Sea of Marmara : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

If you are looking for a refuge that offers peace, inspiration, comfort, and access to the city--this is the place. Our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 children, and a baby) had no idea what a gem we had found until we walked into this space. The space is divided into three floors, which provides a great amount of division for a larger family like ours. The bottom space with kitchen, dining room, and a beautiful (let me say it again), beautiful sun room and garden served as community space that is unmatched in tranquility and options. Tao and his team were expertly organized (communicating every detail of check-in beforehand, arranging for baby bed and high chair, answering all questions that we had, and even providing a great map of surrounding restaurants, cafés, groceries, and shops). On the day of checkout, the Tao worked with our family to make sure that we were able to enjoy our final hours in the city without concern for luggage or being without a hub for the day.

ilanda belirtildiği gibi 6 odalı, sıcak havuzlu ,saunalı güzel döşenmiş bir ev.her odanın içinde olmasa da 7 adet tuvalet gayet yeterli.sadece 2 odadaki banyoda duşakabin olmadığı için oda içindeki tuvaletlerde banyo yapmak tercih edilmedi.sıcak havuz geldiğimiz andan itibaren sıcacıktı kısın soğukta havuza girmek cok keyifli.sauna gayet başarılı.göl manzarasıyla keyifliydi.mutfak eşyaları 10 kişi kalmamıza rahmen yeterliydi.merkezi konumda olduğundan ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılaşacağınız alternatif fazla.

We enjoyed the beautiful views from the veranda, local restaurants, dipping into the sea at local beaches and exploring the sleepy little towns and windy roads. Timur was a great host. We would love to stay again sometime!

Un séjour très agréable au sein du quartier de Balat dans une maison pleine de surprises. Nous avons adoré nous balader dans les rues de Fatih, juste au dessus du logement. Mamati était un hôte très sympathique et efficace. Nous recommandons!

I loved the neighborhood very local close to many attractions! pleasant stay. Remind its a wood house so you have some noises but nothing too bad. I loved there's Netflix and it's so pleasant to be chilling like at home!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. A great break from the busy Istanbul city. It is up the hill from the town, but the minibus stops right outside the door! It was perfect. We had cold weather during our stay but Ayten was so helpful and kept us nice and warm. The board games were a great bonus. We’d love to come back!

Konaklamamız çok güzel geçti. Tek eksi yanı gece kalorifer yetersiz kaldığı için açmak zorunda olduğumuz klimanın gürültülü çalışmasıydı. Evin bulunduğu semt hareketli ve güvenliydi. Ev fotoğraftaki gibiydi. Her şey temiz ve düzenliydi. Ev sahibi her gün mesaj ile ulaşıp bizimle ilgilendi. Tavsiye ederiz.

Our stay was very nice. The area was very close to historical places and the place is in the central area, Yilmaz hosted us very well and the baklava and Turkish delight surprise made us very happy. Thank you for everything, we will come back again

Great responsive host, perfect location - super close to the Galactica tower. Everything within a walkable distance. The place was super clean, had everything you needed, and the terrace was a nice bonus. Nice modern look and feel, and great there were two bathrooms. Would be nice if the host provided a carbon monoxide alarm, we asked if he would provide but he didn’t so we brought our own. Overall, a really pleasant stay and would come back again. Thanks so much, my friends and I had a fantastic stay!

This apartment was delivered spotless, with simple but elegant modern furnishings and appointments. Everything was in brand new condition and very high quality all of which showed how well the host took care of everything. The Host and Hostess were extremely attentive, caring, helpful, generous, gracious and professional during my entire stay. From the start at check-in, they attended in person and took the time to walk me through both the apartment and the most important areas of the building. At the end of my stay, again they personally met me in the lobby and not only thanked me for my stay but asked what they did do to improve and even though I have been a vacation rental host in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. for over 20 years, I honestly couldn’t think of anything! Thank you or everything Ksenia!! 🙏

Очень хорошая квартира, в отличном состоянии, с хорошим расположением, есть всё, необходимое для жизни. Хороший дом с тихим двором и охранником внизу, было спокойно. Очень приятный хозяин, быстро отвечала и выдала четкие инструкции при заселении и выезде.

Unser Aufenthalt in Emirhans Unterkunft war großartig. Er war ein sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit Familie. Im Gebäude gibt es einen kleinen Aufzug für bis zu vier Personen, allerdings sind es einige Stufen bis zum Aufzug. Das authentische Ambiente hat uns besonders gefallen, der morgendliche Gebetsruf und sogar der Hahn in der Ferne machten den Aufenthalt einzigartig. Ein Tag mit Baulärm wurde uns vorher angekündigt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Gebäude (kostenpflichtig). Alternativ gibt es einen Parkservice 200 m entfernt oder den Parkplatz des Dolmabahçe-Palasts direkt gegenüber. Ich habe meinen Holzschuhanzieher im Flur vergessen, falls er gefunden wird, wäre es toll, wenn er zur Seite gelegt werden könnte. We immensely enjoyed our stay here. We stayed nearly a month at this AirBnB and really dug into Istanbul, which means we cooked quite a few meals at the apartment and spent a good amount of time getting to know it. The view from the bedrooms is just spectacular - and if you're here to write or work at all, the main bedroom has a lovely desk with a view out toward the Golden Horn. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the space ample enough for three of us. You should know that it's a step or two away from the more tourist area, a fact that we sought out and appreciated. It was quiet, contemplative, and gorgeous. Thank you Erhan!
