evimizde gibi rahat hissettik. Başka bir zaman kesinlikle tekrardan gelmek isteriz. Kenan Bey'e de ayrıyeten teşekkür ederiz.

Mekan, konum, ev sahibi herşey harikaydı. İstanbul’dan uzaklaşmadan huzurlu bir haftasonu için ideal bir mekan. Teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Evin konumu, çevresindeki tarihi dokular, geniş ve huzurlu bahçesi, doğayla iç içe oluşu, özenli dekorasyonu… her şey adeta masalsıydı. Ortam çok otantik ve sakin, her detay ince düşünülmüş. Nisan ayında kaldığımız için doğa uyanıştaydı; deniz ayrı güzeldi, kuş sesleri eşliğinde geçen günler ayrı. Gerçekten çok keyif aldık. Ev sahipleri Başak Hanım ve Celesay Bey ise son derece cana yakın, misafirperver ve yardımsever insanlardı. Sayelerinde kendimizi çok rahat ve güvende hissettik. Bizim için kısa ama ruhumuza çok iyi gelen bir tatil oldu. Her şey için içtenlikle teşekkür ederiz.

Öncelikle ev tertemizdi ve bahçesi oldukça genişti. Havuz ve odalar fotoğrafta gösterildiği gibiydi. Girişte ev sahiplerimiz tarafından oldukça sıcak karşılandık ve çıkarken de aynı şekilde uğurlandık. Kesinlikle tasviye edilebilecek bir deneyimdi.

Huzurlu bir ortam. müthiş bir manzara var. Host gayet iyi. Yollar biraz bozuk ve herhangi bir marketten çok uzak. alışverişinizi yapıp gelin herşey için. Wifi çok iyi çalışmıyor ama 4.5 g çekiyor.
